Yes you are up late brother it would have been well past my bed time.

Our Winters are mild. We can get some early morning frost but usually mid Winter lowest temperatures are around 4-5 C in the morning and between 9-18 C during the days, Average Winter day is around 14 C.

We can get hail but, snow is rare and only on higher locations. Sometimes scores of people climb a low mountain hill that received fresh snow early in the morning just to see and feel the stuff.

No wombats where i am. They do kind of hibernate, coming out of their borrows to sunbathe, so no continuous sleep.

Hello!

My depression has mostly gone away, but the anxiety remains. It's not as horrible as it used to be, but it's still there. I take minimal amounts of benzos still to this day (there was a time when I abused them and suffered from severe addiction, as well as alcohol), so it's under control, but I can still feel it.

Depression and anxiety are strange things. They can exist without each other, but so often it feels like they're best pals to each other.

Hello good to meet you here. i suffer from a depressive illness and from anxiety as well. Depression is a horrible affliction but with love and support we can get through it. Boredom is a real killer when you got depression, its best to have something on the go if at all possible, but yes i'm bored a lot too.

Yes. I think it was expected to be better after they brought in Mike Smith. I know he's getting older, but everyone expected him to at least help shore things up, which he hasn't done. Nonetheless, they're still leading the West right now, so something's going right for them.

As for Finland winning, not so much. It's considered a bit of a shock for having failed to medal on home soil, but most Canadians understand the rest of world has caught up to us in terms of player development.

At the moment i lack energy and motivation to do much. i take a kind of sad pleasure from the beautiful weather we are having and from the birds singing in the garden, it could be so much better if i didn't have to feel like a zombie.

i thank God for the ability to survive the onslaught, i didn't always deal with my depression so mindfully.


Depressed?
