Communication has been out in the areas affected by the storm, not the entire country. Manila has been completely fine the whole time.

This is just tragic. I hope Azure is safe as well as all his loved ones. The Australian PM has pledged $10 million in aid as well as emergency teams to help.

I hope Azure is ok.

It is another horrible tragedy. But, I am thankful for CRS (Catholic Relief Services, the charitable group, both nationally and internationally) for being there to help those in need.
