Ask Holy Spirit for Gods Holy Discernment through Jesus Ocean of Mercy after Holy Confession because you will need to approach Jesus in deep sorrow and remorse for your comments made in relation to Our Blessed Virgin Mother Mary first to obtain Jesus Mercy for Holy Spirits Holy Discernment always through Jesus Mercy

Our Blessed Holy Queen of Heaven has been loved and received and honoured and thanked in hearts with Jesus and Holy Spirit for centuries dating back prior to the 12th 13th century appearing with Jesus to His Saints Nuns and Catholics

For instance Jesus with our Blessed Virgin Mother Mary has appeared to Saint Dominic in 1214 and again in 1216 and to His Nuns Saints so many of them in those aforesaid centuries not just priests including other Catholics attending Holy Confession and Holy Communion receiving Jesus into hearts in heart felt prayer focussing on Jesus and His Bitter Passion His Sorrowful Mysteries

If you are not an avid reader then it may take you a great deal of time to read given that there are thousands upon thousands of pages to read in many of the Saints Nuns Sisters writings from Jesus God Holy Spirit and many Holy Prayers from God Himself

Yet satan and His evil, leads deters hearts away from our Blessed Virgin Mother Mary of Whom satan detests for a number of Holy reasons one being that She is more Holy Powerful than any Christian could ever imagine in God our Heavenly Divine Majesty

i pray hope you will all make either Holy Purgatory or Heaven one day and realise this Holy fact of Gods

Won't be reading this thread again out of love and hurt people inflict upon our Blessed Virgin Mother Mary Most of all Jesus Christ my Beloved Sacred Heart God my Heavenly Divine Majesty Holy Spirit and Heaven is deeply affected by people whom do this including Jesus God Holy Spirit most of all

I'm not Calvinist, if that's what you meant to ask.

Read Revelations after praying to Jesus God Holy Spirit after making The Sign of The Cross 12

What exactly does making "the sign of the cross" benefit anyone? How does it help me understand Scripture more fully, for instance?

Ask Holy Spirit for Gods Holy Discernment through Jesus Ocean of Mercy after Holy Confession because you will need to approach Jesus in deep sorrow and remorse for your comments made in relation to Our Blessed Virgin Mother Mary first to obtain Jesus Mercy for Holy Spirits Holy Discernment always through Jesus Mercy

What have I said against Mary? I believe about her exactly what God's word reveals in regard to her. I acknowledge that she was indeed "blessed" to be chosen by God in bringing the Messiah, our Saviour, into the world, I acknowledge that she rejoiced, as I do, in her Saviour, I am glad she humbled herself to God's plan and His will and I believe that was no easy thing. She trusted God with everything, that is indeed an example for us.

As far as "venerating" her goes, however, I firmly believe that such things actually disrespect her, who she was and her humble submission to God. I do not believe she would ever want anyone to give her glory and praise that belongs to God alone.

Our Blessed Holy Queen of Heaven has been loved and received and honoured and thanked in hearts with Jesus and Holy Spirit for centuries dating back prior to the 12th 13th century appearing with Jesus to His Saints Nuns and Catholics

I'm aware that such practices go back a long way into history. In the OT there is a "Queen of Heaven", and it isn't Mary.

Jesus specifically warned in Scripture not to believe anyone who says He's returned or appeared, because when He does, the entire world will know.

I think He gave this warning for good reason, though it has been ignored by many.

How do you come to such conclusions? There is absolutely nothing at all written in God's divinely inspired word about this ultimate holiness and power you believe Mary has.

i pray hope you will all make either Holy Purgatory or Heaven one day and realise this Holy fact of Gods

I reject the idea of Purgatory. It goes entirely against Scripture. Jesus by Himself purged our sins. It is finished, complete, a one time sacrifice. His blood has washed away the sins of those who trust in Him. And to be absent from the body is to be present with the Lord.

How can Jesus be hurt by those who hold to Scripture?

Do you not think it far more likely that it grieves, and even offends, God when people give praise and honour to anyone or anything else that belongs to Him alone? He shares His glory with no one.

Also, I think if Mary could know how people venerate her, she would be hurt. She knew what it was to love God above all else, her life was indeed an example of that.

Guided by Jesus Holy Spirit and my Blessed Virgin Mother Mary and in fact a long time away from CF in relation to people Blaspheming our Holy Queen of Love Mercy and Holy Queen of Heaven and you all know whom you are and God knows your hearts

No one who reads, cherishes and respects the word of God and all revealed in it about Mary is going to "blaspheme" her. (If indeed it is even a possibility to blaspheme a mortal human being who is not divine).

We should hide the word of God in our hearts. We are in a spiritual battle.

