Explaining the ten virgins parable.

All had oil and knew their lord would come. Since they did not know when He will return,
they sleep till the midnight call, then light their lamps. Maybe the Gog war is over, so now
they know next in Revelation ahead of them is heaven and earth is going to pass away
and those yet living on it will be judged as sheep/virgins/ and goats/foolish virgins.
The goats will go to everlasting punishment, but the righteous will enter into the joy of
the Lord/eternal life/inherit the kingdom.

Scared out of their wits and lazy...the foolish virgins need more oil so they will not be in
the dark when he comes back. It is not that the wise virgins don't like to share things. It is that they cannot give any of their lamp oil away as they do not know the day nor the hour
when their lord will return, and thus -lest they not have enough for themselves, can't
loan or given any of theirs to the five foolish virgins.

They suggest the foolish virgins go to the ones that sell and buy for yourselves.
This would not be a comment made by the righteous during the time of the
mark of the beast, as buying would render their souls as lost./damned

You miss the whole point of the Parable.

The 5 Virgins WATCHED and kept the LAMPS (Their Bodies) full of the OIL (Holy Spirit) so they had enough oil (Holy Spirit) to illuminate their path to Jesus when the Bridegroom calls.

The 5 Foolish virgins did NOT have enough OIL in their LAMPS, thus they were in the DARK when the Bridegroom came.

MEANING.....The 5 virgins were of the world, and the 5 who watched and kept themselves ready for the bridegroom was OF GOD !! They were full of the HOLY SPIRIT OF GOD.

The 5 Virgins were Double minded you could say, serving God some, and the world, thus they had not enough OIL !!

The Holy Spirit does not light regular lamps, nor is linked up with oil for sell.
The Holy Spirit is the OIL (SMH you do not understand that) and the Lamps represent our Bodies.

The Bible uses a number of symbols to describe the person and work of the Holy Spirit. These symbols show the nature, character and work of the Holy Spirit. They include:

4. Oil

Oil was involved in the anointing of the prophets, priests and kings for ministry to their offices. Oil symbolizes the soothing and healing presence of the Holy Spirit.

God anointed Jesus of Nazareth with the Holy Spirit and with power, who went about doing good and healing all who were oppressed by the devil, for God was with Him (Acts 10:38).

1. Water

The Holy Spirit is symbolized by water. This speaks of refreshing, cleansing and washing the believer of his sins. Jesus said:

If anyone thirsts, let him come to Me and drink. He who believes in Me, as the Scripture has said, out of his heart will flow rivers of living water. But this He spoke concerning the Spirit, whom those believing in Him would receive; for the Holy Spirit was not yet given, because Jesus was not yet glorified (John 7:37-39).

2. Wind Or Breath

The wind symbolizes the invisible yet powerful work of the Holy Spirit.

And suddenly there came a sound from heaven, as of a rushing mighty wind, and it filled the whole house where they were sitting (Acts 2:2).

3. Fire

Fire speaks of the holiness of God and the judging of sin in the life of the believer.

When the Lord has washed away the filth of the daughters of Zion, and purged the blood of Jerusalem from her midst, by the spirit of judgment and by the spirit of burning (Isaiah 4:4).

5. Dove

The dove represents the gentleness and peace which the Holy Spirit provides the believer
.
And the Holy Spirit descended in bodily form like a dove upon Him, and a voice came from heaven which said, "You are My beloved Son; in You I am well pleased" (Luke 3:22).

Look closer.
Heaven and earth shall pass away....that day....

Check the same timing in Mark 13 and Luke 21.
Heaven and earth shall pass away....watch
Its a saying..............that doesn't seem to register. Some people just don't get the KJV and the way its written.

Just like Jesus said the same thing about the Law......Not one Jot of the Law will pass until all is fulfilled.

New American Standard Bible
"For truly I say to you, until heaven and earth pass away, not the smallest letter or stroke shall pass from the Law until all is accomplished.

King James Bible
For verily I say unto you, Till heaven and earth pass, one jot or one tittle shall in no wise pass from the law, till all be fulfilled.

