Fascinating it never ceases to amaze me what people can come up with. When I would go into the prisons to preach, Some would have a "wall of shame" behind glass and have all the things that inmates have made like "shanks and weapons" on display. These men and women are very creative and can make an AK out of toilet paper and a foam plate it seems lol

What a thing to be proud about
That you have designed something that allows people to can to distribute guns world-wide to commit murders and hold ups and misery

I know! They could never be used for something useful like defending one's self or family. Leave that to the police who are only minutes away when seconds count.

It's called freedom. :)

Either we can or we can't trust ourselves... I think we can.

With a gun in the house, you don't need someone else to kill your children, they can do the job themselves. Far more efficient.

Surely this makes gun control harder, but not impossible.

Ammunition will never be safely made by printer, and that can still be restricted or banned.

It is a sad reflection of society that focuses on the modern disease in which rights take precedence over responsibilities, and the death toll bitterly proves it , in those countries vociferous about " rights".

The irony is There is a possible silver lining to this cloud - the law of unintended consequences- if an increasing large number of imitation copies blow up in the hands of those assuming them to be real, it will bring a need for Provence and registration for anyone then to trust any guns, and that raises the spectre of all guns being registered for provenance, and the shunning of all others.

Thanks for your valuable contribution.
Oh you are more than welcome, :) I have talked with you before and remember your views on gun control. I think that I have explained that I will carry mine no matter what anyone else thinks and btw the chickens in my hen house love my guns because I protect them with it.
I shoot the many critters trying to break in and steal their eggs and eat them.
Snakes, Foxes, Coyotes, coons and opossums.
A hen house is a dangerous place to be if unguarded...

This is a great idea! I fully expect to see an uptick in suicides by gun rates.

One time I took a job working light rail in San Diego, and on my first day, we had a homeless person commit suicide by jumping in front of a train about 500 feet from where I was standing.

Everyone was acting like it was no big deal, and when I asked about how frequently it happens, they told me about twice a month, but that it never gets shown on the news because It's bad PR for the MTS.

...But with guns, every incident is tallied up.

I wish that we had just ONE news channel that reported only the good things...Just one to offset the lies and all the negative stuff on the others

Must be something about SD. I took the Metrolink every day for about 3 years and we only had one incident I can remember of someone being hit by the train. Not sure if that was a suicide but I tend to think most train accidents like these usually are.

But now people can just off themselves from the comfort of their own home!

Should some be ignored instead?

My mistake, it was actually MTS, and not metrolink. Just to clarify.

It is amazing that my entire generation grew up with guns in the house. It just wasn't a big deal - every post-WWII, Korea, or Vietnam vet had one or more stuck away somewhere. And imagine, we weren't killing ourselves or shooting up schools.

It's not the guns. They don't do anything but just sit there until someone with an agenda decides to act.
