Presumably not. But only because it wouldn't work. Were they accusing their supervisor of racism because all white people are racist, or because their supervisor is?

I highly doubt, someone falsely claiming someone of racism, would admit on their complaint, they view all white people of being racist.

Falsely accusing someone of racism, because the person if of another race, is racist behavior in my opinion. Playing the race card, with no evidence to back up a claim, is racist behavior, IMO.

What's the disagreement?

I was thinking of something where the accusation of racism comes out of nowhere.

Actually, if one paid attention to ALL THE EVIDENCE in the Zimmerman case, he was accused of being racist, by some of the presidents comments and the media in general.

There was zero evidence, that Zimmerman acted out of racism and the FBI investigated him for a year, and found no evidence that Zimmerman was a racist. They did find, Zimmerman took a black girl to prom one year though.

Obama's statements such as; if Trayvon would have been white, things may have been different, ignored the evidence presented at trial and were presuming racism, without evidence. At trial, testimony showed, it was Trayvon that was calling Zimmerman racial names according to Trayvon's girlfriends testimony, who was on the phone with him. It was Trayvon, who was at his front door and choose instead to circle back and find Zimmerman to confront him, right after calling him racist names. Maybe the question should have been; if Zimmerman was black, things may have ended differently.

Are you saying these three guys all believe that all white people are racist, and never had reason to believe that their supervisor, specifically, was racist?

Yes. I would agree to that. But that's different from falsely accusing someone of being racist because they have reason to believe they're racist. Because at the moment I see a way to turn your own argument against you. I'm not going to do that. But in the interest of not throwing that term around lightly, perhaps it's worth watching how we use it here.

Don't read into what I write.

As I said, in all 3 cases, the 3 African American employees who were under performing in their jobs, chose to manufacture false allegations of racism. Only when their jobs were at risk, did these accusations come out and everything was just fine beforehand, with the same supervisor.

I had the allegations and I had the evidence and when someone falsely accuses someone of another race of racism, that is racist behavior.

I can't make it any clearer than that.

Right. They didn't necessarily agree that the
Supervisor was racist, only that they could potentially save their jobs by accusing him of it. I think it's immoral, but opportunistic, not necessarily racist. We don't know that they're claiming all white people are racist, but if they accuse this guy of it, they might save theiry job.

I had the allegations and I had the evidence and when someone falsely accuses someone of another race of racism, that is racist behavior.

So, if I accuse you of racism, and I'm wrong, I'm racist? I don't even know what race you are. I don't think that principle holds up.

I can't make it any clearer than that.

I know. I disagree with the idea that if I accuse you of racism, and you say 'I'm not racist', then I'm racist. Distinguishing of course from 'you're white, therefore you're racist'.

The principle just sounds like 'I'm rubber you're glue', doesn't it?

This gets so twisted sometimes....... Is a Black man in Africa being "racist" when he sells another black man as a slave to a white man on a boat? Or is that just being enterprising?

Enterprising.

Is it "racist" when a white president uses the same list of "territoist" countries that the previous black president had already compiled to effect travel restrictions on those countries?

I don't have enough information to form an opinion.

Ok, cool we just disagree.

IMO, falsely accusing someone of racism for personal gain, is racist behavior.

Calling out Islam for being an violent, barbaric religion is racism.
You would have a point. Except Christians were violent and harmed millions of people. So you should say the same for Christians.

No. That would be religious bigotry, not racism, and if and only if the white President in question was known to harbor bigoted opinions about Muslims.
