I cannot finish reading it (I skimmed through the rest), and honestly feel that we shouldn't deign to continue the back and forth about his. Should there be an Open Letter? Maybe, but perhaps our protests fuel the fire.

Let's proclaim the Gospel in love and remember that we will experience persecution for our faith. It is sad (more than sad honestly) to me to see this coming from some who associate with my previous affiliation. I am so thankful that not all Evangelicals agree with P&P (with my family included in those that disagree with P&P). In the meantime, let's continue to celebrate the resurrection of our Lord and Savior.

Warning, this may make some of you very angry.

Even though I agree with most of the doctrinal issues the author brought up in the article, he did go about it in an incredibly childish manner. I'm sure they received a lot of negative feedback form members of the Eastern Orthodox Church for their original story about Hank Hanegraaff, but this is a poor way to respond.

I agree. Disagreeing with our doctrine in a respectful way is completely different than what P&P is doing with this series of articles. I personally don't see what benefit they expect to get out of these articles...it certainly isn't the way Christ lived or taught us to live.

I don't agree with this approach either. Truth in love, not out of force.

Of course, I don't promote theocracies or religious governments either, so I'm sure that impacts my thoughts on this matter.
