Christian separated from his family for 11 years!

Like many others who have been imprisoned in Eritrea, Mussie Yemane has never been charged with any crime. He is not a criminal – if anything his ‘crime’ is simply loving and seeking to serve Jesus Christ. For this, Mussie was arrested and detained in 2006 and has remained in detention ever since.

Will you pray for Mussie, for his wife, his children, his President, his nation and his fellow prisoners?

Pray that in his prison cell, Mussie may be able to recall clearly the faces of his loved ones and friends. Pray that he will be gracious, forgiving, full of hope and that his life will be a constant testimony to the enduring and unchanging love of God for men and women from every nation.

UPDATE
Please continue praying for our Tajik brother in Christ, Bakhrom Kholmatov, who was arrested earlier in 2017 and sentenced to three years in prison. One of our partners recently informed us that brother Bakhrom is doing well and is encouraged by the support and prayers from his friends and family in Christ.

Cards of encouragement may be sent to: Bakhrom Kholmatov, Yavan, Post Box Yas 3/6, Otryd 6, Tajikistan

To live ìn the very real knowledge that having a bad day could actually end in prison being tortured and your family.... well let's all take out 15 minutes this morning and plead to our God for divine intervention and comfort to these and other poor souls languishing in prison simply for loving Him and following His will in their ĺives. Today, no excuses. Please.
