Rev 6:1-2
[1] And I saw when the Lamb opened one of the seals, and I heard, as it were the noise of thunder, one of the four beasts saying, Come and see.
[2] And I saw, and behold a white horse: and he that sat on him had a bow; and a crown was given unto him: and he went forth conquering, and to conquer.
The verse does NOT say that the white horse comes from Europe? The horsemen have nothing to do with politics!
The white horse has already come. And He is Christ.
Not Jesus. The seven seals cover the 70th week. Revelation itself, the chapters containing the visions from chapters 6-20, are based on the 70th week.
I don't know where the horse comes from - but the rider will come from the EU.
In Revelation 6:2, the person has become the King of Israel - not Christ - but instead of and against Christ. He is given a crown. Jesus has many crowns and arrives at the end of the 70th week, not the beginning of it. Why do you think it is called the Revelation God gave Jesus - it is not because information is being revealed to us, albeit it is of course , but the glorious revealing and honor God has bestowed on Jesus that the whole world will see him coming in Great Power and Glory.

The person will have become the leader of the EU before becoming the rider on the white horse. There is a sequence of events that will take place before the person becomes the King of Israel.
First there has to be the ten king (leader) form of government established - not there yet. It is to be in the latter stages of the EU. In Daniel 8:23, the latter stage of their (the ten kings) kingdom. If you want to read it.
Then the little horn comes to power. As Gog/Magog appears on the horizon, the little horn "stands up" an idiom for prepares to go to war. Also in Daniel 8:23.
He positions his army in Greece, one of the former breakup kingdom location, as a deterrent to the invasion. Daniel 8:9.
Gog/Magog takes place, and in the aftermath, he moves his army in to the middle east, moving south and east. Daniel 8:9
It is at this point the Jews will believe him to be their messiah, and will be anointed the King of Israel. The rider on the white horse.
He will have gone forth into the middle east, having staged his army to conquer and occupy the middle east, under the auspices of keeping peace in the area - and gaining control of of all the oil.
Later on, after he becomes the beast in Revelation 13, his kingdom, described as a leopard, feet of a bear, and mouth of lion - which indicates that the EU will have gained control of the territories once held by those other three empires.
