Where did I say it happened a second time? Frankly, I want to work for people who want me to work for them, so I didn't really take offense. I moved on, and found another job, rather than whine about it.

You said you were denied jobs. Plural suggests it happened at least a second time.

That was the most blatant. I suspect others, but don't waste my time dwelling on it.

It happens. I took a job in a machine shop one time--had to tell the boss I was a Christian to get it. Later on when he found out I was an Anglican he fired me for lying to him.

The various threads about "I think we can all agree..." are really just ways to condemn a group because they don't understand the various terms in the same way. This just illustrates how the language is being manipulated in order to score political points.

Ah! Yes. Thatcs true. That sucks too. I don't think AA really helps anyone.
Actually, AA does help people. The 12 step program is very Catholic in its basis. You admit your fault, repent from it, and move forward, trying not to do it again.
