That is exactly what is appropriate, there should be a mandatory time period for cleaning voter registration lists for every state. Much more appropriate than the voter fraud panel, run by the likes of Kobach.

Blocking is a good way to avoid admitting one is wrong. Best to keep one's eyes closed, fingers firmly placed in ears ... but unfortunately not able to keep one's mouth restrained.
