the apostels were all male.
and if we heed pual he makes it very clear.
while a woman can teach , its other women she can teach.
but she cannot teach or ursurp authority over the man.
church leadership is AUTHORITY.
and I know women who follow this to the T.
they don't follow feminism..........they FOLLOW CHRIST.

How does it look like Catholicism will allow a female priesthood when even Pope Francis has clearly said NO. This cannot and will not change.

Okay, I'll bite.

I admit that I wonder why the "the Apostles were all men" argument can't be extended to "they were all Jews" and so exclude Italians and the English and so on. I don't mean to argue anything and this is certainly not a post against RC teaching. I just wonder why that argument, widely accepted, is limited to sex.

look at many churches in time past.....................at first some rejected
but in time , as it goes on.....they grow from worse to much worse.
But be encouraged IN the LORD

Don't women have tons of "church-running" roles in the RC church, the priesthood excluded?

I could be wrong, but I don't think this is even something a Pope can decide. Francis simply attested to church teaching.

One thing you won't hear on the issue, is women calling for prayer on the issue of ordination of women to the priesthood.

If God wants it, it will happen, but as the article states, feminism has a self-centered agenda.

Women see the priesthood as a job, not as a vocation.

They don't accept that a priest at the Mass, become Christ en-persona, and Christ is a male, therefore the priest must be a male.