What exactly does making "the sign of the cross" benefit anyone? How does it help me understand Scripture more fully, for instance?
Contrary to what some Protestants would have you think, the Sign of the Cross dates back to the earliest times. In third century, Tertullian wrote, “At every forward step and movement, at every going in and out, when we put on our clothes and shoes, when we bathe, when we sit at table, when we light the lamps, on couch, on seat, in all the ordinary actions of daily life, we trace upon the forehead the sign.”
A number of other Church Fathers also attest to the use of the Sign of the Cross early on, including St. John Chrysostom and St. Cyril of Jerusalem.

For Catholics, the Sign of the Cross does not need to be explicitly recorded in the Scriptures in order to justify its use. The Sign of the Cross simply affirms in gestures the core of the creed—the existence of the Trinity and the crucifixion of Jesus. Only the most reactionary of anti-Catholic prejudices would see in this gesture something to be argued against.

But it just so happens that there is compelling biblical evidence that supports this practice.
Rev. 7 “Do not damage the land or the sea or the trees until we pxut the seal on the foreheads of the servants of our God.”
Catholic commentators have traditionally associated the seal on the foreheads of the servants of God with the Sign of the Cross. (For example, see the Haydock Bible Commentary here and Scott Hahn’s book Signs of Life: 40 Catholic Customs and Their Biblical Roots.)

The book makes two more references to a “sign” on the forehead. In Revelation 14:1, John sees the same assembly of believers with the “name” of the Father and Son on their foreheads. And, in Revelation 22:4, while an angel is leading John on a tour of the New Jerusalem that descended out of heaven, he is told that the servants of God who live in the celestial city will have God’s name on their foreheads.

Mary REFLECTS the glory of God, she wants nothing for herself. Without a willingness to understand this, and other deeper aspects, you are bound to misrepresent them on the basis of a superficial view of Scripture. You can't give grade 2's advanced calculus and expect them to understand it. It takes time, a lot study and a hunger for the truth.

No, it isn't. There is no correlation or parallel whatsoever with a mythical pagan goddess and the flesh and blood human mother of Jesus. Those who can't tell the difference have brain damage and have no business making infallible statements over titles that have totally different meanings.
Jesus specifically warned in Scripture not to believe anyone who says He's returned or appeared, because when He does, the entire world will know.
That has nothing to do with private revelation which we are not obligated to believe. We don't have to accept Fatima or Lourdes, but the Church can deem them (and others) worthy of belief after an extensive investigation.
I think He gave this warning for good reason, though it has been ignored by many.
You should tell that to all the Protestants in here who think they have a direct line to God, not to mention visitations from heaven.
How do you come to such conclusions? There is absolutely nothing at all written in God's divinely inspired word about this ultimate holiness and power you believe Mary has.
That's anti-Catholic nonsense. We don't believe Mary has any holiness or power apart from God. I've said that some 50 times. Not understanding is one thing, refusing to even try to understand is just plain wrong.

I wasn't actually responding to you in my post. You have made your disdain for me quite clear. Please do not continue with such a patronizing attitude, as though you think I am an ignorant fool who knows nothing.

It is abundantly clear we will not ever be in agreement about this. As such I will not be replying further.

God bless.

1. Catholics believe in Jesus as their savior and he is the son of the God. So Catholics do go to heaven as well, right? (My friend said in the Catholic faith, it said they have to do good things to be in Heaven, so they can't go to Heaven because Catholics don't believe in Jesus solely to go to heaven. Honestly, I didn't get what she meant.)
If a Catholic wants to go to heaven they must be in a state of grace. That means a catholic must be free from "mortal sins". Here's an accurate list of mortal sins I used to follow when I was catholic: http://www.followthissite.com/resources/listofsins-PDF.pdf

If a catholic commits a mortal sin (for example, masturbation, which is a mortal sin) they must repent and confess the sin to a priest as soon as possible in order to have the sin forgiven. The priest will ask the catholic person to pray and repent (they also offer advice.) But you can sin multiple times and go to confession and your sins will be forgiven anyway (most of the time) as long as you truly repent and promise you'll never do it again. A catholic must also participate in the seven sacraments and obey the Catholic Church in order to go to heaven.

If a Catholic does not confess their sins and dies under mortal sin, they go to hell (if a catholic masturbates and does not confess, after they die, they go to hell.) Venial sins are a less serious kind of sin (like lying about trivial things) and the more you have, the more time you will spend at the purgatory. But Catholics believe that if they pray for someone they believe is in the purgatory, it will shorten the time they spend there and go to heaven faster.

2. If i missed my church's sermon on Sunday morning, can I go to a Catholic mass? (I know going to a sermon is not 100% necessary action to take, but I like to have something in my weekend to keep my spirit up for the upcoming week.) As a non-Catholic, but Christian, can I attend the mass?
Everyone can attend the Catholic Mass, it doesn't matter whether you're an atheist, a buddhist, a muslim, etc. I wouldn't, because the Catholic Mass is a repetition of the Sacrifice of our Lord. IMO it is an unbiblical ritual and if you're not catholic you're going to feel uncomfortable with all the kneeling, sitting and praying that happens over there.

