Do you have a God?
Did you see my post #4 or did you choose to not answer it?
He may have missed it.

In any case, everyone has a God; God is the God of all creation,
so everyone has Him by default.

Now, whether they choose to acknowledge said God, that's a whole
other ball o' wax. •ᴗ•

Interesting. It sounds dualistic - - like the two gods are equal. God created Satan, so Satan is inferior. What are some customs in celebrating Norwooz?

Yes it is dualistic. Ahura Mazda and Ahriman are pretty much equal. Like two sides of a coin.

The brightest light throws the darkest shadow.

The main difference between Satan and Ahriman is, that Ahriman is not connected with fire and heat. While Ahura Mazda is connected with fire and light Ahriman stands for darkness, coldness.

Well we celebrate Nowruz at spring. Its a festival that is very very old. We put green grass and flowers on the table and a small aquarium with goldfish and also colored eggs. Its a bit liek your eastern. Maybe it has common roots?

Tehran for example looks a bit like Los Angeles.

Some of Los Angeles looks quite a bit like Tehran. There is an area near where I went to school that's known as Little Tehran or even Tehrangeles.

The people who live there are largely people who fled Iran in 1979, and their descendants.

Do the people of Iran have much contact with those who fled? What do Iranians feel about those who left? Are there families where some left and some stayed? What do they think of each other?

So feel free to ask anything you always wanted to know about Iran.
Your English is very good. Welcome to the forums.

Ahmadinejad said there's no homosexuals in Iran, but I see your avatar, and I'm just wondering, you know, what's up?

Well of course. Often they even come visit. Times have changed and those who left Iran in almost all cases have family here. I think for those who left its difficult, most like to return and some do but many have build their new life abroad.

Iranians care for their looks and if you try to say i look like an homosexual than i have nothing to discuss with you.

1) We see the american government as something very bad but dont connect this with the normal citizen there.

That's good to hear.

2) I dont want soud rude but for most Iranians trump appears demented.

For a lot of Americans too. :)

Are you accountable to your "god"? If so, how? Does he have laws he requires you to obey? what happens if you break those laws? Is there a remedy or does it not matter if they are broken?

You are a man. You are not able to effectively give a women's view. I maintain that it is extremely better for a girl to be born and live in America than Iran.

So I won't ask any if those questions. But I will ask... You speak against our government and yet so many people wish to immigrate here. We must be doing something right. Are people standing in line or risking their life to become part of Iran?
