Ezekiel 9:3 Now the glory of the God of Israel went up from above the cherubim, where it had been, and moved to the threshold of the temple. Then the LORD called to the man clothed in linen who had the writing kit at his side

Ezekiel 9:4 and said to him, "Go throughout the city of Jerusalem and put a mark on the foreheads of those who grieve and lament over all the detestable things that are done in it."

Ezekiel 9:5 As I listened, he said to the others, "Follow him through the city and kill, without showing pity or compassion.

Ezekiel 9:6 Slaughter the old men, the young men and women, the mothers and children, but do not touch anyone who has the mark. Begin at my sanctuary." So they began with the old men who were in front of the temple.

As Gods chosen people are being sealed by Christ ,the rest in Israel will be committing abomination in worshiping the image of the beast and receiving the seal of the beast.

Thus, the reason for the outpouring of Gods wrath upon the Israelis.

Ezekiel 9:8 While they were killing and I was left alone, I fell facedown, crying out, "Alas, Sovereign LORD! Are you going to destroy the entire remnant of Israel in this outpouring of your wrath on Jerusalem?"

Ezekiel 9:9 He answered me, "The sin of the people of Israel and Judah is exceedingly great; the land is full of bloodshed and the city is full of injustice. They say, 'The LORD has forsaken the land; the LORD does not see.'

Ezekiel 9:10 So I will not look on them with pity or spare them, but I will bring down on their own heads what they have done."

Yes, the 7th executioner (the one who goes and marks people that refuse to engage in idol worship) functions in tandem with someone who is warning people - Malachi 4:5 new Elijah before the Day of the Lord

Daniel 12
10 Many shall purify themselves and make themselves white and be refined, but the wicked shall act wickedly. And none of the wicked shall understand, but those who are wise shall understand. 11 And from the time that the regular burnt offering is taken away and the abomination that makes desolate is set up, there shall be 1,290 days. 12 Blessed is he who waits and arrives at the 1,335 days. 13 But go your way till the end. And you shall rest and shall stand in your allotted place at the end of the days.”

the 1335 days start 1st:

new Elijah/ new Jonah in the belly of the whale for 3 days

1Then the word of the Lord came to Jonah the second time, saying, 2“Arise, go to Nineveh, that great city, and call out against it the message that I tell you.” 3So Jonah arose and went to Nineveh, according to the word of the Lord. Now Nineveh was an exceedingly great city, three days’ journey in breadth. 4Jonah began to go into the city, going a day’s journey. And he called out, “Yet forty days, and Nineveh shall be overthrown!” 5And the people of Nineveh believed God. They called for a fast and put on sackcloth, from the greatest of them to the least of them.

  • the 'prince/ ruler to come' 'makes/ confirms the covenant in the middle of 1 week/ 7 days' (Dec 18, 2020)
  • the 'prince/ ruler to come' breaks the covenant in the middle of the 7 days'
  • the abomination of desolation shows up in Jerusalem (Dec 21, 2020, the 'winter' solstice referenced in Matthew 24:20) (start the 1335 days)
  • new Jonah in the belly of the whale for 3 days
  • arrives at 'New Nineveh' (ie Jerusalem), travels for 1 day
  • 'In 40 days, 'Jerusalem shall be overthrown'
  • 45th day, starts the Day of the Lord, God's wrath, the start of 1290 days, Jerusalem is taken over by Apollyon or Abaddon - as punishment
  • 5 months (147 days, 5 lunar months) of locusts taking over (the 5 months of the 5th trumpet)
  • At the end of 5 months, start of the 6th Trumpet/ 2nd woe (takeover of the USA)
  • The inner court of the 'sanctuary' is taken over for 1143 days (the 1150 days of 2300 'evenings & mornings' of Daniel 8 - 1143 days + 7 days to cleanse = 1150) (147 + 1143 = 1290 days of Daniel 12:11)
  • The outer court is taken over for 1260 days, the 1260 days of the 2 witnesses
  • at the end of the 1260 days, (start the 'year of recompense', start of the 7 bowls of wrath ) the end of this year of recompense coincides with 69 weeks after the end of the trampling of the inner court (the 1290th day + 69 weeks = 1260 days + 1 year). Also coincides with the 77th anniversary of Israel + 7 months of clean-up of Gog (May 13, 2025 + 7 months to get to Dec 13, 2025)

Apollyon takes over the city & the sanctuary. 1st, Apollyon takes over the 'city' (which has a literal 'sanctuary') and then 5 months later, takes over a metaphorical / spiritual sanctuary.

Plainly this prophecy has happened.
Luke 21:24.... Jerusalem will be trodden underfoot by the Gentiles until the time of the Gentiles has run its course.

