Ask yourself this question:

"Would you want anyone to go to hell"

If hell was a real place of unending anguish, would you want them to be there.

Could you stand your children there
Could you stand your family there.
Could you stand your friends there.
Could you stand your enemies there.

And what if you end up in this place, is it fair to be there?

Your logic:

I don't like the idea of hell.

Therefore it doesn't exist.

If, however, you brought in a holy God into the picture - Who also graciously sent His beloved Son Who died at the Cross in the place of sinners - the whole logical pattern change. In the end it's what Scripture teaches that will inform how Christians reason.

The problem is if hell is real and there is a God that controls and decides who goes there then we can't do anything about it unless we accept what the bible says and conform to the way God desires. A created being simply cannot protest and have things their own way. It's like the pot telling the potter what to do :)

Hell, especially eternal Hell, is the hardest Christian concept to accept. Many Christians through the centuries have refused to accept the teaching of eternal punishment. I have mixed feelings on the subject. However, even if Hell does not exist or it's existence is not forever, that does not mean that there is no punishment. Be rest assured, none of us will get out of this life and into the next, without being held to account for our life here on Earth.

Maybe before you ask questions, you should know what it is your talking about.

But in answer to your first question.

No I do not want to see YOU there, so listen closely.

You only get one chance to get it right, and that means your lifetime is the only time you will have an opportunity to make it to Heaven, if you are NOT a Christian when you die, you will end up in Hell.

Now for your other uninformed questions.

1) Hell Does exist, it's not an if question.
2) Hell is not a place of Unending Anguish, but the Lake of Fire most certainly is.
3) Christians do not end up in Hell, that is reserved for NON BELIEVERS.

Now being armed with the Truth and Knowledge about the future, what are you going to do about it to insure you do not end up there, because there is only one way you will not, and that is Salvation through Jesus Christ.

I believe the Bible teaches Dualistic Conditional Immortality.

This is the view as taught in the Bible that says that "hell" is a very real and literal place; But the wicked will perish (i.e. be erased from existence) in the Lake of Fire (After the Judgment).

I don't want people to reject the amnesty of salvation that keeps people out of Hell. I am more OK with murderers, rapists, and torturers going there than I am with more regular people. The sentence of condemnation is still "good" because God metes it out. An unsaved person believing in Jesus and following him, thus escaping Hell is far better.

It doesn't exist for one main reason, Corinthians 13.

It is a fair analysis to think we will all be accountable. But why can't any type of punishment entail a complete rehabilitation of ones soul.

Why not just not resurrect people who are wicked. Punishment enough.

Well it is a choice every one of us has. Once we know about Jesus and the scriptures, it is a choice. Free. At the moment of our death that choice is exercised. I want nobody to go to hell and it is our duty to spread the word that it need not be inevitable. There is a wonderful beautiful alternative.
It just depends on humility and the capacity to listen and learn and pray.
Hell is real. Heaven is real. We know that.

you wouldn't believe the explanation

I would. I would love to hear your opinion. I believe totally in the power of Christ. I fear hell, i love Jesus and i want heaven more than anything. I am a simple creature and love tjst my life is in God's wondrous hands.

Then my opinion of Hell wouldn't matter at that point. Nor would it really matter now. What matters is making sure to the extent that I can that I am not one of those people.
