Before I actually get into the topic i'll provide a little bit of backstory so it'll be easier to understand. I stumbled and fell into sin for a long period of time and I became spiritually dead again during that time. Recently I got a revelation of hell and came back to the faith. Having said that now I have no root of the word inside of me anymore and its hard for me to seek God with my whole heart and hard for me to retain the word. I'm at a point where I don't feel spiritually dead but i'm not joyful or content in God's love as I should be, I feel distant from God and I don't feel his love for me.
---------------------------------------------------------------------
I feel a sense of loneliness, anxiety, and confusion now that i'm back walking in holiness (and I've felt that way a lot prior to my backsliding moments). I don't really know what to do apart from reading/listening to the bible, praying, watching sermons & Christ related vlogs (aren't that many) on youtube. What do people normally do in there leisure time as a Christian? I know people watch secular tv/movies, play video games and things of that nature but i'm not really sure on what's acceptable to do or not. I don't really know that many people to fellowship with that are Christians online and I don't know any Christians to fellowship with at all in real life. There's like a big void in my day for the most part.

It may be that you "...feel distant from God" because you are??? It does not sound like you have been "born again" as a real believer in God through the Lord Jesus Christ. When one is "born again" they become a "new creation in Christ". Being a church member, allowing Christian teaching in one's life, is not true life in Jesus Christ. What you speak about "backsliding moments" seems to be a sliding away from the Bible rather than from Christianity. Have you ever bowed before God in humility confessing all your sinful ways, and fully receiving the Lord Jesus into your heart ---making Him your Savior and Lord of your life? Salvation is not in religion but in Jesus, the Christ of God. Have you read the Gospel by John and prayed over it to our Creator-God? I pray you will get real about Christianity and receive the Savior, then you won't have to worry about your "leisure time", for you will want it to always be in fellowship with the Lord in whatever things you do of a Godly nature. Look up always friend!

I believe I have been born again. I know we are new creations in Christ and we do not have to be slaves to sin any longer, but at moments in a Christians life aren't we bound to stumble and or fall in sin for a period of time / be tested by the devil? (Not making a statement just asking a question)

Have you ever bowed before God in humility confessing all your sinful ways, and fully receiving the Lord Jesus into your heart ---making Him your Savior and Lord of your life? Salvation is not in religion but in Jesus, the Christ of God.
I have bowed before God in humility and confessed all of my sinful ways to him and made Jesus my savior. I've walked in holiness but I stumble and fall in my walk at times. I believe God helps me back up and directs me to the narrow path when I stumble. I admit I have not tested my faith as often as I should though.

I pray you will get real about Christianity and receive the Savior, then you won't have to worry about your "leisure time", for you will want it to always be in fellowship with the Lord in whatever things you do of a Godly nature. Look up always friend!
Thank you for your advice, I will try to be more serious in regards to my relationship with the Lord and to test my faith constantly.

What do Christians do in their leisure time? Well, I volunteer at my church once a week, every month or so (used to be once a week) I would go visit a woman at the prison, I participate in online forums, I take care of my family, spend time with friends, do a little writing or studying, in the summer I do a little gardening, go for walks (I used to be far more physically active and go to the gym as well as run every day or two and dancing once or twice a week). Sometimes I'll have a date with husband and do things like mini-golf or long drives, bowling, or other local events. I also work full time and am considering post-grad studying.

What kinds of things do you like to do? I'm not sure a Christian's activities are a whole lot different than anyone else's activities. I think it has more to do with what you enjoy - unless you enjoy going out to get drunk, etc. I would not recommend that....

My leisure is work to most...
various forms of pastoral care, renovating our new home,
helping the homeless/disadvantaged, caring for my disabled husband, online bible college, patio gardening...now it's indoor gardening since it's gotten colder here lol!
I read books--various genres...I enjoy faith-based books from the 1600-1800's...would like to read more of them once we are finished with our new home.

We don't have cable TV...but we have lots of dvds, music,
magazines etc...faith-based/family friendly/children's movies
since we have 10 grandchildren (I married an older man.)

When I was unmarried...I spent a lot of time traveling,
para-sailing, hiking/mountain climbing, spelunking,
classic car shows, martial arts; I'm a big drag-racing fan of
"Cha Cha" and "Big Daddy" etc.

Christians gather together and have fellowship in chruch and invite each other to do things, eat together, pray, and love one another.

It can be any activity that you enjoy doing eg i like gardening, going shopping, maybe see an inspiring film, go for walks, go fishing or to the beach..cycling
Some play sport.
Some have hobbies like restoring cars, or write, or play music, sing in the choir..or do crafts..theres so many things to enjoy.

Leisure is not restricted to watching tv and playing video games.

I think you need fellowship and your christian brothers and sisters to walk with and hang out together so pray and ask God to show you were to go, like a church or a home group or gathering or a ministry you can help out with. It is more fun when two or more are gathered in his name..God sets the lonely in families and if youve come back to Him then you have a big family to get to know!
