What are the differences?
Is that the official Catholic Church view? That the differences are because of evolution? There are many differences (I assume you mean in humans). Sexual dimorphism of humans includes different overall size, proportions, and brain/thinking differences and abilities. This is expected because the evolutionary pressures on the sexes are different (due to the differential in offspring cost).

Well, they accept evolution, as long as the 'soul' is left out of it.Is that the official Catholic Church view? That the differences are because of evolution?

So the Pope and all other Catholics are theistic evolutionists and see absolutely no conflict between evolution and the Bible? Weird! I was recently taking classes at a Catholic Church and the Bible was being put forth as the Word of God. How do they fit Genesis in with the evolution idea? You can't have it both ways. How do they fit all that into the evolution scheme? The are claiming that Jesus descended from animals? They are also saying that Jesus was deluded because he believed the creation account? LOL!Well, they accept evolution, as long as the 'soul' is left out of it.

Calling quackery science doesn't magically make it so. Neither does calling things evidence magically make them evidence.Catholic church's point of view is; it is not wise to deny well evidenced science. Tends to cause a loss of credibility in putting fanny's in the seats.
Microsoft founder Bill Gates says that the software of DNA is “far, far more complex than any software we have ever developed.”[24]

In the early 21st century, leading atheist Antony Flew’s atheism came to an abrupt end when he studied the intelligence behind DNA. Flew explains what changed his opinion.
What I think the DNA material has done is to show that intelligence must have been involved in getting these extraordinarily diverse elements together. The enormous complexity by which the results were achieved look to me like the work of intelligence…. It now seems to me that the finding of more than fifty years of DNA research have provided materials for a new and enormously powerful argument to design.[25] Quoted in Gary Habermas, “My Pilgrimage from Atheism to Theism”: Interview with Antony Flew, Philosophia Christi, (Winter, 2005).p/
Many scientists like Arthur L. Schawlow, Professor of Physics at Stanford University, winner of the Nobel Prize in physics, believe that these new discoveries provide compelling evidence for a personal God. He writes, “It seems to me that when confronted with the marvels of life and the universe, one must ask why and not just how. The only possible answers are religious…. I find a need for God in the universe and in my own life.”[28] Margenau, H. and R. A. Varghese, eds. Cosmos, Bios, Theos: Scientists Reflect on Science, God, and the Origins of the Universe, Life, and Homo Sapiens (Open Court Pub. Co., La Salle, IL, 1992).
Well evidenced to atheists! Are you calling the Catholic church quacks?
Furthermore, calling well evidenced science quackery, because it brings you comfort, doesn't make it so.