When I started to go to the Catholic Church after years of not going, I felt disoriented at first. I didn't remember what I was supposed to say, when I was supposed to kneel, sit, stand up, etc. It took me months before I got used to it. If you want to go I'd recommend you sit at the back and imitate what everyone else is doing. But that might distract you from the purpose of the ritual.

3. During the Catholic mass, when they give out the bread and wine part (I am sorry, I don't know what it is called...My church doesn't do it a lot..may be on Christmas only.). am I allowed to join because I was baptized as a Christian? Or is it solely for Catholic?

NO, you are NOT allowed to receive the Eucharist. It is one of the most sacred things (if not the sacredest) of the Catholic Mass. Only Catholics who have received the sacrament of the Holy Communion and those who are in a state of grace (no mortal sins) are allowed to take it. You might notice that some people do not join, that's because they might be under a state of mortal sin and have not confessed their mortal sins to a priest.

Receiving the Eucharist under a state of mortal sin is a sacrilege and it condemns you straight to hell. Although according to the Catechism, it is only compulsory to take it once per year, although most practicing catholics take it every Sunday (they believe it is a reward for being good and free of mortal sins, most catholics also believe that the Eucharist gives them special protection against sin among other "privileges", it's the true body of Christ they're receiving after all.)

4. My church said I don't need to pray to my angel or saints or anyone except Jesus. Then what is the purpose of angels and saints? Even if the saints are not 'real' in protestant faith, isn't angel something the God said we all have? Should we just...ignore them?

Catholics believe that Mary, the saints and the angels are intercessors. That means that these spiritual and human beings pray for them and protect them from evil when the catholic prays to them and asks them for "favors." Protestants don't because:

John 14:6
Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.

So it is unnecessary and Mary and the saints are neither omnipotent nor omnipresent, so IMO I doubt they would be able to hear your prayers, only God has that capacity. There's also no verse in the Bible that says we should pray to anyone else but God.

5. What is the role of Mary in Catholic church? I know Catholics don't' worship her, but honor her because she was the mother of Jesus. Then why not honor Joseph, the father of Jesus, in the same respect? Why is the virgin birth so important? Isn't Nazareth's revival more amazing miracle? (Again, I am new to the faith, this question is out from my ignorance. Not trying ot compare miracles or anything like that)
She's important because she was free of sin, the perpetual virgin, a woman without imperfections. Catholics believe that it is easier to get closer to Jesus through Mary because she's merciful, loving, caring and understanding (all the qualities of a good mother.) I think it has to do more with the cultural background of the catholic person (catholic countries have a tendency to put more importance on the mother, Mother's Day is a big/huge day in almost every catholic country.)

In my country (Mexico) it was easier to convert amerindians into Christianity because they used to worship a Goddess named Tonantzin. After the marian apparition of the "Virgen de Guadalupe", many local people thought she was Tonantzin, so they converted to Christianity faster. In other words, their pagans beliefs mingled with Christianity. Nowadays, people worship the virgin of Guadalupe A LOT. They call her "madrecita" (little mother.) They think that you're not a true mexican if you don't believe in her, so it's a very cultural thing (although utterly and completely unbiblical.)

6. Does Catholic really teach that non-believers who do good things also go to heaven?
Nope, you must be a Catholic in order to go to heaven. The Vatican says that its church is the only true Church and the only path to salvation. The only way a non-believer could go to heaven by doing good things is if they were living in a remote island without the possibility of knowing about Jesus and the Catholic church (that's why it's the Catholic church's duty to convert as many people as it can.) But now almost every person in the world is able to enter the Catholic Church. So I don't think catholics believe that a person who doesn't embrace the Catholic Church could go to heaven (because nowadays there's a catholic church in almost every country), even if they do good things.

7. I don't see a lot of Catholic evangelism movement as much as Protestant churches do. Is there reason for it or Catholics do have those movements but it is just not well known?
Catholics have the Missal, a book containing the texts that will be used at every Mass during a year. It has verses of the Gospel, the Bible, prayers, etc. The Mass is everything a catholic needs in order to praise God. They don't need and "evangelism movement" because all catholics are expected to obey the Catholic Church and they hear everything they need to hear (the word of God and whatever the priests tells them) at the Catholic Mass. So an evangelism movement would be redundant, and I don't think priests would be granted the authority to start that kind of movement without the Vatican's approval.

If you want to know more about the Catholic religion, just read the simplified version of the Catechism: Catechism of the Catholic Church, Simplified. It mentions everything a Catholic must know in order to OBEY the Catholic Church, lol. You'll decide for yourself whether that document (and the Catholic faith) is based on the Bible or not.

