The kingdom vs america

The kingdom is about peace, righteousness, and joy in the spirit. America is about division, strife and materialism.

The Church imho, is too conformed to the world.
Romans 12:2 And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God.

That's not just your opinion,
that is what God's Word says clearly.

There do not appear to be enough believers even if they all repent
to change what is happening in the land (on earth).... not until Jesus returns that is.

And the point/ hope/ thought about this is what ?

Mind if I take a stab at this too brother? Because...we know we're in the last days, and probably very close to the start of the Great Tribulation, right? So the implications to me is...that the more believers that are praying (and unbelievers repenting and accepting Jesus...!) then the more God will lessen the suffering and death and destruction in America...?

Certain things will have to come to pass, because it is written...but the power of prayer can directly affect the intensity of it...(The prayer of a righteous man availeth much...)
Nineveh ring a bell? Slated for destruction...then when Jonah finally made it there, they all (had, lol) repented, so the judgement of destruction was cancelled by God...!!!
America may be just like Nineveh. Types and shadows, God tells the end from the beginning, etc..

Exactly Sister. The (corporate) church needs help, and I think that the real Church is US now, (we're the temple of the Holy Spirit) and home Churches/study groups are the last days answer to the problem of which you speak. Corporate churches are not giving the congregation the tools it needs to be able to grow and spiritually mature...and walk in Christ in these last days.

And, do you know what happened to Nineveh finally ? (it was destroyed totally)

Jesus is not American. HE IS DEVINE.
We're Christians (sinner's saved) first.
American ideologies do not always conform to Christ.
Founded on religious freedom, America has been blessed immensely by the Hand of God.
Pray for a revival that people turn to Christ. People need Christ.
Pray that believers turn back to God, and the unsaved find Jesus as their Savior.
God Bless America. IN GOD WE TRUST.

I have a hard time saying that God blessed america. Either way, look at how carnal politics are. The apostle paul rebuked the carnal corinthians for being divided spiritually, he also said we should be separate from this world, thereby perfecting holiness. What would paul say about republicans and democrats?

Turn to YHWH (repent); stop robbing people; stop oppressing people; take care of the poor and the widows INSTEAD of creating widows and orphans;
stop killing; stop promoting and propheting(sic) from the drug trade (illegal and legal); enforce righteous laws with justice and not bribes.

well I really feel for the people of the world because it is rather hard to exist as something more than what your biology is and if so many just exist in the conditions that are it becomes harder to be something different. but at least we don't have to worry about starving when a bad winter comes along.

I once belonged to an "America First - Without Apology" group of Christian Patriots. Years after it all wound down, I gained a wider perspective. One widening was meeting a Cuban Christian pastor, and he told me that he had been one of Castro's men waiting on the shore at the Bay of Pigs. He used to be one of those faceless Commie pigs, and now, here he was, my Christian brother. Now I know that America needs to apologize for lots of things.
