Scripture tells of a time when the land of Israel will be occupied by a peaceful and unsuspecting people living in safety without walls.

Ezekiel 38:11 You will say, "I will invade a land of unwalled villages; I will attack a peaceful and unsuspecting people--all of them living without walls and without gates and bars.

But the people living in the land of Israel today are not that people. The people living in Israel today are not peaceful ,nor do they live in safety ,and they intend to surround themselves with walls.

Israel's walled-in approach to nationhood

The kingdom shall be taken from these people and given to a peaceful and unsuspecting people who will live in safety without the use of walls.
These people need no weapons or walls because God will fight for them.Hence the name Israel.

The time that is referred to in Ezekiel 38 is the reference to the end of the Millennial Kingdom of Christ, where there will be no walls because of the peace that comes from Christ's reign, however at the end of the 1000 years, Satan is loosed to deceive the nations against the unguarded (without walls) of Jerusalem, and the battle of Gog and Magog will take place where Israel is surrounded by the nations. God ends it quickly though by raining down fire and brimstone upon the enemy.

God ends it quickly though by raining down fire and brimstone upon the enemy.

Paul said the fire comes at the Second Coming of Christ.

2Th 1:7 And to you who are troubled rest with us, when the Lord Jesus shall be revealed from heaven with his mighty angels,
2Th 1:8 In flaming fire taking vengeance on them that know not God, and that obey not the gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ:
2Th 1:9 Who shall be punished with everlasting destruction from the presence of the Lord, and from the glory of his power;
2Th 1:10 When he shall come to be glorified in his saints, and to be admired in all them that believe (because our testimony among you was believed) in that day.

The time of the judgment of the dead is found below.

Rev 11:18 And the nations were angry, and thy wrath is come, and the time of the dead, that they should be judged, and that thou shouldest give reward unto thy servants the prophets, and to the saints, and them that fear thy name, small and great; and shouldest destroy them which destroy the earth.

I think this yet-future utopian time is the new heavens and new earth. There is no reason to expect anything utopian to occur in Israel (or anywhere else in the world) until then.

The new heavens and new earth come 1000 years after the first resurrection.
Blessed are those who take part in the first ressurection.

Revelation 20:6 Blessed and holy are those who share in the first resurrection. The second death has no power over them, but they will be priests of God and of Christ and will reign with him for a thousand years.

Gog invades Israel after this 1000 year reign. Those resurrected in the first ressurection are the peaceful people who ezekiel wrote about.

Syria Braces for Potential War Between Israel and Iran

5/1/18

" Hard as it is to fathom, these skirmishes between Israel and Iran represent yet another conflict on the blood-soaked battleground of Syria.

The country is already host to one war between government troops and Sunni rebels; another between a U.S.-trained Arab militia and the Islamic State militant group (ISIS); and a third pitting invading Turkish troops against Kurdish fighters. Yet even after seven years of fighting that have left half -million dead and uprooted two-thirds of Syria’s 18 million people, the country is bracing itself for a fourth war, this one between Israel and the Iranian forces that have established a sizable military presence in Syria. As both sides trade military blows there, current and former Israeli officials warn that a larger battle between the Jewish state and its archnemesis Iran is just a matter of time. "The confrontation with Iran is unavoidable," former Major General Yaakov Amidror recently told the Israeli daily Yediot Ahronot."

Syria braces for potential war between Israel and Iran

" Jerusalem will not hold back from retaliating with direct strikes against Tehran or other targets in Iran."

Monday, April 30, 2018

Israeli defense officials have told their American and Russian counterparts that if Iranian-backed forces attack Israel from inside Syria, Jerusalem will not hold back from retaliating with direct strikes against Tehran or other targets in Iran.

The officials delivered the message ahead of a national security statement expected Monday from Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu in response to Iranian threats to hit Israel after recent strikes on Tehran-backed assets in Syria, according to a report by Haaretz, an Israeli newspaper.

