Update:
10. I was having appendicitis symptoms last night and when I woke up I felt fine.

When you woke up in the night or morning? It could have been a nightmare... if the feeling is no longer. I have nightmares related to work where the most horrible work-related things happens! If you're worried about your health, I wouldn't surprise me if you had nightmares about being ill or in pain (unlike popular belief, I've felt pain in dreams before so it's possible). But have you visited your doctor yet? You should let them know about this new symptom. Write down your symptom, do what you can, but don't fret about what's in the Lord's hands.

Dear, you need to calm your heart and mind. Sick or not you'll only make yourself worse by getting upset, I say this with all the love in the world. There was a time I had an allergic reaction (I was about 17) and my throat was closing up, and I was getting hysterical and scared. But my mother was VERY stern and verbally snapped some sense into me telling me I was only making it worse. I realized then I could calm down or die, I choose calm and strangely a great sense of peace came to me. No matter what comes you can't stop it dear, you can't hide from bad things, you can only choose to face them with peace of mind and heart. You can choose to be calm, force your body & mind into submission, least you kill your own body with your worry. Rely on the promises of God, trust in Him who cares about you, remember who you are in Christ, remember where your true life is, and remember that the Lord has plans for you and He is with you each and every day.

Do you believe these things? Then act like you have faith dear, don't act like one who has no hope.

Proverbs 12:25
Anxiety weighs down the heart,
but a kind word cheers it up.

Proverbs 17:22
A cheerful heart is good medicine,
but a broken spirit saps a person’s strength.

Proverbs 14:30
A heart at peace gives life to the body,
but envy rots the bones.

It was definitely not a nightmare and I know this because I asked my mom about it and she remembered.

Thanks for posting

Take a deep breath, little sister.

If you are in pain, you can go to the emergency room. Tell your parents what kind of pain you have.

The pain wasn't bad enough to go to the emergency room I think. I went to the doctor this morning and got a blood test.

Trust me, Ssammoh, you would KNOW if you had appendicitis! If it wasn't bad enough for you to go to the ER, it wasn't appendicitis symptoms!

FTR I used to get stomach pains and cramps when I was under a lot of anxiety, and I would FEAR that it was appendicitis, too. But it never was.

So, yesterday was your psychiatrist appointment, right? Please tell me they did more than just a blood test. Did they sit down with you and talk? Do you have a return appointment?

I know. I'm no longer worried about my appendix.

Yes I went to my first psychiatrist appointment. We sat down and talked. My next appointment is on April 25

Before you read all of this, know that I am not speaking down to you in any way! I speak passionately as a person that has experienced similar troubles and worries starting a few years ago. :) I only want to share sympathy and show you the logic of an outside viewer. Sometimes it's hard to see if someone else doesn't help you see it! Hope I help! Here goes:

I'm pretty sure you're not dead or crazy. :) I'm pretty positive there's a valid reason for everything that has happened. I'll go in order, just in case if you don't take my word for it!

1) Well, I'm not sure what you meant by not feeling right, but I've felt wierd and "out of it" before for no apparent reason. Almost everyone has little quirks like that!

2) It's probably just you thinking too hard about it. :) I've done stuff like that before too! If I convince hard enough, I can make myself feel sick when nothing's really wrong!

3) Probably just a spam or accidental coding.

4) I think I've noticed disney do this before.. They air a show, don't advertise it, then say it's "Brand new!" (Not so much ;))

5) Could be anything! One time, I had my head on my pillow and I thought I could either hear vibrating or ringing, not sure which, but when I sat up, I don't think I could hear it. Sometimes dryers/washing machines, cars, and more vibrate (and is more easily hear when your head is on a surface). I've even seen random objects shaking before! I'm like.. Huh? :)

6) TVs mess up. Including Netflix. That's not too unlikely, as stuff like that happens to people daily. :)

7) Could have been anything! And you could have even made it up too! As humans we hear, learn, and see new things all the time.

8) If you think hard enough, you can make yourself feel/think ANYTHING. Trust me, I would know!

9) I believe that may have happened to me before? :)

10) I've learned that an appendicitis is excruciatingly painful, and does not go away until you either have it removed, pass away, or are healed by a miracle. Probably just a tummy cramp. :)

A little Logic:
-Why would that tell you you are dead? I might would tell you something else, but why dead?
-VERY few people have been raised to life in all of history. What would be the statistical odds of you being dead.. Or raised from the dead?

A little comfort :) :
Don't think to hard about it! You'll drive yourself mad! I know just what that's like to convince yourself so hard that something is wrong with you (I even was starting to convince myself I was dying before!) But we can't let this kind of thing consume us. It's a way to let Satan win. Once were so caught up in this anxiety and worry (few years of experience with that too..) we loose focus of our true mission to God. Also, even if you were dead, then if you believe in Christ, you are a living miracle! Would that be so bad? :) And your soul will be alive forever. So even if your body is dead, in the tiniest chance, your soul is and always will be alive. :)

Consider looking up and reading these verses. You can even put them on sticky notes, scraps of paper, at random places. So then, whenever you find yourself merging into "something's wrong with me.." You can defend yourself against those thoughts with scripture.

1 Peter 5:7
Matthew 6:25-43
Psalm 27
Romans 5:1-11
Romans 5:12-21
Romans 6:1-14
Ephesians 6:10-20

Food for thought: It's good to be cautious, but not to extremes (not just you, me and many others too!). Guard your heart!

I'll pray for you! You're not alone!

After reading your post, I became very concern because what you are experiencing are strange but you are not dead. You are been attack by the spirit of fear. When you pray, rebuke the spirit of fear and it will leave you.
Remember, "God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power and of love and of a sound mind" 2 Timothy 1:7. Focus carefully on this verse.
The love of God will replace fear in your heart. When fear leaves your mind you will have a sound mind. Try to meditate on this verse and practice showing the love of God to others and I promise you that you will get better.

Remember that these fearful fixations are just your brain "searching" for something to be afraid of. Your body is responding as if there's a threat (adrenaline pumping, heart accelerated), but there IS no real threat, so your mind has to try and reconcile your physical reactions with what it's perceiving via your senses. So your brain picks a minor physical sensation, like a stomach cramp, and just blows it completely out of proportion so that you're hyper-aware of it, making it feel ten times more painful than it actually is. Part of dealing with hypochondria (which I've had) is that your brain jumps from one physical ailment to another; am I having a heart attack? is my throat closing up? do I have cancer? None of those things were ever actually happening to me, but my MIND said they were an immediate threat.

How did the talk go with the psychiatrist? I'm glad you have another appointment soon.

Yeah- it definitely wasn't your appendix. You'd know. For future reference, if it was your appendix the pain would start around your belly button and then migrate to your right lower quadrant. If you were to push down in that area- when released- the abdominal wall would give off a very painful/tender response. You'd come right off the table and try to smack the HCP who touched you. It's called rebound tenderness. You'd also have nausea, vomiting, and a low grade fever. (Just covered this in my pathophysiology class today.)
