According to Rasmussen ... 26% of Obama Supporters View Tea Party as Nation’s Top Terror Threat - Rasmussen Reports™
However, among those who approve of the president’s job performance, just 29% see radical Muslims as the bigger threat. Twenty-six percent (26%) say it’s the Tea Party that concerns them most. Among those who Strongly Approve of the president, more fear the Tea Party than radical Muslims.
Psst ... here's the real threat:

I cannot view the entire poll unless I pay. I want to know how many republicans consider the occupy movement as terrorists. Do you have this information?

4*Which is a bigger terrorist threat to the United States today – radical Muslims, the Tea Party, local militia groups, the Occupy Wall Street movement, or other religious or political extremists?

Not the point of this thread. Of course, if you want to start your own thread to discuss how many Republicans consider the occupy movement as terrorists, have at it.

But this is about 26% of Obama supporters viewing the Tea Party as terrorists - which fact, personally, I find despicable.

Having my request to the OP to reveal the full poll denied and even laughed at, this thread is nothing more than partisan trash.
What are you even talking about?

The link to Rasmussen's website was provided in the OP.
There is no information in this thread to validate the OP claims, and you may as well file this under partisan whining.
No one is forcing you to believe Rasmussen ... but it is considered a reliable polling outfit.

Somebody has a problem with reading comprehension. Reread post two and get back to me.
LOL ... was it something I said?

Just because you have questions doesn't entitle you to unlimited information. You've gotten access to all the info they normally release with their polls. If you want more info, pay Rasmussen.

I also believe the tea party is more dangerous than Muslim terrorists.

The country is changing, and the old people and their old ways are rotting on the vine. The republican party is dying, and the tea party is a desperation move by conservatives to hold onto the power they know is slipping away. Say goodbye to the oppressors of the past

How many people have the TEA Party killed again?

Don't bother, drew; it's a waste of time.

They see the Tea Party as something dangerous and desperate standing in the way of their ultimate utopia, the State of Unrestrained Pelvic Activity, and predict that with the passing of conservatives, a new golden age of progressive tolerance and chocolate-covered graham crackers for all will ensue.

You and I both know that when their agenda is finally emplaced, it will lead to further degredation of the national character and ultimately to national extinction, but it does no good to tell them that. All it will earn you is mockery, scorn, and hatred of everything you hold sacred.

Best to simply let them do their thing and find out the hard way for themselves.

This country has been transforming since the beginning, and each step along the way there were people like telling us that the country will die if we change, yet here we are 250 years later. The time for the chicken littles has come and passed hundreds of times without the sky falling. I refuse to be that old and bitter person who locks themselves up in their home simply because things don't go my way. I will get out there and make the best of my life by enjoying the nice things in life. I will move forward!

I disagree, I don't see the Tea Party as nearly as much of a threat. But when you get people writing things like this...

A Time to Kill | NCRenegade

I consider this person a threat. That kind of rhetoric is why people feel this way.

It's really not a surprising poll.

Look at it this way, when something is viewed as a threat to your way of life... it's just that a threat.

Certainly a core group of Obama supporters are individuals that heavily depend on the government for their continued way of life: as in the countless government programs and "entitlements" that they get.

There are millions of Obama supporters that get everything they have from the government taxing producing American citizens and redistributing to those Obama supporters.

These people look at the Tea Party that wants the government to do less of this. That is a threat, a threat that is real and immediate. Some Muslim terrorist with a bomb strapped to their chest seems like a far off fairy tale compared to the Tea Party wanting to take their phones, their HUD, their food-stamps, their welfare, etc. from them.

I'm pretty sure that's a great big zero. I dunno, maybe some old guy had a heart attack at a rally on a hot day, so I could be wrong.
I'm pretty sure it's a big zero too. Chalk it up to all our intolerance, bigotry, hatred, and lack of compassion. ;)

I consider this person a threat. That kind of rhetoric is why people feel this way.

It's a bit of heavily emotional prose about the conflict between duty and sentiment set in a hypothetical future civil war. Melodramatic? Sure, but dangerous?

Isn't the headline kind of misleading? 26 percent means a majority don't view the Tea Party as being a "Top terror threat."

And deeper in debt that we have ever been in the entire history of the Republic.

I refuse to be that old and bitter person who locks themselves up in their home simply because things don't go my way.

Bully for you. I am that old and bitter person who locks himself up in his home simply because I have no desire to be exposed to your Brave New Utopia of Unrestrained Pelvic Activity.

I will get out there and make the best of my life by enjoying the nice things in life. I will move forward!

As you're moving forward, Bedford, mind the edge of the cliff. It's a hell of a drop, the edge is very unstable, and there are nasty, jagged rocks at the bottom.
