YHWH is what is written but it didn't spell out the full name since the Hebrews wanted to avoid using it out of respect since its a sacred name.

I've seen many names, such as Elohim, Yahweh, Jehovah, etc. Are these human wisdom that tried to figure out God's name? Should we just call him Father, or let Jesus intercede?

YHWH is clearly the One True God. Which means the undivided One True God in three Divine Persons would also be YHWH.

Yet we are told we can call the Father “Abba” which is a more personal relationship only made by being in Christ Jesus His Son in Whom He is well pleased.

We use Father now however "I am" was used by the Father and Jesus Christ as being one in the same. This is how we know they are one.

YHWH is the name used by the Israelites for the Triune God, not the name of the Father per se.

And we are told to call the Father, "Father."

Personally I think he's unnamed not because we're not allowed to give him a name but simply because he's unnameable! God, for me, is too important to be tangible... he is a philosophy, a process, a mechanism, a codex and voice... he is beyond our comprehension and should never be reduced to a noun!

YHWH was the name of Jesus Christ before he was Jesus Christ. (John 8:58) It is not the name of the Father, who is revealed to us in the New Testament.

No, John uses "Logos" for the name of Jesus Christ before he was Jesus Christ.

YHWH is the Old Testament name for Father, Son, and Holy Spirit together.

When one thinks about the titles that surround both God and Jesus. Is anyone brassen enough to stalk up to the gates of heaven and shout out 'Hey Yhwh' or do we creep in under the guise of being Jesus's adopted brother and not really use to heavens pomp and splender.

I never called my dad by his name (expect at work in front of others, and even then depending on who they were) out of respect for him. (Actually I still called him daddy at 25 ). I can’t imagine even if I was convinced of God’s name I’d use it.

That’s if I got past the ‘woah I’m in God’s presence’ gopping goldfish look to actually formulate words.

I don't think that's accurate.
In the old Hebrew there are no vowels, only consonants, and this is it, and it means as much as "I am that / what / who I am".
That's the name He gave.
I've seen many names, such as Elohim,
That's not a name, that's what He is. Elohim means a heavenly / spiritual being in plural, or a heavenly / spiritual council.
= YHWH
Jehova is YHWH with the vowels of Adonai iirc.
etc. Are these human wisdom that tried to figure out God's name? Should we just call him Father, or let Jesus intercede?
I forget where in the Old Testament and to whom, but He gave his Name to make that prophet announce "The I AM is here."

In the original Hebrew writings, the name of the only true and living God was written with 4 consonants: YHWH or JHVH. Such consonants appear almost 7,000 times throughout the Bible.

This identifying name is a form of a Hebrew verb (ha wah’ meaning “to become,” and actually signifies “He causes to Become.” Thus God’s name identifies him as the One who progressively fulfills his promises and unfailingly realizes his purposes.

The true pronunciation is not known with certainty because of two main reasons. First, ancient Hebrew was written with consonants only-no vowels. When the language was read, the reader would add the proper vowels for a correct pronunciation. Yes, very complicated indeed! Fortunately, Jewish scholars later realized the potential problems and around the second half of the first millennium C. E. they invented a system of adding “vowel points” to the written language.

Secondly, a superstitious idea/belief was adopted among the Hebrews that it was blasphemous to speak the divine name out loud. Possible because they felt that it was a violation of the third commandment. Consequently, in order to avoid this sin, but acknowledge the divine name when scripture was being read aloud, the reader would substitute it with the name “Adho nai” (Sovereign Lord).

The most common pronunciations used in English is Jehovah or Yahweh-with less frequency.

Regardless of which name is used, the important thing is to use it because a title such as Lord, God, Eternal and so forth are not personal and distinctive. Keep in mind that Satan is a “god” and Jesus used his father’s name and made it known/manifest. (John 17:6: 2 Corinthians 4:4) His name was certainly pronounced during Jesus’ time on earth and probably up to 70 CE when the temple was destroyed. Do we not we pray that His name be sanctified or hallowed?-Matthew 6:9.

Then Moses said to God, “If I come to the people of Israel and say to them, ‘The God of your fathers has sent me to you,’ and they ask me, ‘What is his name?’ what shall I say to them?” God said to Moses, “I AM WHO I AM.” And he said, “Say this to the people of Israel, ‘I AM has sent me to you.’” God also said to Moses, “Say this to the people of Israel, ‘The Lord, the God of your fathers, the God of Abraham, the God of Isaac, and the God of Jacob, has sent me to you.’ This is my name forever, and thus I am to be remembered throughout all generations.” (Exodus 3:13–15)

Yeah, I don't understand some people's obsessions to say only God's "real name", my dad would not appreciate that.

YHWH is probably the name... Hebrew words are only written in consonants. The vowels are added when the document is read. The Jews stopped pronouncing the name out of respect so the vowels were lost.

I wouldn't worry about which name to use or call God, He has many, many names! Lord of hosts, King of Israel, Almighty God, etc... If you are in a discussion and it is vital that you specify who you believe in, then you could just say the God of the Bible or the God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob.

I read Isaiah 43 and I love to call God or Jesus, 'My Lord and my God'. It has special meaning to me. 'My Provider' has also strong meaning for me. God has so many names that applies to different situations you are faced with. I guess people use certain names/descriptions based on the relationship they have with God, that's usually how I go about it.

I personally wouldn't use YHWH in speech as the right pronunciation is unknown. The word probably wouldn't make sense if you were to pronounce it incorrectly, so it is probably wise not to utter it in my opinion.