Holy Spirit is within us of those whom are Baptized.

Jesus is within us with God our Heavenly Father and around us Spiritually Present and Physical Present to those whom have turned to Jesus in complete trust in Him.

Whom have received Jesus into hearts in trust.

Whom have repented to Jesus in remorse for sins in trust in Him then in His Mercy been Absolved of these sins.

With the block of stains of sins on our souls there is Disunity with Jesus God and Holy Spirit.

Without receiving Jesus God Holy Spirit in Holy Communion His Holy Flesh and Blood there is no life real life within us of Whom is Jesus God Holy Spirit and Jesus said this is in His Holy Word, His New Testament just as God our Heavenly Father in His Old Testament with Jesus and Holy Spirit said I am sending My Messiah with His Mercy.

Now Heaven is clean pure without sin

No one can enter Heaven without having clean unstained souls just as Jesus has informed us in His Holy Word that unless we go through Jesus and His Mercy and repent sins to Him in His Name through His Priests then Disciples and Priests now we not going to make Heaven.

Jesus has further appeared to thousands of His Saints Nuns saying all of these things directly reflecting His Holy Word

And common sense prevails.

God our Heavenly Father is strict in relation to sins committed nothing has changed in His Holy Word, His Holy Will nor His Holy Ways, His Commandments and Teachings through our Lord Jesus and Holy Spirit. You will not any of us enter Heaven with stained souls without turning to Jesus in sorrow for sins committed against Him and His Blessed Holy Sacred Heart nor committed against others without apologising from hearts and this includes all blasphemies and hurts said about our Blessed Virgin Mother Mary, Gods Highly Favoured Loved Daughter, Jesus Christ our Saviours Loving Holy Mother with Him in Heaven. Jesus has been imploring His Saints including Saint Faustina, Saint Gemma Galgani, Saint Therese, Saint Gertrude, Saint Chambon, Saint Bridget, Saint Padre Pio to spread His Holy Word on repentance of sins to be made to Him because Jesus says so many souls are being lost to Him as a result of non repentance of sins made to Him from hearts in remorse of which satan wants because he knows with his evil spirits that he is claiming many souls as they pass over without repentance of sins made to our Unfathomable Divine Mercy Jesus Himself.

These are some of the Catholic Teachings from Jesus through Saint Peter/Rome through Jesus ONE true Catholic Church in God our Heavenly Divine Majesty.

Jesus built His Church His One True Church on the Rock of Saint Peter and these are Jesus Holy Words in His Holy Word now and for eternity

HRDJ, despite what others say on here in relation to priests,
Catholics are not required to obey Priests rather to be respectful and quiet in The Holy Presence of our Lord Jesus Present in Holy Mass and in front of Him in Church, they attend Holy Mass with Priests Present delivering Gods Holy Word, with a brief Sermon delivered through our Lord Jesus God Holy Spirit, distributing Holy Communion and hearing Holy Confessions through our Lord Jesus God and Holy Spirit Present and Manifested Present among many other countless good charitable works in our Lord Jesus God Holy Spirit.

If you pray Jesus Holy Wound Chaplet to Jesus God and Holy Spirit God with Jesus delivered to Saint Marie Chambon and His Holy Messages included read prior to praying you will discern through prayer asking Jesus Himself which Church you should be receiving Him in Holy Communion with Holy Confession Holy Word delivered to you and Gods Sermon with community interaction and various groups and activities available worldwide through Jesus Catholic Church and our Blessed Virgin Mother Marys Holy Catholic Church.

Catholic Evangelism is occurring with special Charismatic Holy Masses said and approved by the Vatican and has been for many many years including here in many Catholic Parishes with Religious Evangelisers in our Lord Jesus God Holy Spirit and our Blessed Virgin Mother Mary Priests and Nuns/Sisters included.

No Catholic is required to obey Priests nor The Catholic Church other than receiving Gods Blessed Holy Sacraments after reading the Catechism making their first Holy Communion and Reconciliation and it does not take long.

There are ex Protestants whom are now Catholics saying that they know The Catholic Church is Jesus God Holy Spirits ONE true Church in Jesus Christ and would never leave it feeling our Lords Presence knowing this in their hearts.

Catholic Saints any of the websites OP provide a good insight into factual History on The Catholic Church and their writings and experiences priests nuns right back to the 9th Century with Jesus appearing to thousands of them.

Saint Augustine, Saint Alphonsus, Saint Padre Pio and testimonies world wide of meeting Saint Padre Pio whom received Jesus Holy Sacred Stigmata

Churches easily accommodate rituals sans spiritual
I don't know of any.

