The Bible seems to think that God's justification of Jesus is important - (1 Timothy 3:16, Romans 1:4, Romans 4:25). So you tell me.
Romans 1:4 answers your question he declared himself

This scripture helps as well which you quoted already he justified himself too 1 timonthy 3:16 And without controversy great is the mystery of godliness: God was manifest in the flesh, justified in the Spirit, seen of angels, preached unto the Gentiles, believed on in the world, received up into glory.

We are justified by faith in Christ. But how was Jesus Christ justified?
Jesus was God and only came to testify to the truth, he doesn't need to be justified.
And since you want to keep quoting me here's some more about pastors.
Hosea chapter 4

6 my people are destroyed from lack of knowledge.

“Because you have rejected knowledge,
I also reject you as my priests;
because you have ignored the law of your God,
I also will ignore your children.

Because he never knew what the original gospel was to begin with. He never knew Jesus. Paul was a Roman citizen from Tarsus, a hot bed of Paganism as well as Jewish. Peter speculated about the meaning of the cross after Jesus left, Paul developed his own conclusions, and being the first great charismatic evangelist, the Pagan world was found to be receptive to Pauls new religion.
This is speculation. Unless of course you can provide some evidence.

Why are his writings the majority of the New Testament?

Does a perfectly righteous person need to be justified?

You are forgetting His humanity. He was/is human and Devine. He had to live a perfect life to fulfill God's law. He was even baptized into a sinner's baptism.

So God said that Jesus had no sin? Isn't that justification?
Yes. As Aaron and his sons declared the sin offering was without spot or blemish. A "type" we learn from Torah.

What is “justification”?

The definitions I’ve found:

Was Jesus ever “not right” with God? I don’t think so. Did Jesus ever need forgiveness? I don’t think so. Did Jesus ever have any guilt that needed removing? I don’t think so. Did Jesus need to take shelter in His blood to get salvation? I don’t think so. Was Jesus ever a sinner needing to be declared innocent? I don’t think so.

It seems Jesus never needed to be justified at all.

An article discussing whether or not Jesus needed to be justified Himself:
http://www.teachingtheword.org/apps/articles/?articleid=64880&blogid=5436
Spoiler alert: no (according to that article)

If Jesus ever was justified, it certainly was not in the same manner as the rest of us (sinners) are justified. How was Jesus justified? Might as well ask, "how is God holy?" It's simply God's nature. Same with Jesus - how is He justified? Jesus' very nature is righteous, holy, sinless. He is justified simply by His very nature being justified.

So God justified Jesus. On what grounds?
I don't remember anywhere in the Torah, the Law of Moses, that says an innocent man must lay down his life for a guilty man.
Jesus went over and above the Law in an act of perfect love and perfect obedience to the Father when He laid down His life for the guilty.
He was tried and condemned by the world, He was punished and even forsaken by the Father.
He was justified, declared righteous, through His resurrection.

It's simply God's nature. Same with Jesus - how is He justified? Jesus' very nature is righteous, holy, sinless. He is justified simply by His very nature being justified.

Those are imprecise definitions. Technically speaking, "justification" is simply the act of declaring someone to be righteous. The person needn't be a sinner. Indeed it would be very strange for a sinner to be justified. So when sinners are justified their guilt is pardoned. And sinners are justified by Jesus and his blood. But the fact that Jesus was not a sinner does not mean he did not need to be justified. Indeed, the Scriptures tell us that Jesus was justified (1 Timothy 3:16).

So I agree he is not justified in the same way that we are. God declares us righteous on the grounds of our faith in Christ. But on what grounds does God declare Jesus righteous?

His resurrection was his justification. But why did God raise him from the dead?
