What does the Constitution say? I am for the same process of gun restriction as restrictions of the other constitutional rights. Can felons be deprived of liberty or life according to the constitution? The same tests must be applied to gun possession, or the Constitution must be amended. Anything else is violating the highest law of the land. Any law that infringes gun ownership and possession without trial by jury is illegal and its enforcement is treason. Your opinion, my opinion and popular opinion are only relevant on a ballot as a constitutional amendment.

I trust those who acknowledged God and the fallen state of humanity and didn't trust the government they were founding and built in strict limitations, on their own power, way further than I trust the power mongers needing to disarm the populace to illegally expand their own power.