But then we get into unfulfilled prophecy in Luke 21:225-26; about the forthcoming terrible Day of the Lord's wrath by fire, earthquakes, storms and tsunamis; the Sixth Seal worldwide disaster.

This much prophesied, still to come, Lords Day of vengeance and wrath – may happen at the same time as the next Middle East war. People think there may be a nuclear exchange, but what is more certain is what the prophets say:
Jeremiah 50:25 The Lord opens His armory and brings forth the weapons of His wrath, for this is His work to be done in the lands of the godless peoples.
Isaiah 34:5 For My sword appears in heaven, it descends in judgement.
Psalm 11:6 The Lord is in heaven, raining fiery coals onto the wicked.
Isaiah 66:15-16 See, the Lord is coming in fire, like a whirlwind. He will judge with fire, His sword will test mankind and many will be slain by Him.
Isaiah 33:10-12 Now I shall arise, says the Lord, I will exalt Myself. You will be as chaff and stubble, a wind like fire will consume you. Whole nations will be heaps of white ash, like thorns cut down and set on fire.
Psalm 144:5-6 Lord, part the heavens. Make lightning flashes far and wide.
Isaiah 30:30 Then the Lord will make His voice heard in majesty...descending in fierce anger with devouring flames of fire amid storms and hail.
Jeremiah 30:23-24 See what a scorching wind has gone out from God, a sweeping whirlwind which whirls around the heads of the wicked. The Lords fierce anger is not to be turned aside until He has fully accomplished His purposes.
In Days to come you will understand.

Isaiah 29:5-6 Yet, the horde of Your enemies will crumble into dust, fly away like chaff. Suddenly in an instant punishment will come from the Lord, with storms, thunder, earthquakes and great noise and a flame of devouring fire.
Isaiah 9:19 The land is scorched by the Lord, the people are like fuel for the fire.
Isaiah 10:17 The Light of Israel will become a fire, its Holy One a flame, which, in one day will burn up and consume His thorns and briars.
Isaiah 30:26 On the Day that the Lord saves His people, the sun will shine with seven times its usual brightness and the moon will be as bright as the sun.
See; the Lord comes from afar, His anger blazing and His doom heavy. His lips are charged with wrath and His tongue is a devouring fire. His breath is like a torrent in spate. He sieves out the nations for destruction.
Isaiah 63:1-6

What these (and other) prophecies say, seems to be describing sunspot activity.
Maybe the sun is building up to a huge coronal mass ejection. This can happen very suddenly and unexpectedly, reaching earth within hours and would be capable of causing enormous damage and deaths worldwide.
All electrical and communications systems, industry, transport, you name it, could be destroyed, or at least severely damaged. Armies would be back to 1800’s technology.

Your, very first paragraph was wrong and i don't have the time to point out everything else.

Luke 21:24 They will fall by the sword and will be taken as prisoners to all the nations. Jerusalem will be trampled on by the Gentiles until the times of the Gentiles are fulfilled.

The time of the gentiles begins when the king of the north sends a military into Jerusalem to occupy it.That military shall occupy Jerusalem, for 42 months.

Revelation 11:2 But exclude the outer court; do not measure it, because it has been given to the Gentiles. They will trample on the holy city for 42 months.

At which time the Muslims take the city .It is at that time the king of the north places the abomination that causes desolation and the Israelis who are not saved either die or flee. They can not stay in the kingdom if they don't belong to Christ.

Matthew 8:12 But the subjects of the kingdom will be thrown outside, into the darkness, where there will be weeping and gnashing of teeth."

Mat 21:42 Jesus saith unto them, Did ye never read in the scriptures, The stone which the builders rejected, the same is become the head of the corner: this is the Lord's doing, and it is marvellous in our eyes?
Mat 21:43 Therefore say I unto you, The kingdom of God shall be taken from you, and given to a nation bringing forth the fruits thereof.

Who are God's "chosen" people described below by Peter?

1Pe 2:4 To whom coming, as unto a living stone, disallowed indeed of men, but chosen of God, and precious,
1Pe 2:5 Ye also, as lively stones, are built up a spiritual house, an holy priesthood, to offer up spiritual sacrifices, acceptable to God by Jesus Christ.
1Pe 2:6 Wherefore also it is contained in the scripture, Behold, I lay in Sion a chief corner stone, elect, precious: and he that believeth on him shall not be confounded.
1Pe 2:7 Unto you therefore which believe he is precious: but unto them which be disobedient, the stone which the builders disallowed, the same is made the head of the corner,
1Pe 2:8 And a stone of stumbling, and a rock of offence, even to them which stumble at the word, being disobedient: whereunto also they were appointed.
1Pe 2:9 But ye are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, an holy nation, a peculiar people; that ye should shew forth the praises of him who hath called you out of darkness into his marvellous light:
1Pe 2:10 Which in time past were not a people, but are now the people of God: which had not obtained mercy, but now have obtained mercy.

