Donald Trump has spent way more time than we thought on the golf course
With his appearance Saturday at his Palm Beach County, Florida, golf course, the president hit a new milestone: 100 days of golfing at his own properties, according to CNN. It’s a remarkable feat for a man who’s been president for 407 days.

The 100 visits include 40 trips to Trump National Golf Course in Bedminster, New Jersey; 36 days at Trump International Golf Club in West Palm Beach, Florida; 23 trip to Trump National Golf Course in Sterling, Virginia; and one stop at Trump National Golf Club in Jupiter, Florida.

It’s funny, in a crying-over-your-beer-because-daytime-drinking-on-the-weekend-is-fine type of way, considering how much energy pre-president Donald Trump spent blasting former President Barack Obama over his own golfing habit.

This.....is CNN.
...and it's also a fact. If you'd like to show how the story isn't true I'd be interested in seeing your rebuttal of them. If you'd like to discuss CNN you should start a thread to discuss it. But it is cute how no one actually doubts President Trump has spent a quarter of his presidency playing golf, they just don't like anyone who points it out. Perhaps they should change President Trumps slogan from "MAGA" to "WKTEHNCO,BPPHDLWD" or "We Know The Emperor Has No Clothes On, But Please Pretend He Does Like We Do.".

I like him better on the golf course then in the Oval Office. We should be encouraging him to play more golf. More golf, less governing and the country will be saved.

Here's the real headline: Donald Trump has spent more than 25% of his presidency on weekends. In fact, 28%.
But given the fact that he's up at, like, 4:00 and goes to bed about 11:00 (pm), why shouldn't he take time out of his day to play a round.
The previous president, on the other hand, started his workday at about 11:00am and shut down at about 6:00.
I think the president's work ethic speaks for itself.

Ah, the thread police. Because all we can do is post links to CNN without commentary.

if they had posted something to comment on what was in the article that would been fine, all they posted was "This.....is CNN." if the OP had been "what do you think about CNN?" then that would have also have been fine. That post didn't actually have anything to do with the OP it was about where the post came from. I don't see why that can't be pointed out and addressed. You call it "thread police" I call it "responding to a post in a thread".

e could have asked "What's the point", I guess. But we should pay attention to who's reporting the news, shouldn't we? Especially when 25% of the week is weekend.

Ahhh! Could you point out where that was asked in that post? Because all I see is someone (apparently) just dismissing the OP because it came from CNN.

A report has claimed doesn't make it a newsworthy article. I'm sure he has the TV on while he works. I do, too, and I'm very productive. I know lots of people who spend significant work time tweeting, too. So what?

True, 13 indictments against Russians for meddling but much more important to have a twitter war with Alex (Alec) Baldwin... priorities? Also, his tweets too often consist of name calling, falsehoods, and an ego-centric defense...though some make the feckless claim that it is noteworthy that he fights back what is actually true is that he doesn't address the criticism but rather resorts to childish name calling - the ad hominem fallacy!