This is a reference to the wrath of God that takes place in the latter half of Daniel's seventieth week, which is roughly 1000 years before the events of Gog and Magog. We know this because in Revelation 16, we see that the vials of God are poured out, which are corresponding punishments with the trumpets that are sounded against the earth during the Wrath of God.
1st Trumpet/Vial - T: Hail and Fire mingled with blood falls from heaven upon all men (Revelation 8:7), V: Noisome and grievous sore upon the men which had the mark of the beast (Revelation 16:1-2).
2nd Trumpet/Vial - T: Burning mountain cast into sea with 1/3 of sea becoming blood (Revelation 8:8-9), V: Sea became as blood of dead man, with every living soul in the sea dying (Revelation 16:3).
3rd Trumpet/Vial - T: Great star falls from heaven called Wormwood and the waters became bitter (Revelation 8:10-11), V: Rivers and fountains of waters become as blood due to the slaying of the saints (Revelation 16:4).
4th Trumpet/Vial - T: Sun, moon, and stars are smitten so that a third of them shone not for a third of the day (Revelation 8:12), V: Sun to scorch men with heat and fire for the 2/3rds of the time it does shine, otherwise, men are left in darkness when the sun is not scorching with heat (Revelation 16:8-9).

You get the point. After Jesus comes to rapture his saints at the second coming of Christ, the wrath of God is poured out upon the earth until the Kingdom is established upon the earth for 1000 years. During the wrath of God, the Lord punishes the earth with heat and fire from heaven as seen in the Trumpet and Vial judgements. And we know both of these are the same event because both are preceded by verses indicating the pouring out of God's wrath (Revelation 6:17 prior to the sealing of the 144,000 and the Wrath of God poured out in Chapter 8,) and (Revelation 16:1, which says the vials poured out are the Wrath of God). There's only one Wrath of God, and both accounts explain the same event.

However, after Christ establishes his Kingdom, the martyred judge the nations at the event that is known as the Judgement of the Nations (Revelation 20:1-6); this event is also portrayed in Matthew 7 and Matthew 25. However, after the 1000 years finishes, Satan is loosed from the bottomless pit (Revelation 20:7-10) to gather the nations against Israel and Jerusalem (which is the throne of Christ and the habitation of the Saints), but God reigns down fire upon the armies of Gog and Magog (Revelation 20:9). This event is described in detail in Ezekiel 38 and 39. At some point in time after Gog and Magog is finished, the Great White Throne judgement occurs, in which God judges the dead (not the already resurrected saints which were quickened at the rapture), from the books of the dead and the Book of Life (Revelation 20:11-15). All those who died in the flesh after the rapture and before who were not saved are thrown into the Lake of Fire as those who are considered apart of Death and Hell, and those believers who died after the rapture are allowed to inhabit the Earth with the rest of the Saints for eternity. At this point, God renews the heavens and the Earth to remake them as they were before the fall of man with New Jerusalem (which is 1500x1500 Miles in area!), where God dwells with his people on Earth forever (Revelation 21).
The Book of Revelation is not in chronological order.
Indeed, it is not. In fact, upon examination, we can see that the Book of Revelation is halved from Chapter 4 to Chapter 11. Then, the events start over with a fresh perspective from Chapters 12 to 22. We know this based upon the parallel descriptions of events like the persecution of the saints, the wrath of God, the 144,000 and the stablishment of Christ's Millennial Reign.

Antichrist Edomite-jews [not Israelites] maliciously occupy God's ancient holy land. There can never be a silk purse made from that sow's ear.

The regathering of all 12 tribes of Israel under King Jesus happened millennia ago in Christian Europe.

The Ezekiel 38/39 & Rev 20 Gog/Magog global horde invasion is happening NOW in all the lands of God's European Christian Israel Christ-bearing people who have lived in peace and safety since Europe was rebuilt after WW2 [Ezekiel 38:8]... and ironically without the infamous "wall"... the Berlin Wall... since 1989.

