Most people tend to mis-identify the Antichrist in that passage. "translate" also seems a bit awkward. "cast" is the better word choice especially in relation to the metaphor of a lake of fire.
metaphorically as in satan being cast into the abyss for 1000 years or metaphorically as in Great white throne judgementWhich makes it a very strong metaphor especially located in the most metaphorical book of the entire bible.

why not present the scripture you refer toWhy is it called outer darkness?
why not present the scripture you refer to
the bible itself will tell you ,
And a lot can go on in those last moments of life.People are given until their last breath to repent.
He is really killed, our souls never die, thus what Rev. 19:20 means is he is cast into HELL without ever being allowed to Sleep in the grave like everyone else, save those of us who were Raptured while alive at Jesus' calling us home at the Pre-Tribulation Rapture.People are given until their last breath to repent.

The proof of what I say is found in Daniel chapter 7. Two verses are in conflict, and God can't lie, so we have to figure out the discrepancy.
Dan. 7:11 I beheld then because of the voice of the great words which the horn spake: I beheld even till the beast was slain, and his body destroyed, and given to the burning flame.
Thus we know he is KILLED and then cast into hell, God can not lie. So what does "Cast alive into hell mean" ? It means he is NEVER ALLOWED TO SLEEP after hes killed, hes cast straight into hell via HIS SPIRIT.
All the rest of the Wicked are judged 1000 years later at the Second Resurrection.
That is what happens when we make "Death" that is promised because of Sin = "Eternal Life in the Naughty Place".They don't see each other there? Some Revelation videos I've seen shows the souls in hell being in each others physical presence.
Buried Alive: The Horrifying Reality Of HellThat is what happens when we make "Death" that is promised because of Sin = "Eternal Life in the Naughty Place".
metaphorically as in satan being cast into the abyss for 1000 years/QUOTE]
No metaphorically as far as the "chains" he is bound with.
or metaphorically as in Great white throne judgement
You can't just add the word metaphor and match it with anything...one must be able to identify metaphors like a 7 headed beast being a metaphor for something else.
metaphorically as in Jesus returning to earth
You don't know how to recognize metaphors. The metaphor isn't the second coming but heavenly being riding on "white horses". The horses are metaphors. The sword Christ has in his mouth is a metaphor. Returning from heaven isn't a metaphor.
,metaphorically as in saints raising again to life after death

There won't be a literal lake of fire...it's a metaphor for something.
Could be, and perhaps as for Jesus' story about the Rich man and Lazarus there is reason to consider that there will be concsious torment before destruction. But the Bible does promise that the penalty for sin is death forever. Not eternal life as unnatractive as that might be.
There won't be a literal lake of fire...it's a metaphor for something.
You failed to understand what I said , as well as what Jesus saysWhich makes it a very strong metaphor especially located in the most metaphorical book of the entire bible.
What ? the unpardonable sin is rejecting Jesus or blasphemy pf God /Holy Spirit/Jesus , Christ is the one who casts the beast/false prophet alive into the lake of fire , then afterward 1000 years later satan is cast into the lake of fire along with all those whose name was not found in the book of life at the great white throne judgmenthow do you reconcile the two concepts (the unpardonable sin is not accepting Christ when alive, and he is cast into hell alive)?
Something like that. Instead of waiting until the 2nd Resurrection of Death he and the False Prophet are cast straight into hell.He is killed and then resurrected instantly.
For those who have accepted Christ as savoir , there will be no more pain, no more sorrow - for them the former things have passed away as life will be a blissful paradise forever and ever -There will be no more pain and suffering for All former things will have passed away. All former things includes Hades, death and the Lake of Fire, otherwise pain, suffering and torment would still exist.
For those who have accepted Christ as savoir , there will be no more pain, no more sorrow - for them the former things have passed away as life will be a blissful paradise forever and ever -
However
Rev 20
10 And the devil, who deceived them, was thrown into the lake of burning sulfur, where the beast and the false prophet had been thrown. They will be tormented day and night for ever and ever.
14 Then death and Hades were thrown into the lake of fire. The lake of fire is the second death. 15 Anyone whose name was not found written in the book of life was thrown into the lake of fire.
Those who have rejected Christ will suffer torment forever and ever - pain and sorrow will be their eternity as they are continually reminded that they could have been with Christ forever , but they made the choice to reject Christ and are tormented forever knowing it was their own choice that put them where they are
RT, where is the person's soul between when he is killed and when he comes back to life?Something like that. Instead of waiting until the 2nd Resurrection of Death he and the False Prophet are cast straight into hell.
