What happens when a man that has recognized Jesus as our savior, not resisting to temptation, sins?
Can a man stop sin by his own power? It seems impossible. Sin, being it a gesture, a thought, a look, an action, a spoken word. It is impossible for a man of his own strength stop sinning.

You got it in one.
Literally we are slaves to sin who have been set free by Jesus, but thetaint and the ingrained habits lead us back into sin.
So we cannot do much to avoid sin. It's in our flesh! That's awful, it's tormenting trying to not commit sin. Trying to be perfect. That's not possible.
How can we have our consciousness clear if we sin?

I would suggest read the bible regularly and learn what it teaches.
Or enroll in a beginners class at church.

You've never read in Romans what Paul wrote about the 'evil I don't want to do I do etc.'
or in 1John 1v 9, about God forgiving us our sins.

The Spirit of God lives in every Christian, to interpret those longings for God that we can't put into words. He also sees those'evil' thoughts at the front of our minds and knows what they mean.

God knows just how much of a failure every Christian is. He knew this before creation and still went ahead.

So what are you going to do?

Seek like Paul in Romans to follow God or what?

Hebrews 12:4-11 says we need correction which God does, and which brings "the peaceable fruit of righteousness" and has us become "partakers of His holiness". We trust God to succeed in this. This changes us to become more and more like Jesus > Romans 8:29.

Part of the practical process of this is >

"Do all things without complaining and disputing, that you may become blameless and harmless, children of God without fault in the midst of a crooked and perverse generation" (in Philippians 2:14-16)

God in us has us succeed in this > Philippians 2:13.

Yes. I've read that several times. Nevertheless my consciousness weights on me. Should I not blame myself? I think that is the best way.

I hope I will be corrected. But of my hands I can't do anything. Even my prayers are faint.

God's grace is available to help Christians to avoid sin.

But it depends on the individual circumstance. Sometimes the pull of sin is very strong and is not so easily overcome, such as in the case of dealing with addictions. Sometimes people simply love the sin too much and incline towards it and do not struggle against it enough, or accept the grace God offers. Sometimes our habits may simply direct us without our thinking, and we fall into sin almost accidentally, without even contemplating the temptation first. Speaking of temptation, VERY OFTEN it is just that - we are tempted, and instead of quickly rejecting the temptation at an early stage while it's pull on us is weak, we begin to consider it, and even experience a bit of pleasure at it (which can be the beginning of sin, even if we manage to reject the act itself in the end). But having considered and already enjoyed the temptation, we begin to reject any grace from God and decrease our desire to even resist.

There are several reasons we sin.

It is impossible to simply never, ever sin, in any thought, word, action, or attitude. We SHOULD sin less, and less, and less as we grow in the grace of God and become more like Christ, but even very sanctified people can expect not to be absolutely perfected in this life.

What do we do?

We accept our imperfection with humility. We accept responsibility for our sin when we fall. We ask forgiveness. We get back up. We turn from our sin. We continue to struggle against sin, with help from the grace of God. The next time we fall short and become aware of it, we do the same.

With effort, by the grace of God, with growth in Christ, we should sin lesss. But we are not sinless. It is our place in humility to accept this, and realize that we depend on the grace of God, and live by His mercy and depend upon that mercy as well, and ask God for grace and mercy, all of our lives.

If you want to hear more about how we fall into sin, and some tools to avoid it, this podcast is especially good. There is a transcript so you can read it, but listening is best for this one. The Six Stages of Temptation - Acquiring the Mind of the Church | Ancient Faith Ministries

Men choose to sin whereby sin is not a nature man is born with forcing him to sin against his will. 1 Corinthians 15:34 and others verses tell men not to sin which implies man has the ability and responsibility to not commit sin.

The important thing in Christianity is believing what God calls sin and trusting in How God will cover all out sins.. So belief and trust are what ends in salvation.. Performance in trying not to sin is a side issue.. People simply will not stop sinning this side of the grave.. We can resiust as best we can and try to avoid environments that lead us to sin.. We can reduce our damage by resisting but thats just a sign or us believing Jesus.. We can never eliminate sinning this side of the grave..

God will transform us into the perfect Beings we desire to be on the day of reasurection..
