Sorry, by "Not practicing" I meant I didnt go to church and I didnt follow Gods word as much as a Christian should.
This whole ordeal has really brought me back to say the least, if this is what it takes then OK God I am crying out for deliverance!
I dont want to sound like I just need God when I need Him, I have been praying that he would reveal himself to me recently. if He can use this anxiety mess for the greater good to bring me closer to him then great!
God's Word is founded on Yeshua <<<a ROCK <<Bedrock<<< anything else is quick sand....
My brother, He will reveal Himself to you through His Word first.
You can hear it if reading is not feasible.
My experience is, I am deceived and distracted when I travel on any other path.
And Yes ! friend He may use your weakness to tie you around Himself tightly.
Have you ever heard that Shepherds will break the leg of a sheep that continually strays from the flock, not due to cruelty but great love. Then binds up the leg and from then on carries the lamb upon his shoulders until he heals up.
From then on the lamb, stays close, recognizing His master's voice.
In this way he is not distracted or eaten by the wolves and lions.
What appears to be an act of evil is actually the only way some of us will stay close, and learn to hear our Beloved's Voice.
Better to be weak that Jesus be strong in us.

Because of the
weakness of your human nature, I am using the illustration of slavery to help you understand all this. Previously, you let yourselves be slaves to impurity and lawlessness, which led ever deeper into sin. Now you must give yourselves to be slaves to righteous living so that you will become holy.
