The New Covenant does not include such things.
Zephaniah 3:18
I will remove from you all who mourn over the loss of your appointed festivals, which is a burden and reproach for you.
In Context | Full Chapter | Other Translations

The man in linen with the writing kit is Yahshua. The mark is a single ash mark in memory of Moses pole with serpent. The six men are the Lampsticks; and one Lampstick has been removed. This takes place after the death of the Two Witnesses.
Ezekiel 9 New International Version (NIV)
Judgment on the Idolaters
9 Then I heard him call out in a loud voice, “Bring near those who are appointed to execute judgment on the city, each with a weapon in his hand.” 2 And I saw six men coming from the direction of the upper gate, which faces north, each with a deadly weapon in his hand. With them was a man clothed in linen who had a writing kit at his side. They came in and stood beside the bronze altar.

3 Now the glory of the God of Israel went up from above the cherubim, where it had been, and moved to the threshold of the temple. Then the Lord called to the man clothed in linen who had the writing kit at his side 4 and said to him, “Go throughout the city of Jerusalem and put a mark (singular not plural) on the foreheads of those who grieve and lament over all the detestable things that are done in it.”

5 As I listened, he said to the others, “Follow him through the city and kill, without showing pity or compassion. 6 Slaughter the old men, the young men and women, the mothers and children, but do not touch anyone who has the mark. Begin at my sanctuary.” So they began with the old men who were in front of the temple.

7 Then he said to them, “Defile the temple and fill the courts with the slain. Go!” So they went out and began killing throughout the city. 8 While they were killing and I was left alone, I fell facedown, crying out, “Alas, Sovereign Lord! Are you going to destroy the entire remnant of Israel in this outpouring of your wrath on Jerusalem?”

9 He answered me, “The sin of the people of Israel and Judah is exceedingly great; the land is full of bloodshed and the city is full of injustice. They say, ‘The Lord has forsaken the land; the Lord does not see.’ 10 So I will not look on them with pity or spare them, but I will bring down on their own heads what they have done.”

11 Then the man in linen with the writing kit at his side brought back word, saying, “I have done as you commanded.”
I have that verse under a different time frame.

First, I would never quote from the NIV paraphrase to establish doctrine. I suggest you click on your "other translations" link to get a better grasp of what the verse is really saying.
Second, in context, this verse refers to the time frame when Israel is regathered, not now.
Third, YHWH is going to gather together those that mourn over the loss of their appointed festivals because those festivals were such a joy for them to keep. The burden was enduring their loss. It was a reproach unto them to have them taken from them because of their sins.

I checked the translation and it is in the ball park. Currently Israel is still in the process of gathering the people abroad. I believe the script is referring to another gathering after a war in the near future.

I find no scripture showing Yahwah re-establishing the Festivals.
They can't be "re-established" if they never left. Not only were the Jews keeping them throughout Yeshua's earthly ministry, but the Apostles were keeping Shavuot in Acts 2 and Colossians 2:16-17 show the Colossians were keeping the feasts and the Sabbath as well.

The disciples kept the Festivals until the destruction of the temple, after that they preached the we are the temple and Christ is our high priest.

YHWH was disgusted with everything the Jews did because of their sins. He was even disgusted with their prayers (vs.15). Are prayers done away with as well?

All these are a result of YHWH being disgusted with everything involved in their worship of Him because of their sins. If I recall correctly, aren't you a Sabbath keeper? Do you include the Sabbath as coming to an end based on these verses?

The temple was destroyed and polluted, Rome was in control of the city, and the people of Israel were being gathered up to be sold into slavery. Everything the people had was taken from them; in other words, there was nothing to offer, and there were no animals to sacrifice. Only recently have Jews tried to keep the Festivals.

The Seventh Day Sabbath has never come to an end, but has been kept throughout time. The Seventh Day Sabbath is a command for all mankind to keep. The Sabbath was created for mankind.

If the Sabbath continues throughout time, then you cannot use those verses you posted to say the feasts ceased for all time since those verses include the Sabbath. Those blessed holy days ceased for the Jews at that time because of their sins.

Three Shepherds And The Revoked Covenant

Zechariah 11:7-11. Three Shepherds And The Revoked Covenant.

