2 Thessalonians 2:1-12
God will allow this Antichrist to perform wonders such as rising from the dead as those still on the post-rapture earth have already chosen sin as their god. Because of this he will let their eyes slowly be open to how the embodiment of sin itself completely destroys civilization behind a veil of sweet talk so they might finally see the disastrous consequences of the forbidden fruit and have one last chance to be redeemed. If they have to be fully submitted in the lie for a time to have a chance of seeing the truth then that's what God will let happen.
That's my interpretation though; I could be wrong.

satans' MO is counterfeiting the word of God ... and often accomplishes this through very very deceptive means. That is .... very minor deceptions and also using these lies and deceptions distorting the Word of God.
With that being said, satan will mimic or counterfeit the 2nd coming of Jesus (in the form of a man) to very high and varying degrees (he's already is and has been doing this for quite some time, ie false prophets and false teachings.
"rising from the dead" - satan does not have the capability of doing this, only God does ... however he (satan) and his minions do have the ability to "appear" as "friendly" spirits and/or as familiar spirits (strong illusions). People believing they have some sort of immortality ... that is their "soul" or any part of them going somewhere/anywhere other than resting in the grave until the return of Jesus
will be deceived.
It is important people understand the truth about the state of the dead. Knowing this truth protects a person from these strong delusions .... keeps people from searching out and/or believing in "appearances", people who claim they can speak with the dead ... etc. If one experiences such they know it is from a demonic power and not from God.
The dead do not become immortal (or anyone) in any way until the 1st resurrection when Jesus returns.
