So There are a whole bunch of threads of Senator Warren. However they all seem to be about her Native Ancestry or lack there of. Nobody seems to be talking baout her policies, which I find curious.

So I want to know. Based on policy concerns, why do you support or not support Senator Warren?

I am no expert on the Senator, but based upon what I know, I suspect that she wants universal health coverage, but without a real plan to pay for it. I am all for universal health care.... but only if we are honest and raise taxes on both the rich and the middle class to pay for it! Hence, I doubt that I could ever support her. Also, I rarely vote for the Dems or the Repubs, as both major parties have shown that they do not deserve my vote. I usually vote for a Third Party candidate for President.

Sticking by your principles is a noble thing. But at this point, we have to acknowledge that there are only two real viable political choices in the USA. Democrats may be disorganised and not as pure as we would like, but please vote for them anyway. Because the alternative is the Party of Trump, something the Republicans have not just moved towards being, but embraced.

For all the antihealth care folks:
Help me understand this:
1) How much money do you pay for health insurance? Because in a new system you would not be paying that amount of money. What if, you just started paying into a nationalized health care system the EXACT amount you were paying into the for profit system?

I know little about her but I have to say that when the banking crisis was coming up, it was HER ideas that I liked the most.

In a new system you might be paying more, if the new system was inefficient. For health systems, the details are important.

I have heard of many people (most but not all who have fairly significant health issues through no fault of their own) who pay more in health insurance than I pay in my ENTIRE tax bill in a month.
So yes, there may be a few who pay more. But there will be a few who pay FAR less as well.

I'm quite capable of looking up her policies. If you had read my OP you would know I want people to tell me why they do or don't agree with her policies.

"I'm quite capable of looking up her policies." Didn't say that you didn't. Wanted you to know that I actually went and looked at her policies ... rather than just various internet threads that may or may not actually represent her policies.

With that, I am for small government so therefore ... no I do not agree with her policies as they grow bigger government.
