Some great quotes in there....that one about the purpose of speaking in parables is a real eye-opener .so much for the always “sweet and lovable” myth of Jesus.perhaps God doesn’t want everybody? Food for thought
Cant give steak to a baby, or risk killing it. You see, I just posted about the amazing love of God and you received "God doesn’t want everybody"

"those that thou gavest me I have kept, and none of them is lost, but the son of perdition; that the scripture might be fulfilled."

"Ask, and it shall be given you; seek, and ye shall find; knock, and it shall be opened unto you:For every one that asketh receiveth; and he that seeketh findeth; and to him that knocketh it shall be opened."

Everyone receives what they are ready to receive. The race isnt given to the swift. And the ones who gets there at the first hour, receives the same reward as the one who arrive at the 12th.

Jesus hid the truth from some lest they be saved... not because they were not ready to receive it....lest at ANY TIME they should see and hear and understand with their heart and be converted and saved...Isaiah predicted it centuries earlier...... closed eyes ,dull of hearing

Yes. This truth was hidden from me lest at any time I should see and understand. One must die before they can live.
"For whosoever will save his life shall lose it: and whosoever will lose his life for my sake shall find it."

"unto them that are without, all these things are done in parables"
When you are ready to come inside, we can continue. May God bless you on your journey to heaven.

I feel honored that you learned "people are different" from me. I always hoped
I would reach at least one person with my message.

I have always known that people are different. I am an empathizer and I live in that mode. This is not something new that happened recently because of my interaction with you.

Jesus went to Hell and left. Would His Not-followers have that option?
Jesus didn't go to hell (gehenna). He went to hades. There is a difference.[/QUOTE]

I don't get why people think you earn your way into heaven, either through being good or through having faith. Seems to me, getting into heaven consists in not rejecting going there when the day comes; in clinging to God when he shines his light upon us.

I don't get why people think you earn your way into heaven, either through being good or through having faith.

These suggest action.

The second is this: ‘Love your neighbor as yourself.’ There is no commandment greater than these.
Mark 12:31

Finally, all of you, be like-minded, be sympathetic, love one another, be compassionate and humble.
1 Peter 3:8

No one should seek their own good, but the good of others.
1 Corinthians 10:24

Carry each other’s burdens, and in this way you will fulfill the law of Christ.
Galatians 6:2

Therefore encourage one another and build each other up, just as in fact you are doing.
1 Thessalonians 5:11

For the entire law is fulfilled in keeping this one command: “Love your neighbor as yourself.”
Galatians 5:14

Do nothing out of selfish ambition or vain conceit. Rather, in humility value others above yourselves.
Philippians 2:3

So in everything, do to others what you would have them do to you, for this sums up the Law and the Prophets.
Matthew 7:12

Keep on loving one another as brothers and sisters. Do not forget to show hospitality to strangers, for by so doing some people have shown hospitality to angels without knowing it.
Hebrews 13:1-2

Each of us should please our neighbors for their good, to build them up.
Romans 15:2

When I was A wee Lad In college , my freshman English teacher put this on the blackboard on the first day.90% of the class was freaked out over this, probably thinking all their lives that they were good enough...and for the first time in their lives their comfort zone had been violated....any thoughts?

Obedience to God has never been about striving to be good enough, but about finding rest for our souls (Jeremiah 6:16-19, Matthew 11:28-30).

Actually, they did not make assessments in nor of themselves.
Yes, they did curse people(or spoke out against them if not cursed),
they cursed those people (or spoke out against them if not cursed)
WHEN YAHWEH DIRECTED THEM TO.
That's a big, big difference - to be directed by Yahweh, as Yeshua(Jesus) was,
so also He Trained His disciples to be.
To not have their own (nor our own) judgments, but to JUDGE RIGHTEOUSLY, YAHWEH'S JUDGMENT.
To know Yahweh's Judgment is unique (rare) in this world we live in just as it was when Jesus trained the Apostles and disciples. Most people never know it nor realize it (God's Judgment) until it is too late for them. All their lives they reject God and His Judgment. Then when they are before His Throne , it is too late.

If someone is truly serving Him, shouldn't his/her assessment always be in accordance with His judgment? After all, we are given His Spirit. Peter said: "you have not lied to men, but unto God." (Acts 5:4).

Isn't it sad that people reject God and His judgment? Yet, He endures the rejection from the vessels of wrath prepared for destruction.

Even unbelievers can tell when someone is living the life of self-sacrificial service in Christ Jesus and when they are just serving with their lips but their hearts are far from Him.
Those who are currently living in union with Yeshua, abiding in Him all the time,
know it and are known by Him and by others doing the same , in Spirit, no matter the difference between them (which is often great).
People are very often 'satisfied' or 'comfortable' thinking they are 'good enough' (title) when they may barely if at all know Him. To discover this, they have to go someplace where the difference is discussed and known and where those who are failing can be brought up instead of further cast down in their lives. Then if they are willing they may be helped, Yahweh Willing.

When Jesus spoke in parables he was referring to kingdom things, He spoke in parables so that those who were without (unbelievers) would not understand. But once these unbelievers become believers now they can understand the parables.

We don't do these things to become believers, but because we are believers.

Many people when they encounter Jesus at the Judgment will say "Lord, Lord", they may even profess how many good works they have done. And Jesus will reply, "I never knew you, depart from me you worker of iniquity".

Matthew 7:21 Not every one that saith unto me, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the kingdom of heaven; but he that doeth the will of my Father which is in heaven.
7:22 Many will say to me in that day, Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in thy name? and in thy name have cast out devils? and in thy name done many wonderful works?
7:23 And then will I profess unto them, I never knew you: depart from me, ye that work iniquity.

It is not so much the name "Jesus" that people need to know, but they need to know what Jesus means.
God saves or Yahshua means YHWH saves.
