Donald Trump has the potential to be one of the greatest presidents of all time. Do you agree?

Sort of like Bill Clinton?

I almost agreed thinking he was talking about the Obamanation we had for last president. So many still trying to recover from the great depression that fool that I don't pity sent us into.

Possibly. It depends I suppose if you prefer sleezy in private but a capable and competent president or prefer sleezy in private and in public as well as an entirely incapable and incompetent president.

Me, I would prefer not sleezy at all and also competent; and not try and justify a sleezy slimey incompetent scam artist by using whataboutism.

Hmmm, it appears that you can't get your Presidents straight. Bush, not Obama was the Prez who was in charge when the world was sent into the worst recession since the Great Depression. Obama resided over the longest period of growth without a recession in US history.

The current person in the White House owes most of the economies success to his predecessor.

Refreshing to have a US President who is a natural born citizen, whose name is not Clinton, Bush or Osama, or whatever Kennedy called him, who believes in God, doesn't drink, smoke or do drugs, doesn't fall for being responsible for what others say (for him) that he did not say, takes care of his own with his own funds, advocates Americans first, America first, before tying to be the worlds caretaker, advocates against criminals who want to break into our nation, isn't askeered to say what he thinks, has good ideas for improvements, isn't askeered of hard work, isn't askeered of political roadblocks, and is NOT a seasoned corrupt Politician trying to suck every dime out of the people's pockets.

I can give the predecessor credit for several things, mainly leaving. :)

The person currently occupying the White House will probably be leaving soon, too. He will go down as the worst US President ever. Of course, being one of the worst Americans ever makes that connection easy.

Spin wheel keeps spinning around...whatever dude, believe what you want. It's obvious we disagree on pretty much everything that matters. Have a nice day, would you like to supersize that!

No spin here. The facts ma'am, just the facts, as Joe Friday would say.

So let me get this straight, the fact is "He is a lying scum ball that has brought nothing but shame." without any kind of support. In a courtroom, that's called "slander", not very becoming of someone wearing prayer beads. I would not hesitate to agree the economy went into decline while Bush jr. was in office. However, to suggest it improved during the Obama period, is laughable, even moreso to give his admin credit for any comeback. All we need to do is research the businesses that went out of business, jobs lost, unemployment rates, and so on from those time periods to today, and I strongly believe the evidence would not be in the former presidents favor. Personally, I only need to remember, because I remember things like being unemployeed but not collecting unemployment and filling out application after application interview after interview and not landing a job. I remember things like Blockbuster going out of business. I remember Circuit City going out of business, Radio Shack going out of business, among others. Check your dates, they did not all if any go out during the first year of Obama's presidency. Wanna discuss bailouts?

History isn't something you can "agree to disagree on" been here:
The Great Recession of 2008: What Happened, and When?
The first signs of the Great Recession started in 2006 when housing prices began falling. By August 2007, the Federal Reserve responded to the subprime mortgage crisis by adding $24 billion in liquidity to the banking system. By September 2008, Congress approved a $700 billion bank bailout, now known as TARP. By March 2009, Obama proposed the $787 billion economic stimulus package.
So, who was President in 2006? That would be President Bush, not President Obama.

It's obvious we disagree on pretty much everything that matters.
uhmmm...the facts agree with Yarddog so you're not just disagreeing with Yarddog you're disagreeing with reality. :)

Have a nice day, would you like to supersize that!
Shouldn't that be a question mark on the end not an exclamation mark?

We did have a great President, only to have a minority of American voters replace him with a D-list reality tv show host.

Did he lie, yes. That is a fact. He lied about aspects of the ACA. But, Trump lied more in his first month than Obama did for his whole 8 years.

In a courtroom, that's called "slander", not very becoming of someone wearing prayer beads.
Slander? Do you know what slander is?

Hmmm, maybe you slept through the past 8 years. Every economic indicator in place proved how much it improved. No President has ever presided over greater economic gains than Obama.

Ok wise guy, Circuit City went out in 09', Blockbuster in 2010, Borders 2011, sbarro 2011 and 2014, Bookstone 2014. Companies like K-Mart and Sears have been on the decline for a long long time.

I'm not sure why you think those businesses failing have anything to do with President Obama? Can you provide a link that connects them to his policies or did they fail because the whole system basically crashed because of the bubble bursting under President Bush?

well I try and never argue with facts and history. People who do that just tend to sound a lot like this:

Seriously? From a person arguing with emoji's?!?
I'm not arguing with emojis, I just like using all the toys in the box. :)