Superstition

Catechism of the Catholic Church - The first commandment Superstition is the deviation of religious feeling and of the practices this feeling imposes. It can even affect the worship we offer the true God, e.g., when one attributes an importance in some way magical to certain practices otherwise lawful or necessary. To attribute the efficacy of prayers or of sacramental signs to their mere external performance, apart from the interior dispositions that they demand, is to fall into superstition.41

That's ritual sans spiritual. It's a no-no.

Jesus was Baptized in The Holy Spirit with The Holy Spirit/God descending like a Dove upon Him.

Gods Disciples and our Blessed Virgin Mother Mary Present with them and had The Holy Spirit descend upon them

Our Blessed Virgin Mother Mary was Present with Saint John after Jesus died on The Cross

And they were Baptized in The Holy Spirit and spoke in foreign tongues

In Holy Flames of Fire from God.

Even though Jesus already had The Holy Spirit in Him having descended from Heaven to Earth, was Conceived of The Holy Spirit born of The Word Incarnate God.

The writings of all the Saints Nuns Priests Bishops Popes each century held in different Catholic Convents and held in the Vatican date back to the early Centuries many only in recent years available on the internet after published more widely. Approval given by the Vatican by different Popes with Pope John Paul II shortly after becoming Pope approved all of Jesus Divine Mercy Prayers, Novenas and His appearing to Saint Faustina delivering His 600 Holy Messages. Saint Gemma Galgani has Volumes of writings after Jesus continually appeared to Her along with thousands of other Nuns/Priests, Catholics each Century receiving our Lords Prayers with Holy Invocations from Jesus all reflecting directly Gods Holy Word and His Holy Scriptures on repentance of sins to be made to Him for soul salvation and to receive His Holy Communion from hearts open in trust to Him.

Our Lady of Fatima is a most wonderful read for any person interested in joining the Catholic Faith along with Saint Louis De Montforts writings, Saint Padre Pios writings, The Stigmata of Christ, received by many Saints, Nuns Priests each Century, Little Therese The Flower of Jesus, Saint Gregory The Great and more....

Jesus proclaimed this to His Disciples on many occasions to repent, believe in The Good News and to receive Him in Holy Communion, His Holy Flesh and Blood and that there is no Life in any one until they do this.

I am able to provide all of these Passages from Gods Holy Word His Holy Bible if people have forgotten and or have not interpreted correctly about repentance of sins to be made to Jesus through His Priests.

Doubt and superstition and distrust belong to satan and all evil spirits not of Jesus God Holy Spirit

Jesus own Divine Mercy Holy Chaplet Novena Jesus God Holy Spirit delivered to Holy Saint Faustina in the 1930s for all mankind to pray:

These are Jesus Two Holy Rays of which Jesus requested Holy Saint Faustina in her humility to paint of our Lord Jesus explaining that the Red Ray is the Life Blood of Souls and the Pale Ray is for Purification of souls

First Day:

Today bring to Me ALL MANKIND, ESPECIALLY ALL SINNERS, and immerse them in the ocean of My mercy. In this way you will console Me in the bitter grief into which the loss of souls plunges Me.

Most Merciful Jesus, whose very nature it is to have compassion on us and to forgive us, do not look upon our sins but upon our trust which we place in Your infinite goodness. Receive us all into the abode of Your Most Compassionate Heart, and never let us escape from It. We beg this of You by Your love which unites You to the Father and the Holy Spirit.

Eternal Father, turn Your merciful gaze upon all mankind and especially upon poor sinners, all enfolded in the Most Compassionate Heart of Jesus. For the sake of His sorrowful Passion show us Your mercy, that we may praise the omnipotence of Your mercy for ever and ever. Amen.

+ + +

Second Day:
Today bring to Me THE SOULS OF PRIESTS AND RELIGIOUS, and immerse them in My unfathomable mercy. It was they who gave Me strength to endure My bitter Passion. Through them as through channels My mercy flows out upon mankind.

Most Merciful Jesus, from whom comes all that is good, increase Your grace in men and women consecrated to Your service,* that they may perform worthy works of mercy; and that all who see them may glorify the Father of Mercy who is in heaven.

Eternal Father, turn Your merciful gaze upon the company of chosen ones in Your vineyard—upon the souls of priests and religious; and endow them with the strength of Your blessing. For the love of the Heart of Your Son in which they are enfolded, impart to them Your power and light, that they may be able to guide others in the way of salvation and with one voice sing praise to Your boundless mercy for ages without end. Amen.
+ + +
Third Day:
Today bring to Me ALL DEVOUT AND FAITHFUL SOULS, and immerse them in the ocean of My mercy. These souls brought Me consolation on the Way of the Cross. They were that drop of consolation in the midst of an ocean of bitterness.

Most Merciful Jesus, from the treasury of Your mercy, You impart Your graces in great abundance to each and all. Receive us into the abode of Your Most Compassionate Heart and never let us escape from It. We beg this grace of You by that most wonderous love for the heavenly Father with which Your Heart burns so fiercely.