The symbolic millennium reigning with Christ was the glorious European Christian church age which ended when antichrist satanic secularists and perverted cultural marxists dethroned God and enthroned evil secular humanism in all the lands of [former] European Christendom. This is why God has sent Gog/Magog's antichrist global hordes to invade the lands of His Christian Israel people, because they are living in sinful rebellion against God [Ezekiel 39:23-26.] God uses Gog/Magog the same way God used Pharaoh/Egypt... as a catalyst for God's divine intervention.

Scripture tells of a time when the land of Israel will be occupied by a peaceful and unsuspecting people living in safety without walls.
All the faithful Christians will live in the holy Land:

Why do people see the Bible as not absolutely clear on the premise of the Lord's people being in the holy Land before the Return?
Consider Daniel 7:23-25, paralleled by Revelation 13:7, where God's people are defeated by the armies of the Anti-Christ. Where does this happen? We are told in Revelation 11:1-8...in the Holy City, where the Lord was crucified.
Zechariah 14:1-2 and Daniel 11:29-35, also describe this 3 1/2 year period of traumatic testing for the people of the Lord, WHO ARE IN THE HOLY LAND AT THAT TIME.
Revelation 12:1-17 is very informative and gives more details of this 3 1/2, 42 month or 1260 day period: that chapter tell us that Satan will be thrown out of the spiritual realm and will come to earth, his angels with him. He pursues the 'woman', that we know must refer to all righteous Christian Israel of God. Israelites as per Galatians 3:26-29. They are then living in peace and prosperity in the holy Land, as many prophesies describe. The new nation of Beulah. Isaiah 62:1-5

The 'many' who had agreed to a peace treaty with the Anti-Christ, the leader of the One World Government, Daniel 9:27, are those who remain in the Land, Revelation 12:17, Zechariah 14:2b. But those who refuse to accede to that treaty, will leave the holy Land, will be taken to a place of safety, where they will be looked after for 1260 days, in a place prepared by God. Revelation 12:6

These are Biblical truths, proving the many prophesies about the great Second Exodus of all the Lords people, from every tribe, nation, race and language, Revelation 5:9-10, that will happen before the Return of Jesus. Then, He will destroy those conquerors of the holy Land, along with the rest of those gathered by Satan, Revelation 16:14, and bring all His people back to Jerusalem, Matthew 24:31, 1 Thessalonians 4:15-17

That this teaching is not known to you and most other Christians, is how God wanted it to be. Matthew 11:25
But now as we are so close to the time of fulfillment, God is 'opening the eyes and unstopping the ears' of a few who are willing to put aside false teachings and really understand His Plans for our future. Jeremiah 30:24

How do you read Revelation and come to that conclusion?

I agree that modern Israel is antichrist, but the antichrist hasn't even showed up yet, how are you saying that Gog and Magog is happening currently? It's obvious from the Bible that Gog and Magog is many years after the Millennial Reign of Christ, which is after the Rapture of the Saints, which is after Christ comes in the clouds and is visible by every eye on earth. When has Christ come in the clouds for every eye to see and tremble? When have all the tribes of the earth mourned and wailed at the glory of his coming?

I haven't heard of that in recent history. You're connecting dots that aren't there, my friend; the Bible is not a confusing book to understand when one reads it without trying to force an interpretation on it or trying to make it fit a puzzle piece for a puzzle that it's not apart of or referencing. Gog and Magog is obviously after the events of the Christ's coming in the clouds, and that hasn't happened yet; for crying out loud, we haven't even had the one-world government system headed by one man yet. I feel that it is fast approaching, but it hasn't happened as yet.

I would urge you to reconsider and reread Revelations carefully, and compare it's verses with the verses of Matthew 24, Luke 21, Mark 13, 2 Thessalonians 2, 1 Thessalonians 4 and 5, and a plethora of old testament references to the end times found in Isaiah, Jeremiah, Ezekiel and the minor prophets.

