Matthew 24:35 Heaven and earth shall pass away, but my words shall not pass away.

Matthew 24:36 But of that day and hour knoweth no [man], no, not the angels of heaven, but my Father only.

==============

Mark 13:31 Heaven and earth shall pass away: but my words shall not pass away.

Mark 13:32 But of that day and [that] hour knoweth no man, no, not the angels which are in heaven, neither the Son, but the Father.

This makes the last of these not about the rapture.

What is this supposed to even mean? We understand that we don't know WHAT HOUR the Rapture will come, but Jesus could still tell the Messianic Christians their coming destiny.

All of the verses will all the way to the end of Matthew 25 be for heaven and
earth is about to pass away, not about the events of the great tribulation or
rapture of the church. Matthew 25 begins with "Then shall....ten virgins..."
Then is when earth is about to soon no longer have the sea part. The new earth is
coming and the alive people on it will get divided up. foolish virgins/goats
wise virgins/sheep

Matthew 24:50 The lord of that servant shall come in a day when he looketh not for [him], and in an hour that he is not aware of,

Matthew 24:51 And shall cut him asunder, and appoint [him] his portion with the hypocrites: there shall be weeping and gnashing of teeth.

Matthew 25:1 Then shall the kingdom of heaven be likened unto ten virgins, which took their lamps, and went forth to meet the bridegroom.

Matthew 25:11 Afterward came also the other virgins, saying, Lord, Lord, open to us.

Matthew 25:12 But he answered and said, Verily I say unto you, I know you not.

Matthew 25:13 Watch therefore, for ye know neither the day nor the hour wherein the Son of man cometh.

Matthew 25 has nothing to do with Matthew 24, it is a parable.

Matthew 24 1-13 is about the 2000 year period from the time Jesus lived until Now and until the Rapture shortly.

Matthew 24 32-44 is the Rapture........It is just not in the proper order.

Matthew 24 14-26 is the TIME OF TROUBLE or Tribulation period.

Matthew 24 27:31 is the Second Coming of Jesus Christ with US/The Church coming back with him.

Sure it does. Chapter divisions are a man-made construct. Look at how Matthew 25:1 begins:

Then the kingdom of heaven will be comparable to ten virgins . . . When? Gotta go back to chapter 24 for that.

I understand that............But one is an answer by Jesus about three questions the Disciples asked. The other is a parable.

The parable about the wedding is informing us about the coming Rapture and wedding of the Church. The three questions answered in Matthew 24 is only partly about the Rapture, verses 32-34 or to the end really. So Maybe Matthew 24:32-44 or 24:32-51 is conjoined with Matthew 25, and maybe that is why the Rapture verses are not before 24:14 which they should be.

The feet of iron and clay are the end times Roman Empire. The EU. Some parts strong, some parts weak, referring to the nations of the EU. We have the fee in place, but not the toes. The ten toes are the final ten leaders of the EU, mostly likely to be organized into ten regions, some of which would contain two, maybe three countries to provide a equal balance to population representation. That's the next thing coming on the bible prophecy timeline.

The person who will be over those ten leaders will be the little horn in Daniel 7 and 8. Which, after he is power for a short while, Gog/Magog will take place.

Don't overthink "ten toes." Statues in those days didn't have individual toes, they were blocky feet with "suggested" toes. IOW, the toes were not separated, and the scripture does not dive into a separation of toes.

But I agree that the legs were the Roman Empire and that the adulterated iron and clay are the world of today. I would argue that all the world today bears the mark of the Roman Empire, having either been occupied by the Roman Empire or by a descendant of the Roman Empire. There is practically nowhere you can go and not see a Romance language or Latin script displayed. If you study a US dollar bill, it says "Rome" all over it. If an ancient Roman were time-transported to Washington DC, it wouldn't take him long at all to decide he was in some far province of the Roman Empire.

So, the feet are us.

The rock is, of course, Christ. But significant is that the rock is uncut by human hands. 1 Peter refers directly back to this. Being uncut by human hands, it does not fit into human structures, but will either be rejected by the human architect or it will destroy the structure. In 1 Peter, it speaks of the rejection of the uncut stone (the primary uncut stone being Jesus, but we as believers are also uncut stones, with Jesus as both the cornerstone and capstone of a building of uncut stones).

I agree. The description of the feet is that of a multinational, multicultural world kingdom.

Globalism is neo-Babelism.

I would agree that globalism is neo-Babelism, but I'd caution people against focusing on Westphalian-type nations in consideration of what "globalism" can mean.

I would recommend the old adage, "Follow the money."

When I can go online, purchase an item from China, and within seconds "wealth" gets transferred from my bank account to a Chinese bank account without having to pass through any government controls, then in fact there already exists a "one world currency."

When wealth is global, the world is already global and the true kings of the world are those who control the wealth. They have already united their wealth--the new Tower of Babel is already here and it's called the Internet.

Westphalian nations are a modern concept and not necessarily one recognized in prophesy

"which they should be."? Did God make a mistake?
They had a different way of writing back then. Its irrelevant. But if you placed the events in order, Matthew 24:32-44 would come first. I still doubt those who are confused about the Rapture would still understand it. Its called not getting guidance from the Holy Spirit, imho.

The reason that Matthew told the stories in the manner he did was he didn't understand what the Rapture was. Paul was taken to the third heaven and these things were told unto him. Did God make a mistake when things in the KJV got translated wrong? Because they did, you see how silly that is?

That's quite the humble opinion.
Its the truth. God doesn't like those misleading His people. It is not my problem if some can't hear the calling of the Holy Spirits voice. He doesn't misinform us, so somebody is not hearing the Holy Spirit, and its not me. Facts are facts.

35 Heaven and earth shall pass away, but my words shall not pass away.
/the new earth will come soon
36 But of that day and hour knoweth no man, no, not the angels of heaven, but my Father only.
No signs for it...just sometime after the final Gog war will be a need to separate the wicked
living from the just still living on the old earth.
That has nothing to do with the NEW EARTH coming, its about Jesus' words being TRUTHFUL. MY WORDS will never pass away even though the Heaven and Earth will, its just a SAYING by Jesus.....He could have said anything, MY WORDS will never pass away, even though Human Beings will etc. etc. It only means his WORDS are always ALIVE.....How do you guys not grasp these deep truths?

Has nothing to do with Gog and Magog, again, another misconception. This is about the Rapture, Gog and Magog is in Revelation after the Second Coming according to Revelation, after Satan is released from the bottomless pit.

Again Matthew 24:1-13 is the tine between Jesus and the Rapture or Jacobs Troubles........

Matthew 24:32-44 Goes here, Matthew didn't know about the Rapture so naturally he assumed it was the continuation of the Second Coming story Jesus had told in Matthew 24:27-31. Jesus told Paul this deep Secret. {I TELL YOU A SECRET}

Holman Christian Standard Bible
Listen! I am telling you a mystery: We will not all fall asleep, but we will all be changed,

International Standard Version
Let me tell you a secret. Not all of us will die, but all of us will be changed—

Matthew 24:16-26 is the 70th Week or Jacobs Trouble.

Matthew 24:27-31 is the Second Coming.

Nothing is going to change these facts.