Eternal Father, turn Your merciful gaze upon faithful souls, as upon the inheritance of Your Son. For the sake of His sorrowful Passion, grant them Your blessing and surround them with Your constant protection. Thus may they never fail in love or lose the treasure of the holy faith, but rather, with all the hosts of Angels and Saints, may they glorify Your boundless mercy for endless ages. Amen

+ + +
Fourth Day:
Today bring to Me THOSE WHO DO NOT BELIEVE IN GOD AND THOSE WHO DO NOT YET KNOW ME. I was thinking also of them during My bitter Passion, and their future zeal comforted My Heart. Immerse them in the ocean of My mercy.

Most compassionate Jesus, You are the Light of the whole world. Receive into the abode of Your Most Compassionate Heart the souls of those who do not believe in God and of those who as yet do not know You. Let the rays of Your grace enlighten them that they, too, together with us, may extol Your wonderful mercy; and do not let them escape from the abode which is Your Most Compassionate Heart.

Eternal Father, turn Your merciful gaze upon the souls of those who do not believe in You, and of those who as yet do not know You, but who are enclosed in the Most Compassionate Heart of Jesus. Draw them to the light of the Gospel. These souls do not know what great happiness it is to love You. Grant that they, too, may extol the generosity of Your mercy for endless ages. Amen.

+ + +

Fifth Day:

Today bring to Me THE SOULS OF THOSE WHO HAVE SEPARATED THEMSELVES FROM MY CHURCH, and immerse them in the ocean of My mercy. During My bitter Passion they tore at My Body and Heart, that is, My Church. As they return to unity with the Church, My wounds heal and in this way they alleviate My Passion.

Most Merciful Jesus, Goodness Itself, You do not refuse light to those who seek it of You. Receive into the abode of Your Most Compassionate Heart the souls of those who have separated themselves from Your Church. Draw them by Your light into the unity of the Church, and do not let them escape from the abode of Your Most Compassionate Heart; but bring it about that they, too, come to glorify the generosity of Your mercy.

Eternal Father, turn Your merciful gaze upon the souls of those who have separated themselves from Your Son's Church, who have squandered Your blessings and misused Your graces by obstinately persisting in their errors. Do not look upon their errors, but upon the love of Your own Son and upon His bitter Passion, which He underwent for their sake, since they, too, are enclosed in His Most Compassionate Heart. Bring it about that they also may glorify Your great mercy for endless ages. Amen.

+ + +

Sixth Day:

Today bring to Me THE MEEK AND HUMBLE SOULS AND THE SOULS OF LITTLE CHILDREN, and immerse them in My mercy. These souls most closely resemble My Heart. They strengthened Me during My bitter agony. I saw them as earthly Angels, who will keep vigil at My altars. I pour out upon them whole torrents of grace. Only the humble soul is capable of receiving My grace. I favor humble souls with My confidence.

Most Merciful Jesus, You yourself have said, "Learn from Me for I am meek and humble of heart." Receive into the abode of Your Most Compassionate Heart all meek and humble souls and the souls of little children. These souls send all heaven into ecstasy and they are the heavenly Father's favorites. They are a sweet-smelling bouquet before the throne of God; God Himself takes delight in their fragrance. These souls have a permanent abode in Your Most Compassionate Heart, O Jesus, and they unceasingly sing out a hymn of love and mercy.

Eternal Father, turn Your merciful gaze upon meek souls, upon humble souls, and upon little children who are enfolded in the abode which is the Most Compassionate Heart of Jesus. These souls bear the closest resemblance to Your Son. Their fragrance rises from the earth and reaches Your very throne. Father of mercy and of all goodness, I beg You by the love You bear these souls and by the delight You take in them: Bless the whole world, that all souls together may sing out the praises of Your mercy for endless ages. Amen.

+ + +
Seventh Day:
Today bring to Me THE SOULS WHO ESPECIALLY VENERATE AND GLORIFY MY MERCY, and immerse them in My mercy. These souls sorrowed most over my Passion and entered most deeply into My spirit. They are living images of My Compassionate Heart. These souls will shine with a special brightness in the next life. Not one of them will go into the fire of hell. I shall particularly defend each one of them at the hour of death.

Most Merciful Jesus, whose Heart is Love Itself, receive into the abode of Your Most Compassionate Heart the souls of those who particularly extol and venerate the greatness of Your mercy. These souls are mighty with the very power of God Himself. In the midst of all afflictions and adversities they go forward, confident of Your mercy; and united to You, O Jesus, they carry all mankind on their shoulders. These souls will not be judged severely, but Your mercy will embrace them as they depart from this life.

