That's an interesting scripture that you referenced, and it made me think of Joel 3:10 as well, which teaches us to do the opposite, i.e. to beat our plowshares into swords. I believe this is teaching us to do spiritual warfare, but with spiritual weapons, not carnal ones. Paul teaches us that our weapons of warfare are not carnal but spiritual.

Joel 3:10 Beat your plowshares into swords
And your pruning hooks into spears;
Let the weak say, ‘I am strong.’”
11 Assemble and come, all you nations,
And gather together all around.
Cause Your mighty ones to go down there, O Lord.

Many don't follow Paul's example, they instead go down to Egypt and rest in her shadow. They commit fornication with the kings (politicians) of the earth. I use to do that as well, so i dont judge, but i do share this truth, so others may escape the snare of the Fowler

I am amazed at how many voting citizens are completely in the dark concerning the efforts of a few people in the world who are trying to promote Globalism, but that's OK, some people never even vote.

Yes we were using wooden rifles to train our soldiers with, before the Japs bombed Pearl Harbor.
