Take it easy kid. Have you any hobbies like knitting, sewing, painting, fishing? I've noticed that you're quite prolific with your Christian poetry. I'd suggest that you dwell more on that hobby to take your mind off the mundane stuff. Do keep us posted. God bless

That's a good place to be in Jennifer! It sucks but in a good way!
It means you're realizing that Jesus words are true when He says "....without me you can do nothing".
All the good we do, all the small social victories we win....are all "filthy rags" and worthless.
We really are like helpless mucky children that need a good smack round the ear from time to time, have our noses wiped and then back out to play.
Don't beat yourself up - the devil will do enough of that. Just tell Jesus how you feel and ask him for help...you could be surprised what happens.
I was reading these verses and thinking about my wife's condition at the moment but they could be helpful to you as well and I've made it personal for you :
Psalm 91 v 14 - 16 :
Because Jennifer hath set her love upon me, therefore will I deliver her: I will set her on high, because she hath known my name. Jennifer shall call upon me, and I will answer her: I will be with her in trouble; I will deliver her, and honour her. With long life will I satisfy her, and shew her my salvation.

Sorry that you are having a down on yourself kind of a day. Do you keep a journal? Just going from your posts you seem to cycle through moods fairly routinely. If you journal maybe you can find a pattern such as hormonal influence or physical triggers such as sugar or caffeine or lifestyle triggers such as being at home alone. Other than that I say pray, listen to worship music and hang out with uplifting people like umm..us here at CF