Jesus said He was sent ONLY to the lost sheep of Israel - Matthew 15:24. At the time of Christ the vast majority of all 12 tribes of Israel had been scattered abroad since the 8th century BC and had become "gentiles" [ie, nations] - James 1:1. Jesus sent His disciples to seek those lost sheep and bring them back into the fold. They were the wild olive branches [most of whom God divorced and cast away in the OT] to be grafted back on the olive tree [olive is a Biblical symbol of Israel.] As Hosea says to those divorced Israelites to whom God said you are not my people... it shall be said you are the sons of the living God. Hosea 1:9-11 & Romans 9:25-26.

Conversely, at the time of Christ the kingdom of Judah [Judea] had been usurped by Edomites, Israel's enemy who had feigned conversion and became "Jews" in the second century BC [per Josephus.] King Herod was an Edomite-jew who allied with Rome to conquer Jerusalem in 37BC. Rome declared Herod king of Judea. Herod murdered the royal Israelite heirs of the kingdom, totally tore down the second temple [the one Cyrus had decreed built] to rebuild his own third temple and had also tried to murder Israel's Messiah, God's temple made without hands, Jesus Christ [when Herod murdered the babes of Bethlehem.]

.

Based on Peter's words on the Day of Pentecost he was talking to "all the house of Israel", as he addressed the crowd in Acts 2:36.

Act 2:36 Therefore let all the house of Israel know assuredly, that God hath made that same Jesus, whom ye have crucified, both Lord and Christ.

In Romans 1:16 the Apostle Paul said that the Gospel was taken "first" to the Jew.
This is confirmed by Matthew 10:5-7, and Galatians 1:14-18.

The New Covenant promised in Jeremiah 31:31-34, which is found fulfilled by Christ during the first century in Hebrews 8:6-13, and Hebrews 10:16-18, and Hebrews 12:22-24, unites both Israel and Judah into one Body through Christ's blood covenant (Matthew 26:28), which was fulfilled at Calvary.

From Genesis when the 12 tribes of Israel first became a nation to Revelation where New Jerusalem has 12 gates one for each of the 12 tribes of Israel to enter... the Bible is a love story between God and His people, Israel, who God raised up from infancy to be God's wife. [Ezekiel 16.]

But the tribes of Israel had a civil war and split into two kingdoms, the Northern Kingdom of Israel and the Southern Kingdom of Israel [Judah.]

Because of their unfaithfulness and sinful rebellion against God, God divorced the Northern Kingdom of Israel in the 8th century BC. Arrysia destroyed the Northern Kingdom and scattered the vast majority of Israelites among the gentiles. Centuries later at the time of Christ, their descendants had become "gentiles" [ie, nations.]

Although Israel's sister, Judah, had also sinfully rebelled against God, God only punished Judah with Babylonian captivity. God did not divorce Judah because God Himself was destined to incarnate in Judah. When Cyrus conquered Babylon, he returned a portion [not all only a portion] of Judah back to Jerusalem to rebuild the temple.

At the time of Christ, all 12 tribes of Israel were scattered among the gentiles and had become gentiles [ie, nations.] James 1:1

All 12 tribes of Israel were destined to be regathered and joined together under God's New David, Israel's Messiah, God incarnate, Jesus Christ.

But there was a problem. God's law forbids remarriage to divorced Israel who had left to live with her pagan lovers.

The only thing that could break that old marriage covenant was the death of either party. So God incarnated to die for His beloved wife Israel, which enables ALL 12 tribes to become the Bride of Christ.

I have tried but I simply cannot a envision a God who would be so deficient as to be wrathful. Apparently some people can but I can't.

Have you read the Bible ??

Including those pages that might still be stuck together ??

For example:

You only have I known of all the families of the earth: therefore I will punish you for all your iniquities.

Amos 3:2

Circumcise yourselves to the LORD And remove the foreskins of your heart, Men of Judah and inhabitants of Jerusalem, Or else My wrath will go forth like fire And burn with none to quench it, Because of the evil of your deeds.

Jeremiah 4:4

A jealous and avenging God is the LORD; The LORD is avenging and wrathful. The LORD takes vengeance on His adversaries, And He reserves wrath for His enemies.

The LORD is slow to anger and great in power, And the LORD will by no means leave the guilty unpunished. In whirlwind and storm is His way, And clouds are the dust beneath His feet.

