Are the rocks used to date the Earth found orbiting around the Earth, or are they found in the Earth itself?

What time dilation? The rocks we are dating have never left the Earth. They have been within the Earth's frame of reference the entire time.

What effect would the difference in the frame of reference have on the ages of Moon rocks and meteorites (including Martian meteorites)?

The kicker is every one of you understands that acceleration causes rulers to shrink and clocks to clow - and then refuse to accept that since this galaxy is accelerating through space it's rulers are shrinking and it's clocks are slowing. You continue to try to use the cop-out that we observe no change. Yet the twin in the spacecraft observes no change - yet we also all understand time proceeds differently for him than it does us. It matters not that he is unaware of the change - we all understand it is occurring.

Every one of you should understand the laws of physics in accelerating frames are not the same as in a stationary frame - and vary from frame to frame depending on the acceleration. Yet apparently you suddenly want to ignore this law of physics because suddenly since the subject isn't about time travel it conflicts with your beliefs about the age of the universe.

Had I mentioned only twins in spaceships you would all have agreed completely - but since I questioned your beliefs in the age of the universe you suddenly want to ignore everything you understand to be true.
