Hello brothers and sisters,
I forgot what I had read in the rules that made me question whether I should have chosen that scriptural reference for my nickname or not, but it is a reminder to me when any discussion is at an impasse; not a message to anyone else or proclaiming that is what I am about. FYI
I have been a believer since I was a tot. I had been led astray by the world, and by the church but Jesus Christ came through for me in delivering me from them all and keeping me from my sins in helping me to follow Him as He is my Friend as well as my Good Shepherd for why I place my trust in Him for following Him.
I was a member of Covenant Presbyterian Church, but no more. I am not representing any church, but with the Lord's help, I bear witness of the Lord Jesus Christ in seeking His glory.
I am hard of hearing, deaf in my left ear, and tinnitus in my right ear, a constant ringing in my ear. Unfortunately, sometime before graduating from high school, I began hearing voices like someone walking by outside, but I could not see any one. Then I began hearing voices all the time in my head in the background. Then I began hearing another string of voices having a fierce shouting match behind that. Later, I read about Paul's thorn in the flesh and it was then I saw that second stream of accusing voices as that. There has been other moments which I had discerned to be of the supernatural, like that one time, church bells was ringing the tune from the theme from M.A.S.H. which I found out the next morning the original title to that theme was "Suicide Is Painless". I had thought that the church was going to get in trouble for that when it was ringing at 3:15 A.M. and I plugged my only good ear to make sure it was not in my head and several times I had tested that to make sure that it was not, until I had found that it finally was in my head and I had to start praying then. It went way, but it was odd getting that information over the local news on TV that morning. Anyway, enough about that.
Anything that clicks with you that I share from scripture, you give that credit to the Lord; not just for me understanding that truth, but you understanding it too since it is on God to cause the increase. That said, I trust Him to help me continue to grow in the scripture. He helps me to prove everything taught by the church, but by the actual scripture; and not accept it as is. The truth is in His words kept in the KJV; not just because a church said so.
I was suppose to keep this brief so I better stop now. Least wise, you may understand where I am coming from when or if I post. Any questions, feel free to ask. I may not answer every question, but whatever I was suppose to convey in this brief introduction. At least, you may know I am a Christian relying on Jesus Christ to help me to follow Him.