Eternal Father, turn Your merciful gaze upon the souls who glorify and venerate Your greatest attribute, that of Your fathomless mercy, and who are enclosed in the Most Compassionate Heart of Jesus. These souls are a living Gospel; their hands are full of deeds of mercy, and their hearts, overflowing with joy, sing a canticle of mercy to You, O Most High! I beg You O God:

Show them Your mercy according to the hope and trust they have placed in You. Let there be accomplished in them the promise of Jesus, who said to them that during their life, but especially at the hour of death, the souls who will venerate this fathomless mercy of His, He, Himself, will defend as His glory. Amen.

+ + +

Eighth Day:

Today bring to Me THE SOULS WHO ARE DETAINED IN PURGATORY, and immerse them in the abyss of My mercy. Let the torrents of My Blood cool down their scorching flames. All these souls are greatly loved by Me. They are making retribution to My justice. It is in your power to bring them relief. Draw all the indulgences from the treasury of My Church and offer them on their behalf. Oh, if you only knew the torments they suffer, you would continually offer for them the alms of the spirit and pay off their debt to My justice.

Most Merciful Jesus, You Yourself have said that You desire mercy; so I bring into the abode of Your Most Compassionate Heart the souls in Purgatory, souls who are very dear to You, and yet, who must make retribution to Your justice. May the streams of Blood and Water which gushed forth from Your Heart put out the flames of Purgatory, that there, too, the power of Your mercy may be celebrated.

Eternal Father, turn Your merciful gaze upon the souls suffering in Purgatory, who are enfolded in the Most Compassionate Heart of Jesus. I beg You, by the sorrowful Passion of Jesus Your Son, and by all the bitterness with which His most sacred Soul was flooded: Manifest Your mercy to the souls who are under Your just scrutiny. Look upon them in no other way but only through the Wounds of Jesus, Your dearly beloved Son; for we firmly believe that there is no limit to Your goodness and compassion. Amen.

+ + +
Ninth Day:
Today bring to Me SOULS WHO HAVE BECOME LUKEWARM, and immerse them in the abyss of My mercy. These souls wound My Heart most painfully. My soul suffered the most dreadful loathing in the Garden of Olives because of lukewarm souls. They were the reason I cried out: 'Father, take this cup away from Me, if it be Your will.' For them, the last hope of salvation is to run to My mercy.

Most compassionate Jesus, You are Compassion Itself. I bring lukewarm souls into the abode of Your Most Compassionate Heart. In this fire of Your pure love, let these tepid souls, who, like corpses, filled You with such deep loathing, be once again set aflame. O Most Compassionate Jesus, exercise the omnipotence of Your mercy and draw them into the very ardor of Your love, and bestow upon them the gift of holy love, for nothing is beyond Your power.

Eternal Father, turn Your merciful gaze upon lukewarm souls who are nonetheless enfolded in the Most Compassionate Heart of Jesus. Father of Mercy, I beg You by the bitter Passion of Your Son and by His three-hour agony on the Cross: Let them, too, glorify the abyss of Your mercy. Amen.

Some of Jesus Holy Words on His Divine Mercy for souls whom turn to Him in repentance of sins

God made known to me what true love consists in and gave light to me about how, in practice, to give proof of it to Him. True love of God consists in carrying out God's will. To show God our love in what we do, all our actions, even the least, must spring from our love of God. And the Lord said to me, "My child, you please Me most by suffering. In your physical as well as your mental sufferings, My daughter, do not seek sympathy from creatures. I want the fragrance of your suffering to be pure and unadulterated. I want you to detach yourself, not only from creatures, but also from yourself. My daughter, I want to delight in the love of your heart, a pure love, virginal, unblemished, untarnished. The more you will come to love suffering, My daughter, the purer your love for Me will be." (Diary 279)

On the feast day of the Immaculate Conception of the Mother of God, during Holy Mass, I heard the rustling of garments and saw the most holy Mother of God in a most beautiful radiance...She said to me, "You give Me great joy when you adore the Holy Trinity for the graces and privileges which were accorded Me." (Diary 564)

Celebrate the Feast of Mercy (Divine Mercy Sunday)

"I desire that the first Sunday after Easter be the Feast of Mercy." (Diary, 299)

"I desire that the Feast of Mercy be a refuge and shelter for all souls, and especially for poor sinners. On that day, the very depths of My tender mercy are open. I pour out a whole ocean of graces upon those souls who approach the fount of My mercy. The soul that will go to Confession and receive Holy Communion shall obtain complete forgiveness of sins and punishment. On that day all the divine floodgates through which grace flow are opened. Let no soul fear to draw near to Me, even though its sins be as scarlet. My mercy is so great that no mind, be it of man or of angel, will be able to fathom it throughout all eternity. Everything that exists has come forth from the very depths of My most tender mercy. Every soul in its relation to Me will contemplate My love and mercy throughout eternity. The Feast of Mercy emerged from My very depths of tenderness... Mankind will not have peace until it turns to the Fount of My Mercy." (Diary 699)

