It still shows how ridiculous polls are and how we should not rely on them. We are using polls right now to predict that Trump isn't going to win 2020 and I was pointing out the folly of that.

I agree that there is folly to using polls on who is going to win the election, but there is still value to polls of people's opinions on various issues (like the border wall).

Californians are definitely not rooting for Christian values so you must forgive me for not valuing their opinions. Especially since California is heavy influenced by Hollywood itself.

Does this include the 31.5% of Californians who voted for Trump?
California Election Results 2016

Besides, voting Democrat does not mean you are against Christian values.

Very hard to agree with that since Democratic platform tends to be supported heavily by atheists, homosexuals, pro choice supporters, liberals, and anything that is contrary to the Bible.

It's just logic. Impeachment will just focus all the attention on Trump. It's campaign season. Let the Democrats pick their candidate without the spectacle of an impeachment trial that takes all the attention. Then go head to head with Trump in 2020. Impeachment will help Trump. Let the people decide.

All these people are Americans too, whether you like it or not.

And, basically what you are saying, is that opposition to abortion and gay marriage are the only two things that should guide one's political allegiances. I think this is a poor reason to support the Republican party.

In my experience, Democratic Voter Values include, but are not limited to:
Feeding the Hungry, Giving drink to the thirsty, Caring for the Sick, Clothing the Naked, Taking in the stranger and visiting the imprisoned.

See Matthew 25:35-46 to see what Jesus thinks of these particular Democratic voter values, and what He thinks of Republicans (and anyone) who believe and teach against those Democratic, biblical values.

We are to love our neighbor, even our enemy. When our politics cause us to cease reflecting the one we serve, we probably need to get away from politics.
Speaking the truth is serving the one we serve.
If they had evidence, they would use it.
They have used evidence. That is why they have a special counsel and hearings.
They would smear him and destroy any chance of reelection.
Hopefully.
The fact that Muellar's investigation is coming to an end, and she is saying there isn't enough to impeach, says that a lot of what we have heard,
She didn't say they didn't have enough to impeach him.

a lot of what causes you to use a word like scum, probably isn't true anyway.[/quote]
I was using the word scum to describe Trump long before he ran for President.
If they had evidence they would kill him with it.... but they don't, so they can't.
We'll see.

(Barbarian shows evidence that the polls called 2016 very accurately)

The only reason Hillary won the popular vote is ...

The only reason she won the popular vote, was more Americans voted for her than voted for Trump. More Americans wanted her than wanted him. Learn to live with it.

So jump for joy; be blythe and gay
or weep my friends, with sorrow.
What California is today,
the rest will be tomorrow.

The only reason Hillary won the popular vote is because of California and Hollywood.

6 states is what put her over the top in the (mob) popular vote, in the other 44 she only had 40some percent and in the 32 states that she outright lost she stunk.

Correct.
As was pointed out before, and you have just affirmed, More voting Americans wanted her to be President than wanted DJT.

That, apparently, continues to be a tough truth to swallow for the minority of Americans who voted for DJT.

You'd think after winning the presidency anyway, they'd not be bothered by it, especially now over 2 years in, yet it continues to be a thorn in their side for some strange reason.

My Favorite memory of the Campaign is being told by the Trump camp that if we elected Hillary, the nation would be bogged down by endless investigations...

I have a sneaking suspicion that Trump's win at 2020 will be a landslide.

People who voted for Trump are happy with the way things are going(minus a few setbacks) and the undecideds are not too brainwashed now.

So people in those states shouldn’t count toward the popular vote?

Even the "atheists, homosexuals, pro choice supporters, liberals, and anything that is contrary to the Bible" have long since realized that Donald J Trump is morally and ethically bankrupt, even by secular standards - so why haven't his conservative Christian supporters realized that he is the living "antithesis" of the Christian message?

Nobody who ran for office has been moral so by your logic we should never vote.

If the antichrist himself were to ban abortion, conservatives by the millions would bend their knee to him and eagerly take his mark.
Christian or not.

Conservatives, in the Age of Trump, have been forced to resort to "moral equivalency" as their default argument - Abraham Lincoln and Richard Nixon were both elected to political office, but as Presidents they are not moral equivalents!

If you're prepared to ignore the 2018 Interims where the Republicans lost 40 seats in the House and the popular vote on what was widely considered to have been a referendum on the President, then Trump is well positioned for a "landside" in 2020!

The President's core vote is approximately 35% of the electorate - primarily rural, male, less educated, older, white!

Not only is that % far below the minimum required to repeat in 2020, Donald J has polarized the electorate and failed to demonstrate the slightest interest in moderating his views or broadening his base!

Interims loss was expected and usual. Happened to Obama as well and yet he got reelected.

It eats at Trump, mostly. He can't stand to lose to a woman, and he'll never be able to get past it. That's why he started his short-lived voter fraud commission. And quickly shut it down, after it became clear that all the documented fraud was by republicans. Pretty much like the 2016 election.