Nahum 1:2-3

Jealousy and wrath suggest a deficiency, even a fear, on the part the one who holds these attitudes. These are very human failings that have been mistakenly projected onto God's character. It is no longer the way I contentiously view God.

And BTW I have been a Christian for a very long time and read and study the Bible seriously. It is not necessary to attempt to put someone down in order to have a discussion with them, in fact, it is usually counterproductive.

It a sufficiently major Biblical theme that we should at least try to envision it.

In my view, God's wrath is directed again sin. At least in the OT, it is primarily directed again idolatry and abuses of other people. I don't think wrath is an emotion. Like many Biblical concepts it uses words from human situations and applies them somewhat non-literally. That's about the only alternative when talking about God. So in this sense God's wrath is his unwillingness to accept brokenness and his commitment to get rid of it.

One NT example of it is 1 Cor 3:12. It is the fire that will purify us. In that sense it is directed at us. Not to condemn us but to wipe out our flaws.

The question is what happens when people steadfastly refuse to repent. Is it possible that with people who won't repent, even when confronted with God, the fire will destroy rather than purity? Yes, I think it's possible, though we hope that it won't actually happen.

Atheists say that man creates his own god.
This is true of all false gods.

There is only one true God, the God of Israel.
He created man, not vice versa.

If you don't like the way I posted...
you probably don't like God's Biblical prophets either.
Jeremiah, Ezekiel and Elijah specifically come to mind.

Gods chosen people are those who Christ seals.
As I said .As Goofs chosen people are being sealedby Christ, the rest of the people in Israel will be commiting abominations, receiving the seal of the beast and worshiping the image of the beast.
This is the Gods chosen people im speaking of.
Ezekiel 9:4 and said to him, "Go throughout the city of Jerusalem and put a mark on the foreheads of those who grieve and lament over all the detestable things that are done in it."

Your opinion, not proved in any way.
Others can decide from what the historical record shows has happened and is, in fact still the case; of Gentiles desecrating the holy Place - the Temple Mount.

This is the verse you claim has been fulfilled.
Luke 21:24 They will fall by the sword and will be taken as prisoners to all the nations. Jerusalem will be trampled on by the Gentiles until the times of the Gentiles are fulfilled.

Now if the time of the gentiles had been fulfilled, then there shouldn't have been gentiles in Jerusalem, anymore after the time of the gentiles were fulfilled.
Hence. This verse has not been fulfilled.
Common sense.
Here again the timeof the gentiles is recorded in revelation.

Revelation 11:2 But exclude the outer court; do not measure it, because it has been given to the Gentiles. They will trample on the holy city for 42 months.

Now if your claiming this two has been fulfilled then please provide the dates (the beginning to the end of this occupation of Jerusalen by those gentiles).

Gods chosen people are those who Christ seals.

You are correct.
That sealing with the Holy Spirit has nothing to do with any geographical boundary.

Only those "born again" of the Spirit can enter into the kingdom of God.

Joh 3:3 Jesus answered and said unto him, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God.
Joh 3:4 Nicodemus saith unto him, How can a man be born when he is old? can he enter the second time into his mother's womb, and be born?
Joh 3:5 Jesus answered, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born of water and of the Spirit, he cannot enter into the kingdom of God.
Joh 3:6 That which is born of the flesh is flesh; and that which is born of the Spirit is spirit.
Joh 3:7 Marvel not that I said unto thee, Ye must be born again.
Joh 3:8 The wind bloweth where it listeth, and thou hearest the sound thereof, but canst not tell whence it cometh, and whither it goeth: so is every one that is born of the Spirit.

Joh 5:24 Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that heareth my word, and believeth on him that sent me, hath everlasting life, and shall not come into condemnation; but is passed from death unto life.

Gal 3:2 This only would I learn of you, Received ye the Spirit by the works of the law, or by the hearing of faith?

Eph 1:13 In whom ye also trusted, after that ye heard the word of truth, the gospel of your salvation: in whom also after that ye believed, ye were sealed with that holy Spirit of promise,

If a man's heart has stopped beating and he is jolted with an electric shock to restart his heart, at what moment did he pass from death to life?

That is analogous to being regenerated by the sealing of the Holy Spirit, upon faith in Christ.

I was dead, but now I am alive. (John 5:24)
He is in me, and I am in Him. ( John 14:26, and 1 Corinthians 3:16)

Based on Galatians 3:16-29, I am Abraham's seed and inherit the promise, through Christ.

As i posted on another topic here...

The Russian Bear awakes

If the "time of the gentiles" is the 2300 years from the time that the Torah was first translated into Greek... that end time has arrived.

My take on that might differ from others here. The ending of the "time of the gentiles" happens when the lost Israelites realize they are not really gentiles but the true children of the living God of Israel.
