God's Word is True, every bit, and whole - don't take part without the other or it may end up like this >>>

  1. Matthew 7:22 - Bible Gateway

    www.biblegateway.com/verse/en/Matthew%207:22‎

They will say, “We preached in your name, and in your name we forced out
demons and ..... Did we not accomplish many niflaot (miracles) in your Name?
  2. Matthew 7:21-23 - True and False Disciples - “Not - Bible Gateway

    www.biblegateway.com/passage/?search=Matthew+7:21-23‎

22 Many will say to me on that day, 'Lord, Lord, did we not prophesy in your name
and in your name drive out demons and in your name perform many miracles?

Jesus says ask what you will in his name and you will receive it
or did I misinterpret scripture? seems pretty simple

No we are not instructed to things in a common sense way?? give me that scripture… we are instructed to do things in a Christ-like way… the loving supernatural believers way…

God help us when the church need to defend prayer from Christians… take a good look at what the world calls hypocrites…. they talk about a loving , forgiving and merciful God and when they get Him, they turn Him into their avenger…. Jesus did not come to condemn… and yes I am very familiar with the judgment seat of Christ… that is not our job…. read 1 Corinthians 13

You do not have to post a whole scripture, people will just glaze it especially those who have read it already.

The church is in trouble and prays but nothing happens. God help you when you do not discern that your prayers are empty words, part of a habitual routine that no longer accomplish much of anything. This is because prayer is power that must be directed specifically and not under estimated in its accomplishing power

When people decide not to believe Jesus did not set a precedent of prayer. He set a precedent of judgement.

When did Jesus pray? To heal the sick, to cast out demons, for his disciples who believed but were to face battles they did not see, and maybe most importantly for his own rejuvenation

not a single time did Jesus pray for those who did not believe, he said to those towns and those crowds it would be better for Sodom and Gomorrah on the day of judgement, and shook the dust off his feet. IN fact based on the post #1 we literally know nothing at all about whats going on and you prayed anyways not knowing where they stand with the Lord. It would be wise to ask what lead them there to begin with.

we need to move beyond this childlike way of understanding the world that 'prayer solves everything' and do some homework on people first

All this does is make her more anxious.........But, the truth of the matter is.......You do need to trust God and turn to Him....Even if you don't feel Him just believe He is there and in line with the OT and NT.....I know how doubt can just eat you up.

it is written in Scripture that people will be anxious, even get very angry, when the truth gets too close for comfort.
the only real and true help is from God when they finally repent, not before then.
until anyone repents, they are in very serious trouble and in very real danger of forever losing their soul with the multitudes of the wicked who never repent.

You know what i think it's time to leave the forums.....This is just to much......My OCD theme is I'm at Gods Judgment already so if that is true like you say because I'm anxious then so are you and have been blind your whole life.....I'm tired of people saying this and that Examine your own heart.......I lay in tears everyday out of fear that I'm going to be thrown in hell any minute....It would be wise if you did the same too.....

I was in tears also, anxious for years, in tears often, for fear of going to hell, of missing heaven, of not pleasing God.
That is totally normal for human beings.

It is not normal for Ekklesia to remain anxious for anything. It is a lack of something in their life or faith or belief or trust in Jesus Complete Work and forgiveness. This is clear throughout the Scripture, as it is written and cannot be changed that God Himself gives PEACE that pases understanding to those who are HIS in and by and though Christ Jesus, Messiah, Savior, Lord.

Anxiety, doubt, fear, can be as simple as a nutritional imbalance, especially B vitamin deficiency as doctors know and say(if you get a good doctor),
and it
can be as 'complicated' or as messy as hidden or unrepentant sin or demonic attacks.
Whatever it is, Jesus healed everyone who came to HIM (not to some other any thing or group or man, but to HIM),
and
Yhwh has always done just as He says He will. He says that no one who TRUSTS IN HIM is ever disappointed, though they will suffer persecution on earth if they choose to live a Godly life in Christ Jesus.

it took years searching across the country north and south and east and west to find people who spoke truth, who knew Jesus, who loved God and His Word. I searched through literally hundreds of churches to find those who are honest (like King David did - He stated He searched throughout the land and would not tolerate liars in His presence), and to search out, test, find out the truth from Yhwh.
some people think it happens 'fast', or is 'easy', and for some perhaps it is or was. for some it is not, because mankind is so wayward.
Seek Yhwh, Trust ABBA in Yeshua by faith through grace, a gift truly and fully.

I find it interesting that you call yourself a martyr, and your location is feeding the lambs. I have two issues with this - how do you figure you are a martyr? A martyr is very priviledged place to be for any Christian so you assume this on yourself?

Also feeding the lambs - we are the sheep of his pasture, why would you elevate yourself to the position of master?

So mmurderers can be saved?
i repeat-
I see no where in scripture that God forgives unrepentant sin ..But he does forgive the repetant heart. a repentant heart does not harbour intent to repeat the sin.

one must come in humility ,admit guilt (i say admit in modern English because he already knows about it )and desire to have never had done it (have regret)
if they do so and place their faith in Jesus then ..by faith ,

the lord Jesus is taken ..and that sin is laid upon him and then that murderer that child molester ,that what ever .is taken ... he is mocked ,spat upon, has his beard plucked out ,is flogged with whips ,has thorns rammed into his scalp,is beaten ,bruised .tormented ..he his then made to carry large hunks of wood on his shoulder and paraded through the streets in utter sham,e and misery for his action ..he is then slammed like a limp piece of beaten meat on a wood cross and metal spikes are driven through his feet and wrists pinning him to the wood upon which he is then lifted up to hang in agonizing terror and left to die ..

and the father forgives the one who sinned ...
forgive us our sins ..as we forgive those who sin against us .

i am of the opinion that those who struggle with whether god forgives sins ..are , perhaps, really not struggling with GODs willingness to forgive at all .. but their own unwillingness to forgive those who have deeply offended them ..
God understands this also and will help if you ask .for Jesus said" what so ever you ask in my name according to my will ,i wil do it ."
