Noel Richards has been around for a long time and I still enjoy his songs!
I love Noel Richards' songs. Especially "Nothing shall separate us from the love of God", "Love Songs From Heaven", "Behold the Lamb"

This morning, I'm listening to a collection of songs by Eden's Bridge. This afternoon, I'm going to music practice at the church in time for our 6.30 service. Have a very blessed Sunday!

Yes Russell Watson and Andrew Lloyd Webber definitely make it at the top of my list.

My latest concert was Celine Dion in Birmingham about 2 years ago. I'm due to go and see the Hans Zimmer Concert in a couple of weeks.

My favourite musical instruments, apart from the piano, are the cello and the oboe.

One of my favourite contemporary pieces of music is "Benedictus" by Karl Jenkins. This is a beautiful version on the cello - performed by the very talented 2Cellos in concert.

The other day I was looking through the original "Come and Praise" book we used at my school assemblies when I was little. So many memories. Here are some of them:
- Water of Life
- Morning has Broken
- When a Knight Won His Spurs
- Colours of Day
- Travel On Travel On
- Cross Over the road my friend

We used to sing,When a knight won his spurs in the stories of old..' I have never heard it sung since, but it continues,'he was gentle and brave. He was gallant and bold..' We need to be like that!

'Colours of day'. My memories go back to the youth group that I belonged to after I confessed Christ. We would 'go down to the city' (town in our case) 'into the streets and let's give the message to the people we meet'

I used to love that song. Reminds me of my younger days in school, church and Sunday school when I grew up in Exeter. Some songs you will never forget!
That's true! They are part of our Christian heritage! Part of our life history! Have a good day,'Anthony'