I posted an overview... so your question needs to be more specific.

Rev 20... satan was symbolically put in prison. Christian Israel symbolically reigned with Christ as their King of kings during the European church age... which has long since ended when satan was symbolically released again turning former Christian nations into secular humanist cultural marxist abominations.

Today, all of former Christendom is now living in sinful rebellion against God. As it says in Ezekiel 39... it is because of Christian Israel's sinful rebellion against God that God sends Gog/Magog's global hordes to invade the lands of Christian Israel [obviously it is CHRISTIAN Israel who is Gog/Magog's target in Rev 20:9] This is happening NOW. God's divine intervention... sending fire from heaven on Magog and his allies who think they are secure on the coast... could happen at any time and the current war in the Middle East might be a precursor which is why I previously posted the latest news .

But that's not correct is what I'm telling you. Think about it: Revelation 1:7 is the key verse for the ENTIRE book of Revelations, and it says that Jesus comes with the clouds and all the people of earth shall mourn because of it. When in history has that happened?

This is a reference to the wrath of God that takes place in the latter half of Daniel's seventieth week,

From the 1599 Geneva Bible, which is the Bible the Pilgrims brought to America before John Nelson Darby showed up on our shores with his Two Peoples of God doctrine.

Dan 9:27 And he shal confirme the couenant with many for one weeke: and in the middes of the weeke he shall cause the sacrifice and the oblation to cease, and for the ouerspreading of the abominations, he shall make it desolate, euen vntill the consummation determined shalbe powred vpon the desolate.

Daniel 9:27
And he (a) shall confirm the covenant with many for one week: and in the midst of the week he shall cause the sacrifice and the oblation to (b) cease, (c) and for the overspreading of abominations he shall make [it] desolate, even until the consummation, and that determined shall be poured upon the desolate.

(a) By the preaching of the Gospel he affirmed his promise, first to the Jews, and after to the Gentiles.

(b) Christ accomplished this by his death and resurrection.

(c) Meaning that Jerusalem and the sanctuary would be utterly destroyed because of their rebellion against God, and their idolatry: or as some read, that the plague will be so great, that they will all be astonished at them.

Based on Matthew 10:5-7, and Romans 1:16, and Galatians 1:14-18, the Gospel was taken "first" to Daniel's people for a period of about 7 years before Paul began his ministry to the Gentiles.
This was the 70th week of Daniel during the first century.

Why do you persistently ignore the Biblical truth of there being only one people of God, John 17:20-23, Ephesians 4:4-6 and as Christians our inheritance is to live in all of the holy Land. Ephesians 1:11-14, Romans 8:16-18, Psalms 37:29, +

The kingdom shall be taken from these people and given to a peaceful and unsuspecting people
Are you boastfully calling the Israel nation to perish ? You will be first to perish and yours given to others.

This is the village of Israel, no wall like the ancient types.

Laugh out loud, whoever lives there will be exterminated by the Arabs.
Bible prophecy, of which you seem to be unaware, says all the Arab nations will be destroyed on the terrible Day of the Lord's wrath:

Jeremiah 12:14-16 These are the Words of the Lord about those evil neighbours who have encroached onto the Land that I allotted to Israel as their inheritance. I shall uproot them from their holdings. Judah too, I shall uproot. Amos 2:4-5, Isaiah 22:14

Ref: REB. Verses abridged.

What is prophesied here, is something that has not yet happened in history, how the Lord Himself will send fire and destroy His enemies.
This can only be the forthcoming terrible event of the Sixth Seal, where a cosmic disaster causes earthquakes, storms and extreme heat, as 70 + other prophesies about the Day of the Lord’s wrath say.

This worldwide disaster will be triggered by the commencement of an attack upon Israel, as Psalms 83 describes. And as it says there, the Lord will then take action and wipe them all out. Psalms 7:12-16, Joel 3:4

Great will be the Day and the world will never be the same again.
