Apart from the Trinity, the question of Christology was the most important question that the early church faced. Each of the answers in the poll represent an early heresy (and each has a fancy name). There is only one orthodox option in the poll.

So who is Jesus? Explain and defend.

Our Lord Jesus Christ is the eternal and only-begotten Son and Word of God the Father; begotten of the Father before all ages, true God of true God, of one Being with the Father. Who for us and for our salvation became human, conceived by the power of the Holy Spirit in the womb of the Virgin Mary; truly man, of a rational soul and body. One with the Father in His Deity, and one with us in His humanity. Like us in all ways, but without sin. One undivided Person, Jesus Christ, our Lord, Word, only-begotten Son, of two natures God and man, without confusion: Truly God and truly man in perfect union of His Person.

I think, if we are disciples of Jesus, we should believe what the Bible tells. I don’t think you should believe me, believe Jesus and the Bible. :)

For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus,

I chose "Jesus is God" because that is the only accurate one in the list for who He is now and forever.

Currently Jesus is no longer a human since he was resurrected and glorified so he is fully God. When he was human, he was fully man and fully God but no longer human so not fully man any longer. He was lower than the angels because of his human status and because he was to die a mortals death (death of the mortal body) but he is no longer lower than the angels.

What does fully man mean? You could argue a fully/normal man has a spirit/soul that begins at conception. Not Jesus.

What does fully God mean? You could argue that fully God has the full glory of God. Not Jesus since we know he was made lower when he took on flesh.

But, Jesus' flesh was just like ours, to which I read Hebrews 2.

The issue is what is Jesus now? Which one would or did you choose in the list of options?

"Is" implies an eternal state. Jesus is an earthly name for the Son of God. When I get to heaven, I will learn a new name for him. The Nicene Creed uses Son of God which is a stronger name for him. Your poll asks who is Jesus, but I don't know if you are asking about 2000 years ago or today.

Jesus is the earthly name for the Son of God. In heaven today he has a different name. He is fully God in heaven. If you think the Son of God must keep whatever physical body he takes on when he visits us on earth, then I ask what happened to all the other physical bodies he took on when he appeared as a man to those in the OT? He also appeared to Moses as fire in the buring bush. Is he a fire in heaven?

What about angels that walk with us, do they get to keep their earthly bodies when they go back to heaven?

Angels don't have "Earthly bodies". They have their own angelic bodies....no difference in body no matter where they go.

John 1:1 - In the beginning was the Word. And the Word was with God and the Word was God.

Interesting thing in the Bible is that according to it, everyone who receives him, who God has sent, receives God. So, if I am sent by God and you receive me, you receive God. Would you call me God?

Most assuredly I tell you, he who receives whomever I send, receives me; and he who receives me, receives him who sent me."

When did Jesus give up His resurrected bodily form?

John 20: NASB
24But Thomas, one of the twelve, called Didymus, was not with them when Jesus came. 25So the other disciples were saying to him, “We have seen the Lord!” But he said to them, “Unless I see in His hands the imprint of the nails, and put my finger into the place of the nails, and put my hand into His side, I will not believe.”

26After eight days His disciples were again inside, and Thomas with them. Jesus came, the doors having been shut, and stood in their midst and said, “Peace be with you.” 27Then He said to Thomas, “Reach here with your finger, and see My hands; and reach here your hand and put it into My side; and do not be unbelieving, but believing.” 28Thomas answered and said to Him, “My Lord and my God!” 29Jesus said to him, “Because you have seen Me, have you believed? Blessed are they who did not see, and yet believed.”

Luke 24: NASB
36While they were telling these things, He Himself stood in their midst and said to them, “Peace be to you.” 37But they were startled and frightened and thought that they were seeing a spirit. 38And He said to them, “Why are you troubled, and why do doubts arise in your hearts? 39“See My hands and My feet, that it is I Myself; touch Me and see, for a spirit does not have flesh and bones as you see that I have.” 40And when He had said this, He showed them His hands and His feet. 41While they still could not believe it because of their joy and amazement, He said to them, “Have you anything here to eat?” 42They gave Him a piece of a broiled fish; 43and He took it and ate it before them.