Zechariah 11
7 So I pastured the flock marked for slaughter, particularly the oppressed of the flock. Then I took two staffs and called one Favor and the other Union, and I pastured the flock.
8 In one month I got rid of the three shepherds.
The flock detested me, and I grew weary of them 9 and said, "I will not be your shepherd. Let the dying die, and the perishing perish. Let those who are left eat one another's flesh."
10 Then I took my staff called Favor and broke it, revoking the covenant I had made with all the nations.
11 It was revoked on that day, and so the afflicted of the flock who were watching me knew it was the word [Yahshua] of [the Lord / Yahwah.]

The Sanhedrin (Hebrew and Aramaic: סנהדרין; Greek: Συνέδριον, synedrion, "sitting together," hence "assembly" or "council") was an assembly of twenty-three or seventy-one rabbis appointed to sit as a tribunal in every city in the ancient Land of Israel.

The Sadducees were members of a Jewish sect founded in the second century BC, possibly as a political party. They ceased to exist sometime after the first century AD.

The Pharisee were founded in 167 BC, they were a ("separatist") party that emerged largely out of a group of scribes and sages. Their name comes from the Hebrew and Aramaic parush or parushi, which means "one who is separated.

Thus the Three Shepherds: Sanhedrin, Sadducees, and Pharisees.

Hebrews 8:13
By calling this covenantnew,” he has made the first one obsolete; and what is obsolete and outdated will soon disappear.

Festivals and Sacrifices

Jeremiah 31:31,32.
“The days are coming,” declares the LORD, “when I will make a covenant with the people of Israel and with the people of Judah 32 It will not be like the covenant I made with their ancestors when I took them by the hand to lead them out of Egypt, because they broke my covenant, though I was a husband to them,” declares the LORD..

Daniel 9:27
He will confirm a covenant with many for one ‘seven.’ In the middle of the ‘seven’ he will put an end to sacrifice and offering.

Zechariah 11:10
Then I took my staff called Favor and broke it, revoking the covenant I had made with all the nations.

Malachi 3:1
“I will send my messenger, who will prepare the way before me. Then suddenly the Lord you are seeking will come to his temple; the messenger of the covenant, whom you desire, will come,” says the LORD Almighty.

Matthew 26:28
This is my blood of the covenant, which is poured out for many for the forgiveness of sins.

Festivals rejected by Yahwah.

Psalm 40:6
Sacrifice and offering you did not desire— but a body you have prepared for me — burnt offerings and sin offerings you did not require.

Psalm 51:16
You do not delight in sacrifice, or I would bring it; you do not take pleasure in burnt offerings.

Proverbs 21:3
To do what is right and just is more acceptable to the LORD than sacrifice.

Isaiah 1:11
“The multitude of your sacrifices— what are they to me?” says the LORD. “I have more than enough of burnt offerings, of rams and the fat of fattened animals; I have no pleasure in the blood of bulls and lambs and goats.

Your New Moon feasts and your appointed festivals I hate with all my being. They have become a burden to me; I am weary of bearing them.

Zephaniah 3:18
“I will remove from you all who mourn over the loss of your appointed festivals, which is a burden and reproach for you.

Lamentations 2:6
He has laid waste his dwelling like a garden; he has destroyed his place of meeting. The LORD has made Zion forget her appointed festivals and her Sabbaths; in his fierce anger he has spurned both king and priest.

Hosea 2:11
I will stop all her celebrations: her yearly festivals, her New Moons, her Sabbath days—all her appointed festivals.

Amos 5:21
“I hate, I despise your religious festivals; your assemblies are a stench to me.

Since the days of Adam; Festivals, Sacrifices, and Offerings, has been a tradition of mankind. God only instructed Moses on how the people were to perform those things.

Festivals, Sacrifices, and Offerings

Jeremiah 7
21 This is what the Lord of Hosts, the God of Israel, says: “Add your burnt offerings to your other sacrifices, and eat the meat yourselves, 22 for when I brought your ancestors out of the land of Egypt, I did not speak with them or command them concerning burnt offering and sacrifice.
26 However, they wouldn’t listen to Me or pay attention, but became obstinate; they did more evil than their ancestors.

Those who were able kept the Sabbath.
You evidently did not understand. For example, you used Hosea 2:11 to show the festivals have ceased forever.

I will stop all her celebrations: her yearly festivals, her New Moons, her Sabbath days—all her appointed festivals.
If YHWH made the festivals to cease, then He also made New Moons and Sabbaths to cease. Since you agree the Sabbaths continue, then so do festivals and New Moons. You will need to reinterpret this verse to mean YHWH took away these things from Israel because of their sins, but not from believers today.
