I need help determining if it is Blasphemy to say "Oh Lord" in the context of express pain

"I got to the river so lonesome I wanted to die...oh Lord! And then I jumped..."

This passage if from a song, and well Im not sure if that would be using his name in vain, because would it not be the same as in saying "Oh Lord, Im in Pain".

But if its a sin, I want to give it up to please the Lord-- to live in sin no more.

Ummmmmm...... Well shucks, I'm stumped.
So it's okay as long as his name isn't being used as a curse word?
If your saying the Lord's name while thinking about the Lord then how could it be in vain? But even if your in the midst of a worship song about Him while making up a grocery list in your mind He might think that to be vain use of His Name, a double-mindedness.

That's from a Hank Williams Jr....Long Gone Lonesome Blues.

Saying oh Lord, when you have the blues is likened unto saying oh Lord,
when you be in pain.

In the Bible, a person's name had much more to do with who they are as a person and what their reputation is than about what they were referred to as. There are many verses in the Bible that describe the Mosaic Covenant as being a marriage between God and Israel, such as with God describing Himself as her husband (Jeremiah 6:16-19), and with Israel's unfaithfulness being described as adultery, which eventually got so bad that God wrote the Northern Kingdom a certificate of divorce (Jeremiah 3:8), and God can only become divorced if He was first married. In Numbers 6:27, it speaks about God putting his name on His people, so it is exactly like a wife taking her husband's last name when they got married. If she were to be faithful to him, then she would bring honor to his name, but if she were to be unfaithful to him, then she would be taking his name in vain. We are God's ambassadors to the world and have been entrusted with the message of reconciliation to join in the ministry of Christ reconciling the world to himself (2 Corinthians 5:18-20), so need to do things that bring glory to His name and avoid taking God's name in vain aka doing things that lower God's reputation in the eyes of others. As such, it is possible to bring glory to God's name or to take God's name in vain without ever saying it, and is not primarily about saying "Oh Lord" when experiencing pain.

So then is it saying his name in a negative way that's blasphemy, or just using his name without any purpose?

Okay so if I'm saying his name when I don't need to, its blasphemy?
It's not being irreverent. Taking the Lord's Name in vain is someone who wears Christianity as a badge of respectability and nothing else. Those who use Christ's Name for gain in vain.
