Extreme depression and don't see a way out

Please pray for me. I've been battling extreme depression for awhile, and do not see a way out, despite my many prayers to God.

Praying that the Lord will pity and have mercy on you, He never leaves us in the mud and the mire, and believe me- you are precious and important to Him. He wants to help you, and heal you. Not even a sparrow falls without Him knowing. Try visiting a therapist and talking out your pent up anxieties and problems. If not, just talk to someone you love. I know you've probably heard this advice over and over, but it really helps. God bless you, and may you feel much better soon.

You need to go to the doctor and maybe get on antidepressants. Severe depression does not just go away on its on. Please go to a doctor and get some medication.

Father, in Jesus name we pray for our brother and lift him up and ask for healing of his mind, soul and body. In Jesus name we rebuke the forces of the enemy and cancel all their assignments against our brother. In His name we render their power null and void and by His authority we command them to release our brother from depression. I've had this spirit my whole life. Worship music, prayer, scripture, watching Christian movies, and fasting are all powerful weapons against depression. Medicine did absolutely NOTHING but make me worse