"Souls perish in spite of My bitter Passion. I am giving them the last hope of salvation; that is, the Feast of My Mercy. If they will not adore My mercy, they will perish for all eternity... write, tell souls about this great mercy of Mine, because the awful day, the day of My justice, is near." (Diary 965)

Say unceasingly the Chaplet that I have taught you. Whoever will recite it will receive great mercy at the hour of death. Priests will recommend it to sinners as their last hope of salvation. Even if there were a sinner most hardened, if he were to recite this chaplet only once, he would receive grace from My infinite mercy." (Diary 687)

The souls that will say this chaplet will be embraced by My mercy during their lifetime and especially at the hour of their death." (Diary 754)

"At the hour of their death, I defend as My own glory every soul that will say this chaplet; or when others say it for a dying person, the indulgence is the same. When this chaplet is said by the bedside of a dying person, God's anger is placated, unfathomable mercy envelops the soul, and the very depths of My tender mercy are moved for the sake of the sorrowful Passion of My Son." (Diary 811)

Jesus instructed St Faustina:

"At three o'clock, implore My mercy, especially for sinners; and, if only for a brief moment, immerse yourself in My Passion, particularly in My abandonment at the moment of agony. This is the hour of great mercy for the whole world...In this hour, I will refuse nothing to the soul that makes a request of Me in virtue of My Passion" (Diary 1320)

"...try your best to make the Stations of the Cross in this hour, provided that your duties permit it; and if you are not able to make the Stations of the Cross, then at least step into the chapel for a moment and adore, in the Blessed Sacrament, My Heart, which is full of mercy; and should you be unable to step into the chapel, immerse yourself in prayer there where you happen to be, if only for a very brief instant." (Diary 1572)

Jesus looked at me and said, Souls perish in spite of My bitter Passion. I am giving them the last hope of salvation; that is, the Feast of My Mercy. If they will not adore My mercy, they will perish for all eternity. Secretary of My mercy, write, tell souls about this great mercy of Mine, because the awful day, the day of My justice, is near (Diary, 965).

"All those souls who will glorify My mercy and spread its worship, encouraging others to trust in My mercy, will not experience terror at the hour of death. My mercy will shield them in that final battle..." (Diary 1540)

I would be interested in Biblical support for what "Mary" said at Fatima.

Here are some of things "Mary" said:

"Yes, I will take Jacinta and Francisco soon. But you are to stay here some time longer. Jesus wishes to make use of you to make Me known and loved. He wants to establish in the world devotion to My Immaculate Heart. To whoever embraces this devotion I promise salvation; these souls shall be dear to God, as flowers placed by Me to adorn His throne."

"No, My daughter. Do you suffer a great deal? Don't lose heart. I will never forsake you. My Immaculate Heart will be your refuge and the way that will lead you to God."

"I want you to come here on the 13th of next month, to continue reciting the Rosary every day in honor of Our Lady of the Rosary, in order to obtain peace in the world and the end of the war, because only She can help you."

"Sacrifice yourselves for sinners, and say often to Jesus, especially whenever you make a sacrifice: O Jesus, it is for love of Thee, for the conversion of sinners, and in reparation for the sins committed against the Immaculate Heart of Mary."

"You have seen hell where the souls of poor sinners go. To save them, God wishes to establish in the world devotion to My Immaculate Heart."

("Mary" speaking) "To whomever embraces this devotion, I promise salvation."

"Look My daughter, at My Heart, surrounded with thorns with which ungrateful men pierce Me at every moment by their blasphemies and ingratitude. You at least try to console Me and announce in My name that I promise to assist at the moment of death, with all the graces necessary for salvation, all those who, on the first Saturday of five consecutive months shall confess, receive Holy Communion, recite five decades of the Rosary, and keep Me company for fifteen minutes while meditating on the fifteen mysteries of the Rosary, with the intention of making Reparation to Me."

Ya, I understand. But where does it say you MUST do so for the sake of the works of heaven?

Ya, this has nothing to do with clergy.

In both cases Jesus and Paul are stating that is better for the sake of the Kingdom to remain unmarried when serving the Church. That's what the Catholic Church teaches. Married priests are permitted in some cases, but they are the exception, not the rule.

The Catholic Church praises and encourages marriage if that is your vocation.

You have yet to show me where I've lied. I've researched and read about Purgatory, from the Catholic Catechism and other official Catholic sources. I know what it is. Thank you.

You just claimed that purgatory is not biblical. That is a lie, as I have demonstrated.

You have done no research other than read anti Catholic propaganda.

Read the article I posted then admit you were mistaken. That would be the honorable thing to do.

True, there really is no Biblical evidence for Purgatory. If there were, 'the Church' probably wouldn't have taken 1400 years to find it and the Eastern Orthodox, who are older still than the church of Rome, never has.
