Stellar Parallax

Nemesis? Not "prevalent" but they're out there. They're up there with the small groups that believe in Nemesis, the NASA moon landing conspiracy, dad, etc.
Sometimes it's hard to tell if they're genuine or just really good fakes. Take this one, for example:
Geocentrism 101: Buy the Book | Galileo Was Wrong
Hard to say if this is serious, or just a flashy attempt to bilk money from ignorant home-schoolers.
None.
And as an aside, the earth was created before the sun.
Back to our point though, the language of the Bible, when It describes observing the cosmos is the same language that we use today -- geocentric.
We speak of the sun rising and the sun setting, the sun coming up and the sun going down, because that is the simplest and fastest way to communicate: using the point of the observer as the reference point.
Thus the Bible uses geocentric language, but It does not teach geocentrism.
WHY DO YOU REJECT GEOCENTRICITY?

Was it RichardT?I debated with a user on these forums who was a serious geocentrist. Stellar parallax is what changed their mind once and for all.