Whats the gist here? Heaven and Earth shall pass away before the Law of Moses does......that is until ALL IS FULFILLED.

Well when Jesus died all was fulfilled. We need not the LAW anymore...........we need no earthly sacrifice anymore.

It had nothing to do with the Heaven and earth, it was just a saying.

The determining factor between which of the virgins were wise and which were foolish is whether or not they knew Jesus.

Relating it to the parable of the sower, the foolish virgins were seed that fell on rock soil or among thorns. The wise virgins are seed that fell on good soil and yielded a crop.

Relating it to building a house (our lives), Jesus in Matthew 7:24-29 describes the wise as those who acted on Jesus' words and the foolish as those who ignore them.

Who is it that knows Jesus? John 14:21 and 1 John 2:3

The OIL is Holy Spirit. You can know Jesus and go to hell, remember Jesus told some people that you have cast out demons in my name, healed people in my name etc. etc. but I will say depart from me you that work iniquity.

The Holy Spirit is the Key, we must fill ourselves with God, just professing will not save us.

Many will say to Me on that day, ‘Lord, Lord, did we not prophesy in Your name, and in Your name cast out demons, and in Your name perform many miracles?’ And then I will declare to them, ‘I never knew you; depart from Me, you who practice lawlessness.’ Matthew 7:22-23

You should look before you leap.

Matthew 7:21-23King James Version (KJV)
21 Not every one that saith unto me, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the kingdom of heaven; but he that doeth the will of my Father which is in heaven.

22 Many will say to me in that day, Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in thy name? and in thy name have cast out devils? and in thy name done many wonderful works?

23 And then will I profess unto them, I never knew you: depart from me, ye that work iniquity.

That is what I said......................you are just too busy to see my point.

You are not a Christian because you call on Jesus' name, profess his name, cast out devils in his name etc. etc. You are a Christian because you testify that Jesus is the Son of God and thus so doing PUT OFF INIQUITY by putting on the ARMOR OF GOD..........Or His Holy Spirit. Which is the Oil. If you are not full of the Oil, you will not be Raptured.

That is not changing. That is what the parable means.

That is a false statement. Don't confuse knowing Jesus with knowing of Him.

Those who have the Holy Spirit are known by their fruit. Galatians 5:22-23

Just like I stated, the parable is about those full of the Holy Spirit making Heaven. They cast out Devils in Jesus' name, hence they once had the Holy Spirit. For those who think once saved always saved that is just not factual.

Those Raptured to Heaven have the Oil or Holy Spirit.

In one case, Jesus declared that he never knew them. In the other, He said He didn't know them.

I'm going to go with not knowing Jesus as the primary reason for being excluded. It's about lifestyle worship, walking in the truth and producing godly fruit, of which the Holy Spirit is an integral part. Every believer has the Holy Spirit. Its not about obtaining a certain measure of the Holy Spirit at the right time. It's about acting on the teachings of Jesus and thereby becoming wise.

Look at the last part of Isaiah 66, because it has the same pattern. It makes a
statement about the new heaven and new earth. Then soon switches to scenes
on the new earth. People are being viewed in the lake of fire-the place where their worm will not die.
Matthew 25 is about people gaining the lake of fire destiny or eternal life. It
is not about the great tribulation. The end of Matthew 24 has taken the prophecy into referring to the end of the world-when heaven and earth shall
pass away.

Isaiah 66:22-24
Everyone understands there will be a New Heaven & New Earth, that's not the point. The point is Jesus was speaking about something to the people of his time that would never see such events, BUT they would see his death, and thus the FULFILLMENT OF ALL THINGS !! Heaven and earth will pass away, but my words will not. Then you get the ole not one jot of the law will not pass until has is fulfilled. So when Jesus died his words became true, all is fulfilled, JUST LIKE JESUS SAID, heaven and earth will pass away.....OK, but that really has nothing do do with the fact that all was fulfilled on the cross, thus after the cross there is NO LAW............We are under grace.

The Jot has now passed............Because all was fulfilled.
