What did wearing white at the SOTU really represent?

All they needed were white hoods.
Since abortion is proportionally much higher among the racial groups Margaret Sanger thought should be eliminated, it looks like the white hoods really were their missing clothing accessories at the SOTU. Abortion continues to serve a eugenics purpose.
