First, all a vegan eats is a plant based diet with no animal products. Please refrain from giving recipes with animal products. Some ingredients may slip by you like certain gelatins that carry meat by product. Please research ingredients.

So I'll start first with my vegan dim sum in a vegan Tom Kha Gai.
First I bought the all veggie dim sum at my local Super H Mart and steamed it for 13 mins with hot water and cashew milk.
While the dim sum cooked I used vegetable broth, coconut milk, lemon grass, grated ginger, a tiny bit of cashew milk, paprika, a tea spoon of raw sugar, minced garlic, and garlic salt and boiled the liquids until bubbling then lowered it to simmer. I added the solid ingredients as well as two table spoons of coconut oil and stirred.
Once the dim sum was done I just combined both and enjoyed.
