He had six previous FBI investigations.
Yes and she was aware of his appointment as a Judge. She did not step forward with her testimony until he was appointed to be a Justice on the Supreme Court. We gave her a week and then a second week and she could not verify her claims. So he was appointed.

How can the Republicans claim to have had the FBI conduct a credible investigation without the 2 major protagonists, Kavanaugh and Ford, being interviewed?
How can you claim to know more then the FBI about how to do their job? But to answer your question Ford and Kavanaugh were interviewed by the Senate so there was no reason for the FBI to duplicate that. Their testimony was already a public record.

You mean the same FBI which accepted a fake dossier to submit FISA search warrants?

"34A new commandment I give you:Love one another. As I have loved you, so also youmust love one another. 35By this all men will know that you are My disciples, if you love one another.” John 13:34

"But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control." Galations 5

"Every tree that does not bear good fruit is cut down and thrown into the fire." Matthew 7:19

That's it. So why do so many people seem to believe that Jesus wants us to do the exact opposite?

You think that Jesus wants people to do the exact opposite of what HE told them to do? Or are you asking why people are reprobate? Because God turns them over to it. There is a dead, harlot, apostate church. Martin Luther teaching is that the true church is invisible and the visible church is not the true church. Jesus said let the wheat and tares grow together and the angels will separate them at the end of the age.

We are living stones and God works on each individual stone. Then the day will come when He will build His temple. So all the stones will be assembled.

The Living Stone
4 As you come to Him, the living stone, rejected by men, but chosen and precious in God’s sight, 5 you also, like living stones, are being built into a spiritual house to be a holy priesthood, offering spiritual sacrifices acceptable to God through Jesus Christ. 6 For it stands in Scripture: “See, I lay in Zion a stone, a chosen and precious cornerstone; and the one who believes in Him will never be put to shame.”… 1 Peter 2:5

No, I'm asking why so many people seem to believe the opposite because the fruit seemed to be missing.

Maybe they are not mature. The later rain is given so that the fruit can be produced before the harvest. The seed does not produce fruit as soon as the seed sprouts and the root begins to grow.

Originalists subject their ruling to the rule of law. Kavanagh will be very easy to control by liberals.
All they have to do is pass the laws, and that is what Kavanagh will limit himself to.

Mob rule failed today, and the leftist mob instigators using an activist court to subvert the democratic process has been dealt a one-two punch by Trump successfully appointing Gorsuch and Kavanagh to the bench.

Abortion, which is what all the nihilists are worried about, will not end even with another ruling on federal role in abortion. Women will still be able to kill their unborn, as long as their state will allow it.

But a restoration of constitutional separation of powers will mean that the federal governments hand will no longer be a part of that slaughter of innocents.

That is a huge story still waiting to come out. FBI is still corrupted by progressive democratic never Trumpers. Remember when Trump said during the campaign they were spying on his campaign and the MSM called Trump crazy? Turned out to be true, now Trump says the MSM are the enemies of the American people and the truth. USA is under an attack by enemies both foreign and domestic, I view the democratic party as one of the enemies of the US. Universities and the democratic party are extreme liberal socialists and they hate traditional Americans and their values, they call them the deplorables, they also are enemies. I wont name the democratic woman senator who is really evil who spoke during the hearings, I have listened and heard her words and researched what she has done in her state.
Some of those people who are opponents are under demonic influence.

Kavanaugh trembled like a French soldier everytime the FBI was mentioned. He was obviously hiding something. Now we will never know what it was.Nothing matters anymore.

When did you do that? I don't remember him acting like that when the FBI was mentioned.

Mob Rule Failed

Our conservatives "friends" may be putting on a "brave face" but the fact remains nobody knows what those dozens of potential witnesses, that the FBI was instructed to ignore, can bring to the table concerning Kavanaugh's past behavior!

Never fear that the New York Times and the Washington Post will step in and complete the kind of investigation that the FBI was not permitted to conduct, which will make for very interesting reading while the 2018 Interims are in full swing!

The last thing the Republicans want is for this Supreme Court "dust up" to continue as a major issue during the Interims - given that it could seriously undermine their appeal to the women's vote!
There will probably still be some residual feigned outrage until the November election. But for the most part they know they lost this one, and much like the Colorado Rockies' chances at a World Series appearance, it's over. They tried; they once again failed. So they'll quickly move onto their next manufactured "crisis."

Justice Kavanaugh!

I was thinking, when Kavanaugh was first announced, that he would be similar to Justice Kennedy who ended up voting liberal. After what he went through...no way he will tilt Left now.

Which mob? The one on the right succeeded.

smh Wouldn't you want a pro-life Justice? It's a kind of a big deal to Christians and especially the monolithic Roman Church. I mean, it's a defining marker since Pope John Paul II.

I think it is telling that the vast majority of people on this thread who are calling the female protesters "infantile" and "shrieking" are male.

It is also telling that every Republican member of the Senate intelligence committee was male.

The Trump-restricted incomplete and inadequate investigation, the attempts to rush the Kavanaugh nomination through with only 7% of the documents provided and inadequate time to look at the FBI report, was clear evidence of a patriarchal system at work, closing ranks to protect one of their own.

About the only "infantile" behavior I saw exhibited in this nomination was the yearbook comments and notes about Kavanaugh's high school days, his letter about renting the beach house, his 36 comments that he liked beer during the hearing, his throwing questions back at Amy Klobuchar (another example of patriarchical behavior), and his ranting criticism of the Democrats and the Clintons.

I saw the protests as neither infantile nor shrieking. I did find many of the groups use of louder voices and yelling over others as impolite and evidence they were not interested in healthy debate but trying to drown out any opposing opinions.

Sure, but I don't want a Sean Hannity conspiracy spouting clone. John Roberts like judge would be great.

Liberals are just as much Christian as Conservatives and Catholics make up both sides of the aisle.
