He seems to want to turn our government into an autocracy.
autocracy - An autocracy is a system of government in which supreme power is concentrated in the hands of one person, whose decisions are subject to neither external legal restraints nor regularized mechanisms of popular control (except perhaps for the implicit threat of a coup d'état or mass insurrection).

autocrat -
a ruler who has absolute power.
synonyms: absolute ruler, dictator, despot, tyrant
"the former autocrat could be banned from traveling abroad while the investigation proceeds"
  • someone who insists on complete obedience from others; an imperious or domineering person.
Is that what we really want our country to become? Like other autocratic run countries (i.e. Russia, China, N Korea)? Trump seems to love all those countries and their leaders and their ability to have complete control over their people. I he succeeds, then we can lose our freedom. He speaks about the constitution which he wants to change and the rule of law, which he seems to have no regards for when it comes to him. We need to take all this in careful consideration when it comes time to vote. Has Trump ever even mentioned Democracy although he constantly denigrates Democrats which is derived from Democracy.
democracy. A system of government in which power is vested in the people, who rule either directly or through freely elected representatives.

Yes. I'm sure that's what he's up to. I just saw all the soldiers hopping out of trucks covered in Trump bumper stickers down at my polling place setting up to machine gun the masses that show up on election day.

Where as Hillary wants to change the country into (a communist?) one that only allows for democratic views and processes. AKA "Only think what we tell you! Only do what we tell you! Say what we tell you!". I'd rather have Trump, as incompetent as he is.

Hillary's not running. She lost. Did you forget that? You (and Trump) seem to have forgotten that for some reason. He beat her and for some reason continues to bring her up.

Nice definition of 'autocracy' and 'autocrat'. But does it fit? You seem to identify 'democracy' with the 'Democratic Party', but that identification doesn't hunt.

The Democratic Party, once the party of slavery in this land, now the party of the alternatively and militantly gendered, has no special connection to democracy. Just as the Republican Party, once the party of the elites and now the party of boors, has no special connection to our republican form of government. To a very large degree those are just party names.

Once could argue that the militants of the Democratic Party are acting profoundly undemocratic in trying to delegitimize any who do not totally agree with them. They are instead acting like totalitarians. We will be lucky to hang on to our democracy, and it is the totalitarians who are threatening it from the Right and very much from the Left.

I'd rather have somebody entirely different than Hillary or The Donald, but then I have to wait a few years for that. This last election was a mistake and the voters made it. Democratic voters and Republican voters.

Not that Hillary and Obama are going around giving speeches actively against Trump...oh wait, nvm. That has NEVER happened in the history of this country that an ex President is actively engaged in politics against a sitting President.

He has to gloat over something. As if beating Hillary was a big accomplishment. Democrats didn't have a good candidate. She should have been easy to beat. Bernie almost shook her.

They just started to. I guess they finally got tired of being lambasted by him and Trump (Fox) News so they started to fight back. What President ever went on the campaign trail to the extent that Trump has?

I think this way overstates the case, but some of the things he does like fawning over actual dictators and promoting his personality cult are disconcerting.

Twenty-five years ago I was warning against a CEO president for just these reasons.

Support this claim with some actual facts on how Trump is doing what you claim.

Um, Obama set up an office down the street in DC day one of Trumps Presidency.

Obama's Washington Office After He Leaves the White House - Barack Obama's Post-Presidency Offices

Or did you not know that? Actually many sitting Presidents campaign on the behalf of their party during mid terms, this is totally normal.

Obama campaigning in mid terms

Barack Obama's final midterm rally highlights declining popularity

Bush campaigning mid terms
On Campaign Trail, Bush Raises Money for Midterm Races

It is a long standing practice for sitting Presidents to campaigning mid terms. The question is why did you not know this and what else are you wrong about?

If true, this is likely because the legislature refuses to do their job and therefore someone has to do it. The congress first abdicated their role to the supreme court, expecting them to make laws out of whole cloth. Now with the Democrats in the destroy, demote, distract, and obstruct mode... nothing is getting done. For instance... immigration. The congress refuses to make laws that can be enforced, the executive has no choice but to shoot from the hip in order to defend our country. If you want to have a constitutional democratic republic, demand that the congress do their jobs and give the executive and the judicial something to work with.
Till then, someone has to run the business...

He seems to want to turn our government into an autocracy.

I saw the movie saved once. But I did not want to watch all of it, it was too overwhelming and I hope that christian youth does not live so hard lives but one girl that was the black sheep had a bumpersticker that said what many think. Still christians today must pray for authority, it is our duty, no matter what their moral is. What they have done etc. It is our duty to pray that the authority will make good decisions. Still I have never trusted dictators. It says in the bible even that a king needs good advice and a threesome thread is stronger than one single thread or something like it. But a dictator grows old and His mind as well then the decisions might be fatal for the country or the world for that matter since the weapons can destroy a lot.

Ridiculous.
Well it was a CCNish attempt to twist a narrative that pretty much has absolutely no support in facts.
More fantasizing and pure imagination.
