The Holy Spirit provides the interpretation and application of scripture, not man, not people. One who has confessed Jesus as Savior may drift into error, but one cannot withdraw from the embrace of our Savior.
I never said otherwise that Scripture was not by inspiration of the Holy Spirit and that it's knowledge is by the Spirit.

Every born-again Believer walks not perfectly upon his or her own, but on salvation by Grace through Faith. When God looks at me He sees not sin, He sees Jesus.
Faith without works is dead (James 2:17) and a dead faith cannot access the saving grace of God.
As for the imputation of Christ's sacrifice: Well, 1 John 1:7 says if we walk in the light as He is in the light, the blood of Jesus cleanses us from all sin. Is a believer always walking in the light 24/7 even if they sin?
You said:
Apples & oranges. The NEW Nature is 100% Spiritual, washed in the Blood of the Lamb. As such, it sustains the Believer 24/7/365. Man's "free will" can in no wise override or undercut the Will of God in the sacrifice of His Son for all who confess Jesus as Savior.
So a believer can exercise their free will to murder, rape, steal, worship idols, hate their brother, not forgive, etc. and still be saved while they do these sins because they have a belief in Jesus?

I can say the same for you.
Ye see then how that by works a man is justified, and not by faith only." (James 2:24).
"Even so faith, if it hath not works, is dead, being alone." (James 2:17).
"They profess that they know God; but in works they deny him, being abominable, and disobedient, and unto every good work reprobate." (Titus 1:16).
"If any man teach otherwise, and consent not to wholesome words, even the words of our Lord Jesus Christ, and to the doctrine which is according to godliness; He is proud, knowing nothing, "(1 Timothy 6:3-4).
"...God resisteth the proud, but giveth grace unto the humble." (James 4:6).
"And being made perfect, he became the author of eternal salvation unto all them that obey him." (Hebrews 5:9).
"Follow peace with all men, and holiness, without which no man shall see the Lord" (Hebrews 12:14).
"If any man love not the Lord Jesus Christ, let him be Anathema Maranatha." (1 Corinthians 16:22).
"If ye love me, keep my commandments." (John 14:15).
"Wherefore lay apart all filthiness and superfluity of naughtiness, and receive with meekness the engrafted word, which is able to save your souls." (James 1:21).
"But unto them that are contentious, and do not obey the truth, but obey unrighteousness, indignation and wrath, Tribulation and anguish, upon every soul of man that doeth evil, of the Jew first, and also of the Gentile; But glory, honour, and peace, to every man that worketh good, to the Jew first, and also to the Gentile: For there is no respect of persons with God." (Romans 2:8-11).
"For every one that doeth evil hateth the light, neither cometh to the light, lest his deeds should be reproved." (John 3:20).
"What shall we say then? Shall we continue in sin, that grace may abound? God forbid. How shall we, that are dead to sin, live any longer therein? (Romans 6:1-2).
"...but if thou wilt enter into life, keep the commandments." (Matthew 19:17).
And there are of course many more verses like these, as well.

Romans 10:8-13 does not say "maybe".
Romans 11:21-22 says that we are to continue in his goodness, otherwise we will be cut of like the natural branches (i.e. Israel).
“For if God spared not the natural branches, take heed lest he also spare not thee. Behold therefore the goodness and severity of God: on them which fell, severity; but toward thee, goodness, if thou continue in his goodness: otherwise thou also shalt be cut off.”

Romans 8:1 says there is no Condemnation to those in Christ Jesus who WALK not after the flesh but after the Spirit. Key word here is WALK.
“There is therefore now no condemnation to them which are in Christ Jesus, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit.”

Jesus also said in John chapter 5:
“Behold, thou art made whole: sin no more, lest a worse thing come unto thee.” (John 5:14).

You also have to keep reading where it talks about the "Condemnation." It says,
“And this is the condemnation, that light is come into the world, and men loved darkness rather than light, because their deeds were evil. For every one that doeth evil hateth the light, neither cometh to the light, lest his deeds should be reproved. But he that doeth truth cometh to the light, that his deeds may be made manifest, that they are wrought in God.” (John 3:19-21).
If you missed it, it says in verse 20, everyone who does evil hates the light.

This is not turning God's grace into a license to sin. Ephesians 2:2-3 says that in times past we walked according to the course of this world fulfilling the desires of the flesh.
“Wherein in time past ye walked according to the course of this world, according to the prince of the power of the air, the spirit that now worketh in the children of disobedience: Among whom also we all had our conversation in times past in the lusts of our flesh, fulfilling the desires of the flesh and of the mind; and were by nature the children of wrath, even as others.”
False grace is turning God's grace into a license for immorality (Jude 1:4) (NIV).
The true grace of God teaches us to deny ungodliness (Titus 2:11-12).
This would be here in this life time (1 Peter 4:1-2).
In other words, Ephesians 2:8-9 is talking about "Initial Salvation" or "Ultimate Salvation" and it is not taking about the Sanctification process (Which is the next step or stage in the salvation process).
